This study aims to determine people's perceptions in paying zakat in BAZNAS, West Pasaman Regency where people still pay zakat according to the traditions in the area. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study, using a phenomenological approach. Methods of data collection through observation, interviews, documentation. The results of this study indicate that there are still many people who do not know and understand the importance of the function, purpose and benefits of zakat in the payment or distribution of zakat through the Amil Zakat Institute in BAZNAS, West Pasaman Regency. Most people think that giving zakat directly to people in need is more affordable than BAZNAS. Then, because the community still lacks confidence and is not sure of the responsibility of an institution in handling zakat management and the ineffective existence of zakat collection units (UPZ) in the area. Indonesia is the largest Muslim population so Indonesia has the potential for ZIS funds. Funding sources from ZIS funds can be used to strengthen economic empowerment, distribute income and drive the economy. Research objectives to determine the management of fundraising through the KOIN NU movement, social media, payment accounts, and barcodes, to know the distribution of funds raised by LAZISNU under the LAZISNU Padangsidimpuan implementation program. The research method is carried out qualitatively with primary data: conducting direct interviews from sources and secondary data in the form of evidence of recording, bookkeeping, and data regarding research. The results of the research were using the KOIN NU movement, social media, accounts, and payment barcodes. The collection of funds with KOIN NU which is spread across several areas in North Sumatra Province has increased and resulted in higher funds collected than others. Fund management is carried out carefully and is recorded in detailed books regarding the amount and infak received and the distribution of these funds for each activity. Funds are collected twice a week. LAZISNU Padangsidimpuan fund distribution in 5 fields, namely socio-religion, economy, education, renovation, and health. The potential for receiving zakat nationally before and during the Covid-19 pandemic is still enormous, while its realization is still very far from expectations. The National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) does is by utilizing the Digital Platform, including the commercial platform, which is collaborating with e-commerce (Bukalapak, Shoppee, Lazada, Blibli, JD.id, Tokopedia, Mataharimall.com and Elevenia). During the Covid-19 Pandemic, the increase in online zakat acceptance, primarily through e-commerce, increased sharply in line with changes in people's lifestyles. This situation has a huge potential to develop a system according to the needs of muzaki in optimizing the acceptance of zakat online, primarily through e-commerce. Infaq is a fund issued voluntarily for an interest ordered by Islam. However, it has not been implemented optimally due to the constraints of students who do not have a fixed income and there has been a decrease in the number of donations, even though the number of students at IAIN Padangsidimpuan is increasing. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of religiosity, income partially and simultaneously on the interest in giving infaq in z generation. This study uses quantitative research with primary data sources. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, questionnaires, and documentation with a sample size of 91 respondents and using random sampling. The data analysis used was validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, determination coefficient test, hypothesis test and multiple linear regression analysis test. The results showed that the income variable did not partially influence the interest in giving in the z generation, while the religiosity variable had a partial effect on the interest in giving in the .z generation. The management of zakat is carried out with a work and professional system as well as company management and management. However, rules or regulations in accordance with sharia law should not be abandoned. Given the importance of this, this study focuses on the Analysis of Ziswaf Fund Utilization with the Actuating Function Model in the City of Padangsidimpuan. This type of research is qualitative research, the approach used in this research is the management approach. The data collection method uses several instruments, namely: observation, documentation, and interviews. Data analysis used interactive analysis with three steps, namely data reduction, presenting data and drawing conclusions. BAZNAS at Padangsidimpuan city has shown success in managing ZISWAF funds, namely the distribution and distribution of the right and right target, although poverty alleviation has not been implemented significantly, ZISWAF in the city of Padangsidimpuan has helped the beneficiaries' lives through consumptive and productive assistance.Keywords: Actuating, Management, Utilizing, Waqf, Zakat

The level of public understanding regarding cash waqf in Indonesia is still low. Even though this waqf has great potential for the welfare of the Indonesian people. This condition has an impact on the benefits obtained from productively managed waqf to be not optimal. This study aims to determine the level of understanding of IAIN Padangsidimpuan students. This research is a quantitative study using primary data. The research sample was 356 people and data were collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis of this study used the univariate test. The results showed that the students of IAIN Padangsidimpuan were categorized as having a sufficient level of understanding. There are 38 percent of students at the level of good understanding, 49 percent of students at the understanding level and 12 percent of students at the low understanding level. Promotion by waqf collection agencies can continue to be carried out to increase public understanding and awareness of cash waqf. Keywords: Cash Waqf, Understanding, Waqf

The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in a weakening of the people's economy, which has caused the economic growth of a country to decline, therefore an alternative is needed to increase economic growth, one of which is waqf. Currently, cash waqf has reached Rp. 244 billion with the total nazhir of cash waqf reporting 111 institutions while for cash waqf institutions reaching 272, meaning that around 161 institutions have not reported collected cash waqf funds due to a weak level of knowledge about the management of cash waqf. It can be concluded that the money waqf management system is still weak so that the cash waqf has not been realized to the public, but if the cash waqf funds are collected it will make a new instrument for the government to improve the economy, especially during this pandemic. The realization of good waqf funds will ultimately increase the level of trust in waqf management which is transparent and accountable, therefore it is hoped that there is a need for socialization to the public regarding the role of the money waqf, and providing training for Nazhirs to be able to manage these waqf based on technology. Abstract The problems raised in this article from year to year, namely from 2016-2018 the number of productive zakat mustahik at BAZNAS in Padang has always increased, but in 2019 it has decreased. The distribution of productive zakat funds from 2016-2019 was more dominant for the trading business. The complexity of the problem in the distribution of productive zakat certainly requires the right strategy in distribution, so it is necessary to know what strategy is carried out by BAZNAS Padang Panjang city. The type of research that the author does is field research (field research) with a qualitative descriptive approach. The primary data sources in this study were the Head of BAZNAS Padang Panjang City, Padang Panjang City BAZNAS Secretariat Staff, and Mustahik. The secondary data sources in this research are the accountability reports of BAZNAS Padang Panjang City 2016-2019, brochures, monthly reports, and documents related to BAZNAS Padang Panjang City. Data collection techniques in this study were interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that the trade-productive zakat distribution strategy was carried out by collecting data on mustahik candidates, verifying mustahik proposals, conducting surveys of mustahik, discussing and determining survey results, distributing zakat, and monitoring mustahik businesses.Keywords: Strategy, Distribution, Productive Zakat

Nationally the gap of zakat potential with the reality of zakat really happens, one problem is low zakat literacy. This research seeks to examine the level of zakat literacy in the community's scope, namely in Dukuh Krajan Mayonglor Village Jepara Regency. Focus on this research is the level of understanding of society towards the obligation to pay zakat. In this study used a qualitative method, is a data got by reviewing and efforts to explore phenomena in society as an aim data source in the field. Researchers use interviews, observations and documentation in data collection techniques. The results showed that the community of Dukuh Krajan understands the basic knowledge of zakat well, although it takes religious counseling and evidence of productive zakat as an effort to improve zakat literacy even better. This study aims to determine the role of the amil zakat infaq and alms Muhammadiyah institutions in the welfare of society. This research approach uses a qualitative methodology, using qualitative descriptive methods. Qualitative data through semi-structured interviews observation and documentation are also used. Meanwhile, the data validation technique used the source triangulation technique. Data analysis uses the collections, reduction, display, and verification methods. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it is known that LAZISMU's role in the welfare of the community where the fundraising mechanism uses several methods, namely digital fundraising collection, coming directly, direct pick-up, and via transfer. Second, the distribution of ZIS funds is carried out by LAZISMU management assisted by volunteers supported by a database of people who are entitled to receive assistance to simplify the distribution road map. Third, the results of the study found that the socio-economic changes of the community receiving ZIS funds were greatly helped by the assistance that was received, and with the Covid 19 pandemic, LAZISMU management held a Covid 19 alert program.
