Abstract

The role of the zakat agency is very important to restore the trust of the natural community to carry out their obligations as a Muslim. The application of strategies in collecting zakat, infaq, and alms funds is very much needed, one of which is by cooperating with public figures to become marketing media for zakat amil. Public figures are required to provide good education for the community, especially public figures in the field of religion, because many of their activities are public spectacle. Therefore, public figures are expected to be examples for the community because they can influence public decisions in general. This research is descriptive research. Descriptive research is research that seeks to provide a systematic and careful description of the actual facts and characteristics of a particular population. The role of public figures can boost the collection of zakat, infaq and alms funds. Many muzakki claim to know public figures, rather than know their institutions. In fact, some of the muzakki trust public figures more than the amil zakat institutions. Some of these muzakki prefer to pay zakat, infaq, and alms funds through these public figures rather than paying them to zakat, infaq and alms amil funds.

Abstract

Local taxes are taxes whose management and collection are carried out by local governments and for the benefit of the region itself as well as a source of regional income that contributes to the Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB). Gross regional domestic product (GRDP) is one of the macroeconomic indicators designed to present economic events in the exploitation of these resources and further understand the relationship between the transactions that occur in between. In Bolaang Mongondow Selatan Regency, the increase in Regional Original Income (PAD) is dominated by the contribution of tax revenues and levies. Local taxes and levies are the largest revenues that can contribute to the South Bolaang Mongondow Regional Original Revenue. Local taxes are able to become a mainstay in contributing to GRDP, because it is in line with the rapid development and economy in Bolaang Mongondow Selatan Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of local taxes to the Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) of Bolaang Mongondow Selatan Regency. This research is a quantitative study using secondary data (time series) in the 2010-2020 observation period. PDRB data collection is obtained from BPS South Bolaang Mongondow Regency, while regional tax and PAD data are obtained from South Bolaang Mongondow BPKPD. The results obtained are approximately 62.3% of local taxes have a significant effect on contributing to the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP).

Abstract

This study aims to determine and test the Effect of Customer Service Services in Overcoming Customer Complaints of Customer Satisfaction in P. Sulutgo Bank Limboto Branch. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study is the customer at P. Sulutgo Bank Limboto Branch. The sample used in this study was 100 customers. The data used are primary data obtained through a questionnaire that is processed using the IBM SPSS 25 application. Data analysis method used is a simple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence of Customer Service on Customer Satisfaction at PT. Bank Sulutgo Limboto Branch with a significance value of 0.040. the value of t count is greater than t table for customer service variables of 2,077> 1,660 and a significance value of 0.040. This significance value is still smaller than the alpha value (0.05) so that H_0 is rejected

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Financial Performance of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency (Bolsel) through an analysis of the effectiveness of PAD. The object of the research is the Regional Finance and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD) of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The data used is secondary data from the 2017-2020 budget realization report. The data analysis technique is descriptive quantitative analysis. The results showed that the analysis of the effectiveness of PAD at the BPKPD of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency in 2017 and 2018 was quite effective, then increased to very effective in 2019 and 2020. For Trend analysis in the next 5 years, the results tend to increase, this is a very good implementation of performance. South Bolaang Mongondow Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Marketing Strategy at Najwa Store in creating customer satisfaction. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, the total sample of 15 customers with a sampling technique that census. The data collection method is direct observation, interviews and by using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that in creating customer satisfaction at Najwa Store it is important to know the importance of the marketing mix that is the set of variables used by Najwa Stores to increase consumer satisfaction (buyers), wherein the variables of the marketing mix consists of seven variables: price, product completeness, promotion of goods, location, service quality, product quality, and facilities.

Abstract

This research aims to see the influence of Islamic marketing ethics on customer decisions using Islamic banking services applied in BPRS Metro Madani KC Tulang Bawang Barat. This research uses quantitative methods. The technical analysis used is multiple linear regression. The data used are primary data obtained through the dissemination of spaciousness questionnaires, with the number of respondents as many as 66 samples. The population in this study is a customer at BPRS Metro Madani KC. Tulang Bawang Barat. The results of the study of the four variables used resulted in three variables that have a significant influence on customer decisions in using Islamic banking products, namely honesty variables, responsibility variables, and wisdom variables. While the balance variable produces an insignificant influence on the results of calculations. However, overall marketing ethics that have been presented have a positive impact on customers to influence customer decisions in using Islamic banking products at BPRS Metro Madani KC. Tulang Bawang Barat.

Abstract

Pegadaian Syariah has issued a new product at the end of 2015, namely a gold savings product. However, not all millennials have good literacy regarding gold savings products at Pegadaian Syariah. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of promotion, knowledge, service quality, and motivation on the millennial generation's interest in using gold savings products at Pegadaian Syariah. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach method. The population in this study is the millennial generation which focuses on aspects of students living in Surakarta. The sampling technique used was quota random sampling with a sample of students from IAIN Surakarta, UMS, UNS, and STIE Surakarta. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data that was collected and processed in this study were 133 respondents. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS application. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that promotion (sig. 0.002<α), knowledge (sig. 0.004<α) and motivation (sig. 0.000<α) affect the millennial generation's interest in using gold savings products. Meanwhile, the service quality variable (sig. 0.086>α) has no significant effect on the millennial generation's interest in using gold savings products. In addition, the difference between campuses and campus dummy proxies does not have a significant difference in the millennial generation's interest in using gold savings products (sig. 0.808>α).

Abstract

The woven bamboo craft is a hereditary heritage from our ancestors who keep artistic concepts purely for beauty. Banjarwaru Village is one of the villages that have the potential to develop woven bamboo crafts in the Nusawungu District. The development of the art of weaving batik has become one of the economic potentials and sources of changing the community’s economy. This research is field research (field research) with qualitative data analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) there are several efforts made in community economic empowerment, namely: human development (conducted by socialization in the form of mentoring and coaching), business development (done by conducting job training), environmental development (counseling on environmental care) and institutional development (providing facilities from agencies and institutions that cooperate with the home industry). (2) The impacts of community economic empowerment positive impacts such the fulfillment of daily needs, reduced unemployment, being able to increase the production of goods for weavers. And the negative impact is the use of dyes that can pollute the environment.

Abstract

Swallow's nest cultivation business has prospects to be developed due to the high demand for swallow's nest. This profit is a source of additional income for the community in Kalora Village, Poso Pesisir Utara District. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive analysis with tabulation analysis methods, which are then presented in tabular form and interpretation of respondents' answers in this study. Based on the results of this study, it shows that between swallow nest cultivation and the community's economy, including the level of the relationship is quite strong. This shows that there is a reciprocal relationship and it can be said that swallow nest cultivation has a positive effect on the economy of the community, so these results also indicate that swallow nest cultivation is influenced by several variable factors. Cultivation of swallow's nest has a significant effect on the economy of the community. Thus the cultivation of swallow's nest helps and improves the economic welfare of the community.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of customer satisfaction in using the automated teller machine (ATM) system at Bank Muamalat and Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) in the city of Gorontalo, whether it was in line with expectations or not. In this study, the author uses a qualitative research approach using Rating Scala, which collects data from the results of questionnaires, observations and interviews, the data used are primary and secondary data. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the level of customer satisfaction with each bank, both Bank Muamalat and BRI has its advantages and disadvantages, depending on the convenience of the customers themselves in the transaction process at ATMs. Furthermore, the problems experienced by these customers must be a serious concern for BRI and Bank Muamalat to continue to improve the quality of their services, so that customers do not switch to other banks.
