Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of employee engagement and self-efficacy on employee performance. The method used a survey questionnaire and used multiple regression analysis using SPSS 25, the sampling method used was the census method. The results of this study indicate the influence of employee engagement and self-efficacy has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Global heaterindo engineering. It can be said that the regression model used is good because almost all the variables used are able to explain the variation in the dependent variable used.

Abstract

This study aimed to discover the effectiveness of four technical indicators, namely, Moving Average, Relative Strength Index (RSI), Bollinger Bands, and Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) in predicting stock returns in the Jakarta Islamic Index. This study used a qualitative approach using descriptive methods. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the Bollinger Bands indicator has a more optimal return rate compared to the Moving Average, RSI, and Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) indicators. In addition, the Bollinger Bands indicator has proven to be more optimal in its use to see transaction signals. For the results given, the technical indicators were higher than the moving average indicator, RSI and MACD, especially for stocks that had a fairly high level of range and volatility, so that in use this indicator can determine the existence of a sufficiently good upper and lower limit so that there was no buying shares at too high price or selling shares at too low a price.

Abstract

To launch a sustainable economic empowerment program, a portfolio of productive waqf assets is required to determine the diversification or distribution of waqf assets in several economic sectors, including the placement of both financial assets and real assets. This research was conducted to determine the implementation of productive cash waqf empowerment programs carried out by several Nazhir institutions, so that the asset management strategy of the productive cash waqf empowerment program portfolio can be identified and the economic and social impacts of the productive cash waqf empowerment program. This research is a qualitative research conducted by observing and mapping professional Nazhir-Nazhir productive waqf programs that are scattered in the Nazhir region and have been initiated since 2015 until now. The technical analysis used is a SWOT analysis to see how much strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of each Nazhir are in placing and forming a portfolio of waqf assets. The results of this research show that the basis for the placement of productive cash waqf for Nazhir institutions is the orientation of the alaihi alaih which is the target of empowerment so that sustainable development can be achieved. The formation of cash waqf asset portfolios is classified based on the types of empowerment programs. And the chosen strategy is the SO strategy, which is a strategy that uses strength and takes advantage of existing opportunities to develop cash waqf. In the SO strategy, Nazhir's collaboration with LKSPWU and Financial Technology can increase the collection of cash waqf funds collected. High literacy or socialization of waqf to the community can increase the potential for earning cash waqf. The integration or combination of cash waqf programs with waqf assets is proven to be bisaed in optimizing the utilization of waqf assets so that they can provide more benefits for the alaihi alaihi alaih. The cash waqf program that is structured also adapts to the needs of the local community, so that it is right on target and has an economic and social impact on the community. Nazhir's collaboration with educational, health, economic and social institutions facilitates the absorption of cash waqf returns. The aforementioned matters become targets and recommendations for Nazhir institutions that have launched cash waqf programs so that their placement is more optimal and right on target. Of course, also taking into account the amount of the cost of funds or cost of equity will be achieved from the results of a business feasibility study that has been done before.

Abstract

This study aims to find the reputation value of Islamic banks in Indonesia. This research is a descriptive quantitative research using Net Brand Reputation and Social Network Analysis methods. This research was conducted on a BUS that has a mobile banking application using customer review data for 2016-2018. The results showed that Bank Muamalat had the highest reputation with a score of 0.607 followed by Islamic NTB Bank at 0.57, Bukopin Syariah Bank at 0.43, Mandiri Syariah Bank at 0.34, BCA Syariah Bank at 0.24, and BRI Syariah at 0 ,22.

Abstract

This article examines the future research direction of Islamic banking SDI through literature review. The main purpose of this article is to map previous research related to factors that affect the performance of Islamic banking employees, especially Banking employees whose conventional banks have previously turned into Islamic banks. Literature review is carried out by collecting writings that have been published in reputable journals. The method used in this study was to use the Harzing publish or Perish application as well as mandeley. The keyword "Islamic Banking with keyword employe Performance" is entered to get the articles needed. Then analysis is done using the vosviewer application. This research is expected to provide an overview for researchers in looking for research gaps in future studies.
