Abstract

The present study aims to describe and analyze as well as providing the objective overview about giving compensation to Non-Civil Servant Catholic Instructors at the Ministry of Religion in Gorontaloprovince. It also aims to describe and analyze the factors determining the compensation to Non-Civil Servant Catholic Instructors at the Ministry of Religion in Gorontalo province. The results show that the compensation to Non-Civil Servant Catholic Instructors which is based on the aspect of the type of compensation is inadequate, moreover, its system is not effective and its payment is not being paid on time yet. Furthermore, the factors determining the compensation to Non-Civil Servant Catholic Instructors at the Ministry of Religion in Gorontalo province are bids and demand for employees, organizational abilities and willingness, work productivity, education and work experience.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the leadership style of school principals in SMP 5 SatuAtapTelagaBiru, Kabupaten Gorontalo. This type of research uses a qualitative approach. The informants in this study were 5 people, namely the Principal, Deputy Principal and Teachers in SMP 5 SatuAtapTelagaBiru. Data collection techniques, observation, interviews, documentation. The research subject was the principal. The results showed that the Principal SMP N 5 SatuAtapTelagabiruapply participatory and delegate leadership styles and do not apply authoritarian leadership styles.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the workload of each employee at Bina Mandiri University Gorontalo. This research uses descriptive research. Respondents of this study were 38 people who were employees of the Bina Mandiri Gorontalo Campus. Data analysis used Full Time Equivalent (FTE). The results showed that the workload of Bina Mandiri University Gorontalo employees using the FTE method, of the 38 employees there were 30 employees who had normal workloads, 8 employees had underloaded workloads, and no employees had overloaded workloads.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of personal factors and social factors on online buying interest among Bina Mandiri University students, Gorontalo. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. Respondents of this study were students of the University of Bina Mandiri Gorontalo with a sample size of 90 people. Data analysis using multiple regression. The results showed that personal factors and social factors either partially or simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on online buying interest among students at Bina Mandiri University Gorontalo.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and to determine the effectiveness of financial administration services at PPs STIA Bina Taruna Gorontalo. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The informants of this study were students and employees at PPs STIA Bina Taruna Gorontalo. Data collection through interviews. The results showed that the administrative services at the Postgraduate Campus of STIA Bina Taruna Gorantalo were running effectively. This can be seen from the five dimensions of service quality, namely tangible or very good physical appearance of employees, employee reliability is very reliable, employee responsiveness is very fast, assurance or assurance is running well and empathy is well manifested.
