Drug rehabilitation is one of the efforts to save addicts from the shackles of drugs and the dangers that accompany them; there are three stages of drug rehabilitation in Indonesia, namely medical, non-medical, and advanced rehabilitation. The implementation of the examination activities for adolescents was carried out using a descriptive method, namely providing an explanation of the benefits of physical examination exercises and introducing the role of physiotherapy to adolescents. In this study, the authors included age and health status characteristics in adolescent rehabilitation at the Indonesian Lentera Bangsa Foundation. Drug rehabilitation is one of the efforts to save addicts from the shackles of drugs and the dangers that accompany them; there are three stages of drug rehabilitation in Indonesia, namely medical, non-medical, and advanced rehabilitation. Specific data presenting a physical examination includes an examination of body conditions such as tests of balance, endurance, and agility of adolescents aged 16-25 years before a physical examination and after being given a physical examination, as well as the level of knowledge of adolescents about the function and role of physiotherapy. The results of data from respondents or adolescents indicate that the average level of knowledge about the role of physiotherapy and the benefits of providing physical exercise is in the "less" category due to the lack of physiotherapy graduates in the area where the author took this research.

Abstract

Postpartum infection still plays a role as the leading cause of maternal death, especially in developing countries such as Indonesia, this problem occurs as a result of midwifery services that are still far from perfect. As a result of improper perineal care, the perineum is affected by lochia and moist conditions that will significantly support the proliferation of bacteria that can cause infection in the perineum. Infection not only inhibits the wound healing process but can also cause damage to the supporting cell tissue, increasing the size of the wound itself, both in length and depth of the wound. Perineal wound care aims to prevent infection, increase comfort, and accelerate healing. Those who have episiotomy or laceration wounds need to have sufficient knowledge about perineal wound care because these factors significantly affect the healing process of the perineal wound. The knowledge of postpartum mothers about poor perineal wound care can be a factor that causes germs and bacteria to appear. This study aimed to determine the relationship between postpartum mothers' knowledge of perineal wound care and perineal wound healing. This research uses a descriptive correlation with a quantitative approach to the point of sampling technique using total sampling with 16 respondents. How to collect data using a questionnaire. Data analysis used the chi-square test to test the relationship between two variables. There is a relationship between postpartum mothers' knowledge about perineal wound care and perineal wound healing, with a significant value of 0.005 (p-value <0.05). There is a relationship between postpartum mothers' knowledge of perineal wound care and perineal wound healing

Abstract

The incidence of dysmenorrhea in the world is substantial; on average more than 50% of women in every country experience menstrual pain. One of the factors that can cause dysmenorrhea is nutritional status. A person's nutritional status depends on nutritional intake and needs. If the nutritional intake and body needs are balanced, it will result in good nutritional status. This study aimed to determine the relationship between nutritional status and the incidence of dysmenorrhea in midwifery students at STIKes Cirebon. The research method is an analytic design using a Cross Sectional approach. The population in this study used a total sampling technique, namely, all 36 Midwifery students. Data was taken using a questionnaire and then analyzed using chi-square with a confidence level of = 0.05. The results showed a relationship between nutritional status and the incidence of dysmenorrhea, where the P value was 0.003. Results P value <0.05, meaning there is a significant relationship between nutritional status and the incidence of dysmenorrhea. Based on the study's results, it was found that 28 people (77.8%) had experienced dysmenorrhea and 8 (22.2%). Thus, most respondents experienced the incidence of dysmenorrhea. It is recommended that adolescents pay more attention to their nutritional needs regularly to reduce the incidence of dysmenorrhea during menstruation

Hand sanitizer is a hand sanitizer that contains alcohol functions to kill microorganisms in the hands quickly and without rinsing. Hand sanitizers generally consist of two types, namely gels and sprays, both of which have their own advantages and disadvantages. This study aimed to determine the decrease in the number of germs on the palms after using gel and spray hand sanitizers, as well as a comparison of the effectiveness of gel and spray hand sanitizers. The research method used is pre-experimental with the research design "One Group Pretest Posttest design" and the examination method uses Total Plate Count (TPC). The study was conducted at the AAK An Nasher microbiology laboratory from June to August 2021. The results of the study obtained that gel and spray hand sanitizers are effective in reducing the number of germs on the palms, but there is no difference in effectiveness in reducing the number of germs on the palms between the use of gel and spray hand sanitizers. Data analysis using paired sample t-test obtained sig value. (0.000<0.050) for the two types of hand sanitizers, it is concluded that both are significantly able to reduce the number of germs on the palms. The results of the independent samples t-test obtained sig values. (0.449>0.050) There needs to be an effective comparison between gel and spray hand sanitizers. Hand sanitizer gel and spray are effective in reducing the number of germs on the palm, but there is no difference in effectiveness in reducing the number of germs on the palm between the use of gel and spray hand sanitizer
