Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the role and function of Zakat, Infak, Sedekah and Waqf as a fiscal policy strategy in the economy of the ummah with the approach of Islamic microfinance institutions. This research method is descriptive qualitative with a case study Approach Whose Data Analysis Uses Data Triangulation.The results showed that zakat, Infak, Sedekah and waqf as fiscal policy strategies are able to develop the economy of the ummah with an approach to financial practices that exist in Islamic microfinance institutions. The provisions for the recipient of ZISWAF funds for personnel or institutions carried out in Islamic Microfinance Institutions are adjusted to the purpose of receiving the funds.

Abstract

This research is motivated by buying and selling second hand cellphones with a cash on delivery system that is rife in the city of Ponorogo. In practice, sellers and sellers offer their wares through the Second Ponorogo HP Buy and Sell Forum group. In their activities, the buyer feels disadvantaged by the seller due to the seller's dishonest and fraudulent attitude regarding the quality and condition of the second hand cellphone being sold. The sale and purchase (COD) cash on delivery earlier has caused confusion and disputes for one of the parties, because of hidden defects. This study uses field research methods (field research) with a qualitative approach. The data used is the Second Ponorogo HP buying and selling forum contract and the khiyar practice of the Second Ponorogo HP buying and selling forum. The data sources for this research are informants who are involved and active in the Second HP Second HP Sale and Purchase Forum Ponorogo. This study resulted in; The sale and purchase contract at the Second Ponorogo HP Buying and Selling Forum was in accordance with Islamic law and Islamic ethics with the fulfillment of the pillars and conditions of sale and purchase. However, the contract was flawed due to the element of fraud on the quality of the cellphone. While in the practice of Khiyar in The Second Ponorogo HP Sale and Purchase Forum is included in the khiyar Majlis, meaning that the buyer and seller have the right to continue or cancel the transaction before leaving the place of transaction. Judging from the percentage, Islamic ethics in the practice of buying and selling above has not been fully implemented.

Abstract

Economics is an activity that can be said to be the same as human existence on this earth, so that then economic motives arise, namely a person's desire to fulfill his life needs. Economic principles are steps taken to meet needs with certain sacrifices to obtain maximum results. During the reign of Caliph Umar, the issue of zakat was not an issue. Even because there are many people who pay zakat, they can form councils, including military councils, social security for providing wages to employees. In this paper contains three problems. How was the economic condition of the people during the leadership of Caliph Umar, what were the forms of economic policy of Caliph Umar, and how was the influence of Umar's economic policies?. This research uses library research method (library research). The data sources used by the author are mainly primary and secondary sources. Then the author will analyze the data using a descriptive method, which is to determine the interpretation of the data collected in the form of rich words, not numbers. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the economic life of the Islamic community during the reign of Caliph Umar was the majority of economic activities with trade, agriculture, and industry. The policies of Caliph 'Umar bin al-Khathtab in the economic field include: the establishment of baitul mal, land ownership, Zakat, usyur, currency, sodaqah for non-Muslims, classification and allocation of state income. and The influence of 'Umar's economic policy cannot be separated from several factors: 'Umar's concern about economic issues, using deliberation in making every policy that is set, prioritizing the benefit of the people, and 'Umar is a responsible and ascetic person.

Abstract

Traditional markets are places where traders and buyers meet which are marked by direct transactions and price bargaining. While revitalization is a process to revive something that was previously empowered. The impact of revitalizing traditional markets is in the form of social and economic impacts. Then what about the socio-economic impact of traders and buyers after market revitalization? Then how is the mashlahah review of this impact?. This type of research uses qualitative research, this research will understand the social or economic conditions of the community, which later is expected to be able to become input for the general public and government agencies in carrying out policies regarding the revitalization of traditional markets. From this research, it can be underlined that a policy will certainly lead to a conflict and the impact that accompanies it. Socio-economy is something that cannot be separated from people's lives. The perceived social and economic impacts are both direct and indirect. The social and economic impact that became the topic of the most was when the arrangement of the trading booths was changed and grouped according to the merchandise. In this study, it was shown that the benefit was only felt by some components of the community, then others did not really feel it as a result of the many perceived impacts.

Abstract

Generosity in Islam, which includes broad dimensions of goodness such as zakat, infak, alms, and waqf are terms that denote the official form of Islamic philanthropy. Kitabisa.com is a website for online donations and fundraising. This research was conducted using a qualitative method by collecting data through interviews and research on the Kitabisa.com website and comparing the results of the literature study with the reality in the field. Also collect supporting data with issues raised. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that the online-based management of zakat, infak and alms at the Kitabisa.com startup can be accessed by everyone with terms and conditions applicable, while the management of funds is carried out transparently, using fundraising and donation methods. The online management of zakat, infak and alms through the Kitabisa.com startup is in accordance with the Muamalah Fiqh perspective.
