Abstract

The research focus is to examine the Work System of the General Election Commission (KPU) with the Voting Organizing Group (KPPS) in determining the Permanent Voters List (DPT) in the 2019 simultaneous General Election (Election). There are three research questions in this study, they are: (1) how the General Election Commission work system with Voting Organizers Group Based on Law No.7 / 2017 in Determining the Final Voters List at the 2019 Concurrent General Election, (2) How is the fiqh siyasah dusturiyah review of the work system of the General Election Commission and the Voting Organizing Group in determining the Final Voters List at the 2019 simultaneous general election?.  The object of this study  uses a type of normative legal research or library research with a qualitative typology, namely the search results from the literature material are analyzed and described comprehensively in relation to the work system of the KPU and KPPS on the DPT determination in the 2019 simultaneous election in the perspective of fiqh siyasah dusturiyah. The result of these research are: The work systems of the KPU and KPPS did not disharmony in determining the DPT in the 2019 Concurrent Elections, because the KPPS 'authority was limited to announce and post the DPT. The inaccuracy of the DPT for the 2019 Concurrent Election is due to the disharmony of the work system in determining the DPT in the 2019 simultaneous elections that occur within the KPU organization itself, namely between the Central KPU, Provincial KPU, and Regency / City KPU. Furthermore, in determining the DPT in the 2019 simultaneous election, the perspective of fiqh siyasah dusturiyah can guide the values of deliberation as regulated in the Islamic State Administrative Law, so that there is no disharmony in the determination of the DPT. The disharmony occurred because the KPU, both the Central KPU, Provincial KPU, and Regency / Municipal KPU, did not follow the principle of deliberation in determining the DPT in the 2019 simultaneous elections

Abstract

Becoming a journalist is not easy, especially for female journalists, if they journalist is sent to cover conflict areas, such as reporting on demonstrations, wars, and even criminal cases. Indirectly, psychologically, when women are faced with things that are raging with more masses, it is necessary to have quite high mental and physical strength. That way, working as a journalist is very high risk because you have to have the courage to sacrifice between life and death to get to the truth. On the other hand, a journalist is also required to be professional in carrying out his duties properly and correctly and commit to improving a journalist's capabilities. The type of research used is qualitative, namely, research that produces information in the form of notes and descriptive data contained in the text under study (Mantra, 2008: 30). Journalist professionalism is a job that aims to find information that is then disseminated based on rules and norms that apply to a journalist when carrying out his duties. The problems between the domestic sphere and his profession as a journalist are endless and of course, it is a challenge in itself. In addition, there is still discrimination from companies against female journalists, such as giving inappropriate wages. With coverage, you have to take risks that need to be maintained, such as information from sources that must be accurate, especially when there is a lot of coverage that does not comply with the protocol. Working as a journalist is very hard, apart from getting news, journalists also risk their lives for news from anywhere.

Abstract

This research begins with a review of several findings which show that students' learning motivation is in the medium or even low category. It was revealed by the results of research, Rahmi (2012) that student motivation was 15.3% in the high category, 69.2% in the medium category, 15.5% in the low category. The researcher's initial assumption showed that female students were more motivated in learning compared to male students. From the research results, some literature states that some male students have low learning motivation due to attention, lack of desire to learn. It can be seen from the low motivation of students to do homework and do exercises at school, while female students tend to be diligent and systematic in dividing time to study and carry out schoolwork.

Abstract

Writing this article aims to look at the dynamics of performance development and analysis of the tasks carried out by each individual citizen from a gender perspective between men and women in their work as civil servants in Indonesia. The method developed is a qualitative method with an analysis of literature studies related to the implementation of the work of civil servants, both women and men in Indonesia. The findings obtained are how the performance of women has more variety and uniqueness than the performance of male employees. With variations in the form of responsibility, in this case it shows that in terms of the concept of work, the demands of men are higher in carrying out tasks because most men are responsible for sustaining family life, but the workload provided by the government always pays attention to aspects of gender needs. for each individual civil servant.
