Abstract

The role of Islamic boarding schools in the development of society has further strengthened the existence of Islamic boarding schools, so that elements of Islamic boarding schools (kyai, congregation/students, Islamic boarding schools, and bodies or organizations under Islamic boarding schools) have exerted social, economic, political and cultural influence in fulfilling the needs of the surrounding community. The relationship between Islamic boarding schools and the community is a form of influencing and forming an open society. The focus of this research is the Analysis of the Implementation of Human Capital Investment in the Development of Nazhatut Thullab Prajjan Camplong Sampang Islamic Boarding School. The purpose of this research is to find out the process of Human Capital Investment in the development of Islamic Boarding Schools and the obstacles encountered in carrying out the Human Capital Investment. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative research. namely in various ways so that the potential and quality of existing human resources can be maximized so that the impact can be felt by the organization. One of the methods used by the Nazhhatut Thullab Prajjan Camplong Sampang Islamic Boarding School is by involving human resources in various existing training or workshops and also by providing scholarships so that they can continue to a higher level of education in accordance with the potential needed by the Nazhhatut Thullab Prajjan Camplong Sampang Islamic Boarding School and increase the wages or riwerd of existing HR. The implications of this research are that it is hoped that every organization or a particular institution can carry out Human Capital Investment because human Capital in an organization plays an important role in advancing an organization especially in the economic field of an institution.

Abstract

This reaserch discusses the analysis of the role of the head of the library in library management at SMA Negeri 1 Torjun. The purpose of this study was to find out how the library management was carried out by the Head of the SMA Negeri 1 Torjun library from planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating which was implemented in the SMA Negeri 1 Torjun library. Based on this, there are two research focuses that are the main studies in this study, namely: first, what are the steps taken by the head of library in library management?, second, what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in library management?. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach in order to determine the role of the principal in library management at SMA Negeri 1 Torjun, this type of research is field research (Field Research).

Abstract

Alumni are one measure of improvement for improving the quality of education. As for several roles that can be performed by alumni in improving the quality of education, for example, contributing ideas to look for concepts and ways of working to improve the quality of education services, contributing to training or information needed by school residents, support morally and financially the needs and efforts of schools in improving quality, and so on. Based on this, there are two problems that are the main studies in this study, namely: First, what is the role of alumni in improving the quality of madrasas at MTs Nurut Thullab Bangsal, Kedungdung District, Sampang Regency, Madura?. Second, what are the supporting factors and inhibiting factors for the role of alumni in improving the quality of madrasas at MTs Nurut Thullab Bangsal, Kedungdung District, Sampang Regency, Madura?. In accordance with these problems, the researchers used a qualitative descriptive approach with the type of field research. The data collection procedures used in this study consisted of interviews, observation and documentation.

Abstract

Abstract: Lesson Study is an effort to improve learning processes and outcomes that are carried out collaboratively and continuously by a group of teachers. The main objectives of Lesson Study are to: (1) gain a better understanding of how students learn and teachers teach; (2) obtain certain results that are useful for other teachers in carrying out learning; (3) improve learning systematically through collaborative inquiry. (4) building a pedagogical knowledge, where a teacher can gain knowledge from other teachers. The benefits that Lesson Study can take include: (1) the teacher can document the progress of his work, (2) the teacher can get feedback from other members, and (3) the teacher can publish and disseminate the final results of Lesson Study. Lesson Study can be carried out through two types, namely school-based and MGMP-based. Lesson Study is carried out based on cyclic stages, which consist of: (1) planning (plan); (b) implementation (do); reflection (check); and follow-up (act). Abstract

Abstract Supervision is assistance given to all teachers/school staff to develop schools to the fullest. Meanwhile, what is meant by supervision here is not an inspection from a person who thinks he knows everything (superior) to someone who is considered not knowing anything at all (inferior). However, academic supervision is in the form of guidance, coaching and assistance provided to teachers/educators to develop teaching and learning situations to make them better. So that teachers always make improvements in terms of the way they teach a subject and increase the effectiveness of their work which ultimately improves the quality of education in the school. From the implementation of the actions carried out using the supervision of the guidance model class and the time lag, satisfactory results can be obtained. This can be seen from the increase in the percentage of PTKp success indicators. Class supervision has a positive impact on the level of teacher discipline, teacher preparation in preparing and using learning tools that automatically makes supervised teachers use learning innovations with unconventional learning methods/models. Abstract

Abstract Monitoring as an approach technique in developing teacher learning is a pattern based on the basic assumption that the teacher's learning process to develop in his position cannot be separated from the learning process carried out by the teacher. Learning is individual, therefore, the socialization process must be carried out by helping teachers face to face and individually. Monitoring as a technique has certain steps that need attention to develop the professionalism of the madrasa head and teachers. The madrasa supervisor who serves as a supervisor only has to manage and allocate programmed time between the madrasa supervisor as a supervisor and the teacher as a person who needs guidance. This activity will actually have a significant impact on both parties. Teachers feel helped by the guidance of the madrasa supervisor, while the madrasa supervisor will benefit in the form of improving the quality of learning that exists for each madrasa head and teacher. Abstract

Abstrak Pengawasan adalah salah satu fungsi organisasi, administrasi dan manajemen yang mencakup pemeriksaan, pengujian, penelitian, pengusutan, peninjauan, pengamatan dan pemantauan serta kunjungan staf untuk menjaga agar kegiatan pelaksanaan pokok dan fungsi departemen dapat dilaksanakan secara berdaya guna dan berhasil guna sesuai peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, kebijaksanaan menteri, dan rencana yang ditetapkan, sehingga sasaran kegiatan dan tujuan organisasi tercapai. Ada dua aspek pokok yang di nilai pada pasca guru sertifikasi yaitu aspek perangkat pembelajaran, dan aspek Pelaksanaan KBM, dan indicator nya adalah perangkat pembelajaran meliputi: program tahunan, program semesteran, program silabus, RPP, dan program penilaian, dan untuk aspek pelaksanaan KBM meliputi: prosentase kehadiran guru, jurnal mengajar guru, buku nilai siswa, analisis hasil ulangan, program dan pelaksanaan perbaikan/pengayaan, buku catatan siswa. Untuk mengetahui efektifitas program sertifikasi guru dan kendala pelaksanaan program tersebut oleh karena itu perlu di adakan kegiatan monitoring dan evaluasi pasca sertifikasi guru. Abstract

Abstrak: Dalam proses pendidikan, pendidik atau guru dituntut pula memiliki kompetensi pada bidang masing-masing. Maka dari itu untuk menghasilkan kualitas guru yang memiliki kompetensi baik perlu dilakukan adanya pengawasan secara kontiniu (terus-menerus) sesuai dengan perkembangan, kegiatan pembinaan kependidikan (Crow, 2014). Pengawasan merupakan salah satu fungsi organisasi, administrasi dan manajemen yang mencakup beberapa aspek yang meliputi pemeriksaan, pengujian, pengembangan ilmiah, peninjauan, pengamatan dan pemantauan serta kunjungan staf untuk menjaga agar segala kegiatan pelaksanaan pokok dan fungsi Kementerian dapat dilaksanakan secara berdaya guna dan berhasil guna sesuai penetapan kebijakan yang berlaku dan rencana yang ditetapkan, sehingga sasaran kegiatan dan tujuan organisasi dapat tercapai dengan maksimal (Soebagio, 2011). Pengawas adalah sekelompok jabatan fungsional yang bertugas memonitoring, membimbing dan membina kehidupan lembaga persekolahan. Sebagaimana yang tertuang dalam Peraturan Menteri Agama Nomor 31 Tahun 2013 Pengawas Pendidikan Agama adalah “Pegawai Negeri Sipil di lingkungan Kementerian Agama yang diberi tugas, tanggung jawab dan wewenang secara penuh oleh pejabat yang berwenang untuk pengawasan pendidikan agama di sekolah dan madrasah dengan melaksanakan penilaian dan pembinaan dari segi teknis pendidikan dan administrasi pada satuan pendidikan pra sekolah, pendidikan dasar dan menengah (Purwanto, 2012).
