Abstract

This research focuses more on marketing risk management, the purpose of this research is to identify risk opportunities and determine risk management policies towards the marketing of production results in the "Tunas Harapan" of Group in Tama Pole village, Muara Jawa. The data used consists of primary data and secondary data. Primary data was collected from interviews with 20 respondents using census methods. The analysis used in this study is business cost analysis, business revenue analysis, business income analysis, descriptive statistics, Monte Carlo simulation and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the amount of bad risk opportunities in the marketing of the "Tunas Harapan" Joint Venture Group was 46%. The occurrence of marketing risks based on respondents is divided into 2, namely external risks and internal risks, at dominant external risks, among others: 1) At least marketing institutions (100 %); 2) Uncertain or frequently changed prices (100%); and 3) Margin differences between marketing agencies (90%), at dominant internal risks include: 1) Capital difficulties (100%); 2) Tools used very little (60%); and 3) Lack of decisions from the "Tunas Harapan" Joint Venture Group to deal with marketing risks (55%). Where policies in dealing with marketing risks of members of the "Tunas Harapan" Joint Venture Group handle by understanding market conditions and cooperating with the marketing agencies involved. Abstract

The research objectives were to determine the traditional smoked fish preservation process, to determine the level of income from traditional smoked fish preservation, to determine the feasibility of traditional smoked fish preservation based on the criteria of R/C, Break Event Point (BEP), Payback Period (PP) and Return of Investment (ROI) and know the marketing channels of the traditional smoked fish preservation business in Liang Ilir and Liang Ulu Villages, Kota Bangun District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. This research was conducted for 12 months from March 2020 to February 2021 in Liang Ilir and Liang Ulu Villages, Kota Bangun District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The research method used was a survey, while the sampling of traditional smoked fish preservation was carried out by purposive sampling. The results of research on the traditional preservation process of smoked fish in Liang Ilir and Liang Ulu villages are starting from the process of weeding and washing fish, smoking, packaging, and storing. Traditional smoked fish preservation is feasible. economy with an average feasibility indicator value of R/C value of 1.32, the value of the Break Event Point (BEP) of the selling price of Rp. 147,700, -/kg, total production of 158.61 kg/month and total sales of Rp. 525,781,-/month, the Payback Period (PP) is 1.98 months, and the Return of Investment (ROI) is 55.23% and the smoked fish preservation marketing channels are zero-level channels (producers - consumers) and one-level channels (producers - retailers - consumers). Abstract

purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics and level of group dynamics among members of the Karya Sejati group. The research was conducted in Sambutan Village, Samarinda City. The sample method used is a purposive sampling method and the data analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis and Likert scale. The results of the analysis show the characteristics of POKDAKAN Karya Sejati in Sambutan Village including age characteristics from 35-44 years, the highest formal education at the SMA/SMK level, the highest non-formal education at 3-4 times attending meetings, the highest income between Rp. 1,600,000 - Rp. 2.100.000,-, and the duration of joining the group is about 5-6 years, as well as the management and group members are married. The level of group dynamics based on indicators of group goals scores 9, group structure scores 9, task function scores 8.7, group development and coaching scores 7.9, group cohesiveness scores 7.9, group atmosphere scores 8.6, and group pressure scores 9, all of these indicators are in the high category. Based on the indicator of group effectiveness, a score of 6.8 and hidden intent, a score of 5.7, both indicators are in the medium category. And overall the dynamic level of POKDAKAN Karya Sejati cumulatively has a score of 72.6, which is in the high category. Keywords: Group Dynamics, Cultivation Group, Catfish Business.

Abstract

Research was aimed to find out if the counseling activities conducted positively affect the absorption of fishermen and to know the level of absorption of fishermen to the counseling activities (presentation) that have been carried out. This research was conducted in Bontang Kuala Village, Bontang City using sample method based on census (30 fishermen became respondents). The results of the analysis showed that the use of communication media (presentation) to the absorption of fishermen had a positive effect with scores of 7.86 and 9.6, respectively. The score belongs to the moderate category where the counseling activities conducted have been running well and have a positive impact for fishermen in Bontang Kuala Village although not yet fully maximized. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the role of fishery exension agent on cultivation activity and marketing of catfish (Clarias gariepinus) on POKDAKAN Bayur Sejahtera based on various criteria including the role of the fishery extension agent as a guide, as an organizer and dynamist, as a field technician, and as a facilitator. This study was analyzed using descriptive analysis and a Likert scale. This study used a case study method. The sample of this study was carried out by census method with a total sample of 26 members of the cultivator group at POKDAKAN Bayur Sejahtera. The results of this study indicate that overall fishery extension agents have a high role in the cultivation activities and marketing of catfish (Clarias gariepinus) in POKDAKAN Bayur Sejahtera with an average score of the total indicators of 49.23 or in the high category. Partially, the role of the extension agent as a guide got an average score of 12.73 or had a high role. The role of the extension agent as an organizer and dynamist got an average score of 12.88 or had a high role. The role of the extension agent as a field technician got an average score of 12.46 or had a high role. Meanwhile, the role of the extension agent as a fasilitator got an average score of 11.15 or had a moderate role. Key Words: Role, Fishery Extension Agent, Fishery Cultivation

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the level of producers perception in using social media as a means of promotion and determine the role of social media as a means of promotion of marketing envelopes. The research method used was a survey method, quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques with a total sample of 11 people. The results of this study indicate that the producers perception of social media is in the medium category, with a score reached 27,91 which is in the range of scores of 20,01 – 28,00. Based on index value (%) shows a score of 82,75 which is in the range of 66,68-100 which is included in the agreed category, meaning that social media for promotion tool for marketing amplang in Sanga-Sanga District is plays a role to marketing promotion Keywords: Role of Social Media, Promotion, Amplang

Abstract

The purposes of this research is to analyze the financial feasibility of the amplang business Ud Ogi Passompe to see whether this business is feasible or not using investment criteria with NVP, IRR, Net B / C Ratio and Payback Period. This study used a field survey method, its sampling in the form of case studies. The results showed that from the financial aspect, amplang business is feasible to run and develop. as evidenced by the investment criteria, with an NVP value of IDR 1.683.306.559, IRR of 40%, Net BCR of 2.75 and a payback period of 2.91 years (34.9 months). Abstract

Kota Bangun District, particularly Liang Village and Liang Ulu Village, has significant potential in obtaining fishery products so that they easily obtain risk and have fluctuating income pattern. This encourages women, including the housewives to take role in increasing the family income. The objective of the current research is to know the women’s role in smoked fish processing business to increase the household income and to know the contribution level of women income in the marketing channel of smoked fish business. Furthermore, this research was carried out using saturated sampling/ census. Meanwhile, the data analysis was done through income and marketing channel analysis method. The women’s role in smoked fish processing business is as the direct business actor with the average monthly income is IDR 2,666,000. Meanwhile, the contribution level of the women in the smoked fish processing business was at the average of 32.39%. In this case, their role starts from making the packaging, determining the price, and marketing the smoked fish production results. The marketing channel of smoked fish processing business is the channel at level 0 (zero), which is the producer to final consumer.

Abstract

Penelitian ini lebih memfokuskan kepada analisis pemasaran, tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui saluran pemasaran, margin, keuntungan dan efisiensi pemasaran Amplang Batubara di Rumah Amplang Brokah kelurahan Lok Tuan Kecamatan Bontang Utara Kota Bontang. Data yang digunakan terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer didapat dari hasil wawancara 3 orang responden dengan mengunakan metode Purposive semple. Analisis yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Analisis Pemasaran, analisis Margin dan keuntungan dan analisis efisiensi pemasaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa saluran pemasaran Amplang Batubara di Rumah Amplang Barokah terdiri dari 3 saluran pemasaran yaitu saluran pemasaran tingkat nol, saluran pemasaran tingkat satu dan saluran pemasaran tingkat dua. Margin pemasaran pada produsen ke pedagang pengepul sebesar Rp. 30.000 , dari produsen ke pedagang pengecer yaitu sebesar Rp. 20.000 dan dari produsen ke konsumen langsung yaitu sebesar Rp 0 dan keuntungan seluruh saluran pemasaran sebesar Rp. 68.127/Kg dalam sekali proses pemasaran. Dan margin pemasaran yang paling efisiensi adalah saluran tingkat satu dan tingkat dua.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the profit and the feasibility of the Sangkuriang catfish farming business based on the following indicators: RCR, BEP (production, price, and sales), Payback Period, and ROI (Return On Investment). This study was conducted in Karang Joang urban village, North Balikpapan. The sampling method was the census method with a total respondent of 30 Sangkuriang catfish farmers. The result showed that the total profit was IDR 467,180,957 / production with an average amount of IDR 15,572,699 / respondent / production. The Sangkuriang catfish farming business, based on the RCR, BEP, Payback Period, and ROI, is feasible to be maintained.
