Abstract

Home security is an essential factor and must be maintained; currently, the development of technology or security systems continues to be improved, one of which is Eye Retina and Artificial Intelligence. in this research, the use of Motion Sensors in Home Security, performance evaluation, and future development. In this time, more crimes occur in our environment, one of which is theft or breaking into people's homes in various areas; this problem is disturbing to residents in areas where these crimes often occur, even though so far, residents have used many methods to prevent crime, one of which is installing CCTV. However, thieves still have managed to escape the CCTV surveillance. But suppose we use a security system that can make a sound. In that case, the sound can make criminals cancel their intention to steal because the sound disturbs their concentration and can also wake the house owner or tell residents about a crime in the house. And in this article, I will describe a home security system. This system requires several supporting equipment, such as PIR, Arduino, Buzzer, and other tools.

Abstract

Water is a source of much-needed living things such as daily needs and transportation routes, and also as a source of energy. Water is also essential as a water quality factor. Good water for treating cold-water ornamental fish with temperatures below 20o Celcius has a maximum water turbidity value of 10 NTU (Nephelometric Turbidity Unit); if the turbidity level is above 10 NTU, the water will be declared cloudy and affect fish health. The object of this research is ornamental aquarium fish with the type of goldfish. The research method used is qualitative. The research flow begins with observing the problem, then designing and simulating the Arduino Uno as a place to process the measuring data. The prototype of this tool aims to show changes in the level of turbidity of water from the value of water turbidity. This prototype uses the fuzzy method to assist the testing process. This study's results for five days showed that 1 out of 5 tests indicated that the aquarium water was cloudy, namely on the fifth day. The results of this study are expected to be implemented in a prototype for measuring water turbidity using the fuzzy method using a microcontroller. The design of this water turbidity measuring instrument is expected to estimate the turbidity of water or liquid correctly, precisely, accurately, with a small error rate, and notify warnings for replacing ornamental fish aquarium water.

Abstract

This study aims to create a robot prototype for a garbage collection ship made using an Arduino nano microcontroller. The prototype of this garbage collection robot vessel is controlled by an Android smartphone application that is connected via Bluetooth. The prototype of the robot of the boat was made to deal with piles of garbage that can cause flooding. The method used in making the prototype ship robot along with the controller application begins with identifying the problem, namely the problem of piles of garbage, then needs analysis. Moreover, in this research, what will be developed is in terms of design, ship robot prototype, and ship robot controller design. Next is implementation and testing. The prototype of the garbage collection ship robot uses an Arduino nano microcontroller and in making a controller application using Android Basic 4. Then the trial stage was carried out on an Android smartphone. The results of this study are a prototype ship robot that can move according to commands through a controller application.

Abstract

In previous research, an automatic hand sanitizer prototype tool was made to prevent COVID-19. The product design in this research is quite complicated and too large. Then, in other studies, a prototype tool has also been made to measure body temperature. The study also had an inefficient prototype design. So, it can be concluded that no product design model is efficient, simple, and has its charm. In this research, the concept design method consists of several stages: planning, measurement, design, and implementation. To identify the production needs that will be used in making AMPUH product design, researchers carry out measurement stages based on a schematic series (Schematic) of the product to be made. AMPUH product designs are made with shapes and models that have been adapted to their components without reducing the aesthetic value, compatibility, complexity, and design applicability. The advantage of this product design is that it always looks at the compatibility with the components that will be installed in it so that it is certain that both in terms of form and function will work well. The drawback of this product design may still leave a little free space in it to minimize the remaining free space and repair.

Abstract

This study aims to create a smart system in controlling tilapia biofloc ponds. The type of research is laboratory experiments and the category of system testing, namely Functionality testing, is used to measure the performance of the system hardware. Testing the functionality of the prototype is tested in 2 stages, the first test begins with knowing the accuracy of sensor data and testing manually. The second test is to test the prototype as a whole, namely by giving treatment so that the performance of the prototype can be known as desired. The results obtained when the temperature is cold, the water heater heater will turn on and treatment to the pH sensor is obtained, namely an acidic pH condition, then the water pump will turn on and drain the water until the ultrasonic sensor detects the maximum water level that can be drained. Testing on feeding is by monitoring the servo successfully rotating, opening and closing the feed storage container based on the time that has been set. The results of monitoring feeding in the morning, afternoon and evening are successful and can send notifications. Based on the test results, the resulting " Modern Farming Biofloc ponds for tilapia aquaculture based on the internet of things use a fuzzy logic algorithm" can run as expected.

Abstract

Internet of Things (IoT) technology has become part of human life. Agriculture in many parts is one of IoT implementation segment including the Cultivation of mold oysters. Internet of Things (IoT) is applied to collect data from combined sensors in the Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) will make it easy for farmers to monitor and control garden they remotely. Regardless of the application system control distance far based WSN that will make it easy for a farmer, the system has gap security, and one of them that is hacking and tapping of communication data The IoT . is really dangerous on effort if condition room mold oyster the known by someone hacker who can just is rival effort. It is a needed something method for secure communication when the data transfer process is over-guaranteed. The method used is application Base64 -based data encryption/decryption on WSN node devices and controlling and monitoring mobile devices. Based on results trials carried out after the implementation of Secure WSN with scenario tapping using the Wireshark tool show no data can be read. Analysis results show that this model could be applied as Secure WSN for Smart Farming System.

Abstract

Optimal production planning is one of the essential aspects of achieving company targets. Errors in planning production result in non-maximum profit gains. Furthermore, there needs to be a method to avoid mistakes in production planning, and it is necessary to use the proper technique. Xyz Convection is one of the businesses producing unique clothing for pants. This study aims to determine the optimization of XYZ convection production in maximizing profits using linear programming. Surveys and interviews with business owners of Xyz Convection carried out data collection. The data obtained are in the form of data on the use of raw materials, operating costs, margins, and selling prices. The amount of raw material inventory of jeans fabric in the 1st week is 550, in the 2nd week is 775, in the 3rd week is 550, and in the 4th week is 650. The method used in this study is linear programming, using the simplex method. The optimal solution is to obtain maximum profit from the production of convection pants every week with a fund of 21,000,000 IDR to produce 1.167 pcs of cotton shorts, where the company will earn a profit of 35,010,000 IDR with expenses less than the existing funds, which is 20,982,147 IDR.
