Abstract

Performance appraisal that is carried out properly will be beneficial for both employees and the company itself. The 360-degree assessment method is that an employee's assessment is not only taken from the assessment of his immediate supervisor or second superior above him, but also requested from an equal peer or from the relevant direct subordinate, the largest contribution of the assessment comes from his immediate supervisor and second supervisor. By applying the 360-degree method to the employee performance appraisal information system, it can eliminate the objectivity of the appraiser in assessing employee performance. Abstract

Currently SMK N 1 Kendal is still recording school income and expenditure budgets manually, but the more stringent accountability reporting on the use of the budget, it is necessary to have an information technology system that is efficient, useful and makes it easier for the treasurer to process and report the revenue and budget budgets. school shopping. This study aims to implement a school income and expenditure budget information system application with a web-based bottom-up method so that the process of recording school income and expenditure data is more effective. The application that will be used is developed using Macromedia Dreamweaver 8 as a coding tool and MySQL as the database. With the implementation of this school income and expenditure budget information system, errors and loss of income and expenditure data will be minimized at SMK N 1 Kendal, besides the time required to obtain the required data will be much faster and more accurate. The process of reporting receipts and expenses automatically aims to make it easier for users. In addition, the time required to complete the school income and expenditure budget report will be much shorter.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan yang kian pesat dibidang teknologi dan informasi tersebut perkembangan jiwa anak mengalami perubahan yang perlu diperhatikan. Kegemaran bermain media sosial yang lerlebihan akan mengurangi anak melakukan hubungan sosial dengan teman-temannya sehingga dapat menghambat kemampuan EQ (Emotonal Quentient). Misalnya rasa soliter dan kerjasama dengan teman, kemanapun berkomunikasi sesuai waktu. Pada Tk Muslimat NU 03 yang beralamat di Jl. Masjid Attaqwa Bangunrejo Kab. Kendal Kec. Patebon merupakan pendidikan anak usia dini yang masih mengunakan metode belajar konvensional. Konvensional disini adalah cara/metode pengenalan yang masih mengandalkan media seperti bku cerita rakyat dan gambar yang ditempelkan di dinding ruang kelas. Pengenalan metode seperti ini masih menimbulkan banyak kendala/kekurangan, karena setiap kali guru menerangkan pelajaran peserta didik tidak mendengarkan dengan baik dan mereka lebih senang bermain dengan teman-temanya sehingga peserta didik siswa kurang mengerti apabila guru mulai bertanya kepadanya. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan metode pengembangan film animasi 2 Dimensi perlu adanya suatu pengenalan baru yang lebih interaktif dan menarik dalam menyampaikan materi pembelajaran pengembangan film animasi 2 Dimensi bagi anak. Dengan metode ini bisa menumbuh kembangkan daya kreatiffitas serta kemampuan berfikir anak serta membantu guru dalam mengajar anak didiknya karena dengan mengunakan flash dapat mengulang-ulang pelajaran tanpa harus dijelaskan oleh guru tersebut.

Abstract

Vinyl Bag is part of the manufacturing process where its use is for the packaging process. The packaging process generally uses a variety of materials such as EPS, LDPE, LLDPE,HDPE Foam and others, which aims to protect the finished goods of a product from defects. One of the materials used in the packaging process is Linear Low Density Polyethylne (LLDPE). The problem that often occurs during the printing process on HDPE material is pell off where the printing material cannot adhere to the surface of the Vinyl Bag perfectly. In this study, an analysis will be carried out using UV Static Surface on Vinyl Bags before the printing process is carried out. The results of this experiment showed that the printing results on 100% Vinyl Bags had no defects compared to those without the UV Static process, which was 20%. This is caused by the surface of the material that is not smooth and also the unstable structure of the material without UV processing. So that the pell off on the vinyl bag without UV failed 80% of the 15 samples.

Abstract

Albumi IT Store merupakan salah satu toko komputer pribadi yang ada di Kabupaten Kendal, banyaknya usaha yang menggunakan jenis yang sama membuat Albumi IT Store harus memiliki strategi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan daya beli konsumen dan meraup keuntungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan prosedur solusi dalam ilmu komputer pribadi untuk membuat sistem pendukung keputusan untuk memilih nama-nama pelanggan Albumi IT Store terbaik yang menerima penghargaan. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah SAW berbasis web dengan menggunakan database MySQL. Dimana kriteria evaluasi pelanggan terbaik adalah status kunjungan, transaksi & pembayaran sehingga dapat membantu proses pemilihan pelanggan terbaik untuk digunakan lebih sempurna.

Abstract

Bank Syariah Mandiri is one of the sharia business units which is a work unit of the main office (parent) of conventional commercial banks which has a function as the main office of the sharia unit office or sharia branch. So far, the performance of Islamic banks is only seen from the number of assets and customers, but very rarely describes the internal conditions related to the performance of their employees. Good communication and coordination between departments is very important so that the company can run effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this research is that the company is expected to be able to analyze employee interactions through communication patterns and become policy advice in decision making, especially related to HR development. This study involved approximately 20 employees at a branch of Bank Syariah Mandiri in Central Java Province which used a social network analysis (SNA) approach. In the SNA approach, the values of density, degree centrality, closeness centrality, betweenness centrality, clicks, and visualization of relationships using a sociogram will be sought. As a result, all inter-departmental employees have good communication relationships. Based on these findings, it is necessary to solve the problem by making actors or employees who have high indegree scores to be more proactive in providing information to their colleagues so that coordination can be smooth.

Abstract

Technological growth is increasing from year to year, this is indicated by the use of computers in all aspects, be it service companies, trade, or industry, ranging from small, large, to multi-national companies. KAMDATU is the procurement of office furniture. The supply chain process at CV. Kamdatu involves several external parties, namely suppliers, customers, shipping, and management. The problems faced by CV. Kamdatu is located in a sales and purchase processing system that is still manual (not yet computerized) so that it is prone to calculation errors, searching for item data, and delays in stock information, in addition to recapitulating reports takes a long time because employees have to recap data first this is because the absence of management in the purchase of goods and production The E-Supply Chain Management system that will be applied to CV Kamdatu focuses on the automation of information between companies, suppliers, consumers and delivery of goods. Inventory and fulfillment of customer orders are more controlled. Based on these problems the researcher uses a methodological method, namely the Unified Approach (UA) UA, which is an object-oriented development methodology that combines existing processes and methodologies with uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) as the modeling standard. In this paper, we try to solve a simple DSS with Microsoft Excel by using Solver.
