Abstract

Deprivasi memiliki keterkaitan yang erat dengan terbentuknya eksklusi sosial dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mencermati keterkaitan antara konsep deprivasi dengan eksklusi sosial. (2) mendeskripsikan eksklusi sosial pada sektor pendidikan. (3) dan menggambarkan keberhasilan pemerintah dalam menangani eksklusi sosial di sektor pendidikan menggunakan sudut pandang negara kesejahteraan. Metode yang digunakan dalam riset ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif untuk menggambarkan fenomena eksklusi sosial yang dialami oleh kelompok rentan yang kesulitan untuk mengakses pendidikan. Riset ini didukung dengan studi literatur atau studi pustaka sebagai teknik pengumpulan data dan informasi yang berkenaan dengan eksklusi sosial di sektor pendidikan. Hasil riset ini menunjukkan bahwa deprivasi sangat mempengaruhi terjadinya eksklusi sosial di sektor pendidikan. Pemerintah telah mengupayakan untuk meminmalisir kesenjangan di dunia pendidikan dengan kebijakan dana BOS. Kebijakan tersebut perlu didukung dengan perluasan akses pendidikan bagi seluruh warga negara. Salah satu upaya yang dapat digunakan untuk memperkecil kesenjangan di sektor pendidikan adalah dengan menggalakkan pendidikan inklusi berbasis kesetaraan, keadialan, dan keterbukaan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

This research is motivated based on observations in the field on the assisting process carried out by PKH assistants in providing services, the way services are provided to the community and measuring the level of community satisfaction with the performance of companions. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of satisfaction of the PKH beneficiaries with the performance of PKH assistants in Gampong Pawoh, Susoh District. The sample collection technique used by the researcher was a systematic random sample (Syistematic Random Sampling), thus the sample in this study amounted to 50 respondents where data collection was collected by filling out a questionnaire, then the data collection technique was carried out through literature studies and field studies which included: Observations and questionnaires. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that public satisfaction with the performance of PKH assistants is quite satisfactory and maximally realized, the performance of companions who have provided the best possible services but which is an obstacle in mentoring, there is still a lack of desire from some KPM to attend PKH meeting activities, there is still a lack of understanding in the digestion of information or learning provided by the companion, and some activities carried out in supporting  assistance duties so that there are often miscommunications, especially information about PKH to the beneficiary community in Gampong Pawoh with companions so that many of the KPM come to see the PKH coordinator at the Abdya Social Service.Keywords: Family Hope Program (PKH). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji relasi antara viralnya fenomena lato-lato dalam sudut pandang sosiologi dengan menggunakan teori perubahan sosial yaitu teori siklus. Teori siklus memaknai peradaban masyarakat bergerak dengan cara maju atau mundur dan bahkan melingkar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa viralnya fenomena lato-lato disebabkan oleh jenuhnya masyarakat dalam hal ini lebih spesifik ialah gen Z terhadap permainan yang menggunakan teknologi, Sorokin sebagai salah satu pencetus teori siklus mengatakan peradaban masyarakat tidak terlepas dari sejarah sosiokultural, masyarakat saat ini mulai jenuh dan khawatir terhadap dampak negatif permainan canggih terutama yang menggunakan gadget. Lato-lato juga dapat memperat hubungan sosial serta mampu meningkatkan interaksi sosial.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe role of the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports in improving the work culture of employees at the Disparpora, West Aceh District was studied. This research was conducted to understand work culture both in terms of attending or going home discipline and in providing services to the community. The method used is a qualitative method to understand phenomena such as behavior, views, motivations, and attitudes. Data gathering methods utilized in this study include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data used are both primary and secondary data. The Tourism, Youth, and Sports Office of West Aceh Regency is the study's location. The study's findings demonstrate that sociocultural workplace influences, including governmental and economic variables, have an impact on the work culture at the West Aceh District Tourism, Youth, and Sports Service.

Abstract

Peran camat dalam meningkatkan perilaku kerja pegawai kantor camat Kecamatan Labuhanhaji, Masalah yang diteliti adalah bagaimana peran Camat dalam meningkatkan perilaku kerja pegawai kantor Kecamatan Labuhanhaji. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui peran Camat dalam meningkatkan perilaku kerja pegawai baik dalam disiplin kehadiran/pulang maupun memberikan pelayanan terhadap masyarakat, metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan fokus penelitian. Sumber informan adalah Camat, seketaris camat, dan staf kantor Kecamatan Labuhanhaji. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi pengumpulan data, redukasi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, mengenai peran Camat dalam meningkatkan perilaku kerja pegawai kantor Kecamatan Labuhanhaji Kabupaten Aceh Selatan dilakukan camat dalam melalui tindakan Camat meningkatkan disiplin kerja pegawai, melalui kehadiran tepat waktu, pulang tepat waktu dan pelayanan tepat waktu. Camat selalu memberikan arahan pada saat apel pagi, memberi teguran dan peringatan kepada pegawai yang melakukan pelanggaran.

Abstract

Program Keluarga Harapan was a program planned by the government of Indonesia in 2007, the main objective of the Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) ini Gampong Suak Raya, Johan Pahlawan sub district was not solely to reduce poverty, but also to enhancethe overall quality of human resources, with a particular focus on the local population. The PKH program aimed to achieve this by addressing two key factors: improving the quality of education and enhancing the health of the community. Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) in Gampong Suak Raya, Johan Pahlawan subdistrict, West Aceh regency had run for years, from 2018 to 2022. In the implementation Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) was hoped to help the financial condition of poor people. This study used a qualitative method, run in Gampong Suak Raya, Johan Pahlawan subdistrict, West Aceh regency. For this study, the research data collection was done throughdocumentation, interview, and also observation. The result of this study showed that the implementation of Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) can help the family who received the benefit as the effort to fight the poverty in Gampong Suak Raya, Johan Pahlawan subdistrict, West Aceh regency.

Abstract

Based on an analysis of the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in providing social protection in Nagan Raya district. The Family Hope Program is a government program that provides direct cash assistance to people who meet the criteria. There are several factors in the implementation of the distribution of PKH benefit funds, both supporting factors and inhibiting factors. The Family Hope Program (PKH) is very useful in alleviating poverty as an effort to provide social protection in providing a good standard of living for the community in terms of clothing, food and shelter. Then there should be a final delivery of the data validation results to the participants concerned so that there are no misunderstandings between PKH beneficiaries and the village assistants. In this case there needs to be synergy between the Nagan Raya district social service and village officials in the distribution process, there needs to be understanding from related parties to have a positive impact on the benefits of PKH, so that the distribution process is not hampered so that the purpose of this PKH can provide social protection for the community aid beneficiaries.

Abstract

Deviant behavior is a condition where the behavior of the community is considered not in accordance with the rules, habits, and social norms that exist in the prevailing social life of the community so that it can cause problems. The problem that arises in this study is that deviations are committed by adolescents in a unique location, namely public facilities in the form of bridges connecting villages. In the context of this research aims to describe the social control efforts of the village apparatus in dealing with adolescent deviant behavior. Analysis of this research problem uses qualitative methods with descriptive analysis. From the research that has been made, it is found that the social control efforts that have been made by the Paya Dapur village apparatus are persuasive efforts through reprimands and monitoring, as well as the existence of a warning board in the form of rules that must be obeyed and coercive efforts, namely punishment or sanctions. With the existence of social control and control carried out by the village apparatus, deviations can be minimized.
