Abstract

ABSTRACT In increasing the efficiency of business activities by accelerating business implementation, the government has issued Government Regulation Number 24 of 2018 concerning Electronically Integrated Business Licensing Services. Based on this policy, all business licensing services are integrated by the center through 1 (one) Electronically Business Licensing System of Online Single Submission (OSS). This research was conducted at the Department of Investment and One-Stop Services, Gorontalo Regency. The purpose of this research was to determine and analyze the effect of Implementing Online Single Submission at the Department of Investment and One-Stop Services, as well as the inhibiting factors. The analysis method used in this research is the qualitative data analysis method, by using interactive models. The data collection used in this research through observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the research results indicate that Online Single Submission System Implementation whether seen from the aspect of regulatory compliance, coordination, and socialization has not been maximally carried out. Likewise, the inhibiting factors identified in this study, such as the apparatus readiness factor, commitment factor, and supporting facilities that hinder the Implementation of the Online Single Submission System at the Department of Investment and One-Stop Services.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were: 1) To determine the effect of discipline on the productivity of teaching staff and teaching staff at SMPNs in Paguyaman District; 2) To determine the effect of the work environment on the productivity of teaching staff and education personnel at SMPNs in Paguyaman District; 3) To determine the effect of discipline and work environment on the productivity of teachers and education personnel at SMPNs in Paguyaman District. This research uses quantitative methods. Sources of data in this study are primary data which is carried out using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using the SPSS version 21 program. The results showed that (1) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on teacher productivity in State Junior High Schools (SMP) throughout Paguyaman District, Boalemo Regency with a determinant value of 19.50%. The meaning of the positive coefficient shows that the work environment has a good impact in increasing teacher productivity in State Junior High Schools (SMP) throughout Paguyaman District, Boalemo Regency. (2) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher productivity in State Junior High Schools (SMP) throughout Paguyaman District, Boalemo Regency with a determinant value of 58.10%. The meaning of the positive coefficient shows that the better the work discipline of the teacher in fulfilling the mandated duties and responsibilities, the productivity of teachers in State Junior High Schools (SMP) throughout Paguyaman District, Boalemo Regency will be more optimal as well. (3) Work environment and work discipline together have a positive and significant effect on teacher productivity in State Junior High Schools (SMP) in Paguyaman District, Boalemo Regency with a determinant value of 77.60%. While the remaining 22.40% can be explained by other variables not examined in this study such as leadership, compensation, job placement, organizational culture, work stress, training, teacher commitment and other variables

Abstract

The objectives of this study were 1) to find out that there was a direct influence of the principal's leadership on the performance of SMP Se Paguyaman teachers; 2) knowing that there is a direct effect of achievement motivation on the performance of junior high school teachers in Paguyaman District, 3) knowing that there is a direct influence of the principal's leadership and achievement motivation on the performance of SMP Se Paguyaman teachers. The quantitative descriptive research method approach with the type of survey research that explains the causal relationship and performs hypothesis testing using the multiple regression analysis approach. The results showed 1) Principal leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of SMP Negeri Se Paguyaman District, Boalemo Regency with a contribution of 25%. This means that the better the leadership of the principal, the higher the performance of SMP Negeri Se Paguyaman District, Boalemo Regency; 2) Achievement motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of SMP Negeri Se Paguyaman District, Boalemo Regency with a contribution of 33%. This means that the higher the achievement motivation of the teacher, the higher the performance of SMP Negeri Se Paguyaman District, Boalemo Regency; 3) Simultaneously, the principal's leadership and teacher achievement motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri Se Paguyaman District, Boalemo Regency with a contribution value of 79%. This means that if the leadership of the principal is implemented properly and followed by the high achievement motivation of the teacher, it will simultaneously increase the performance of SMPNegeri at Paguyaman District, Boalemo Regency.

Abstract

The Analysis of the Issuance Quality of the Driving License (SIM) at the Police Office of Gorontalo Regency. The objectives of this study are: 1) to determine the quality of administrative service provision for a driving license at the police office of Gorontalo Regency; 2) to know the determining factors in the police office of Gorontalo Regency in improving the quality of public services; 3) to know the efforts made by the Gorontalo Police Traffic Unit in overcoming the problem of improving the quality of public services. This study uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with informants, namely direct and service staff on the object under study. Data sources, namely: primary data, namely data obtained directly from the object of research and processed by the researcher himself, secondary data, namely data related to previous research data and from institutions related to the variables studied. The results of this study indicate that the Satpas of the Gorontalo Police Traffic Unit has not fulfilled adequate service facilities in providing quality public services to the community such as: facilities and infrastructure as well as human resources. However, the officers have shown an attitude of responsiveness to help the community when they experience difficulties during the process of making a driving license administration.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation, job satisfaction and career development on the Performance of the Auditor and P2UPD Regional Inspectorate of Pohuwato Regency. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The population and sample in this study were the staff of the Regional Inspectorate of Pohuwato Regency. Data analysis used multiple regressions. The results show that compensation has a significant effect on performance, job satisfaction has a significant effect on performance, career development has a significant effect on performance and compensation, job satisfaction and career development simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is: (1) to identify and analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the new student admission policy through the zoning system at the Education and Culture Office of Gorontalo Regency, (2) to find out and analyze what factors influence the effectiveness of the implementation of the new student admission policy through the zoning system at the Education and Culture Office of Gorontalo Regency. The approach used in this research is qualitative approach. This research was conducted at the Education and Culture Office of Gorontalo Regency. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. The primary data for this research is data obtained directly from research objects and processed by researchers themselves. The informants in this study were: Head of The Education and Culture Office of Gorontalo Regency, Secretary, Head of Basic Education, Head of Student section and Curriculum, and parents of students. Meanwhile, secondary data for this research comes from related data sourced from previous research data and from agencies related to the variables studied. Data collection techniques both primary and secondary data are carried out through in-depth interviews. The results showed that: The effectiveness of implementing a policy is fulfilled if (1) there is clarity of strategy for achieving goals, the policy is a decision taken by an institution to solve a problem or to achieve a certain goal. In implementing this policy, it is based on the implementation goal of admitting students through the zoning system, namely providing opportunities for school-age citizens to obtain quality education services and encouraging increased access to education services. (2) Well-prepared planning, planning is finding, developing, and analyzing possible directions of action. With a well-structured and coordinated plan, the objectives of the policy are easy to fulfill. (3) The Effective Implementation, and (4) supervision.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine and analyze: (1) Management of the Community Salt Business Group (KuGAR) (2) Inhibiting factors for the management of the Community Salt Business Group (KuGAR) in increasing the production of people's salt in Siduwonge Village, Randangan District, Pohuwato Regency, Gorontalo Province. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach, with a focus on Farmer Group Management and Inhibiting Factors in increasing People's Salt Production. The methods used in this research are observation, interview, and documentation. Data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman methods, namely data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results showed that: (1) Management of the People's Salt Business Group (KuGAR) from the planning aspect, there is no SOP document for salt production techniques and salt business financing plans. From the aspect of assistance, it is still administrative assistance and the limitations of education and training activities for business actors and from the results of an evaluation of production reports have not been carried out independently by groups; (2) Inhibiting factors that affect the increase in people's salt production are inadequate infrastructure and facilities, availability of routine weather information and access to marketing salt.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) to determine how much influence partially the village head's leadership has on community participation in development in Walea Islands Sub-District, TojoUna-Una Regency; 2) to find out how much influence partially the village head's communication has on community participation in development in Walea Islands Sub-District, Tojo Una-Una Regency; 3) to determine how much influence simultaneously the leadership and communication of the village head on community participation in development in Walea Islands Sub-District, TojoUna-Una Regency. Quantitative descriptive research method approach with survey research type that explains the caesal relationship and conduct hypothesis testing with multiple regression analysis approach. The results show that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence between the leadership variable of the village head on community participation in development in the Walea Islands Sub-District, TojoUna-Una Regency. This means that the increased leadership of the village head, the community participation will also increase; 2) There is a positive and significant influence between the communication variables of the village head on community participation in development in Walea Islands Sub-District, TojoUna-Una Regency. This means that the better the communication of the village head, the better and increasing community participation; 3) There is a joint influence between the leadership and communication of the village head on community participation in development in Walea Islands Sub-District, TojoUna-Una Regency. This means that if leadership and communication are carried out properly by the village head. It can increase community participation in development.

Abstract

The present study aims to describe and analyze as well as providing the objective overview about giving compensation to Non-Civil Servant Catholic Instructors at the Ministry of Religion in Gorontaloprovince. It also aims to describe and analyze the factors determining the compensation to Non-Civil Servant Catholic Instructors at the Ministry of Religion in Gorontalo province. The results show that the compensation to Non-Civil Servant Catholic Instructors which is based on the aspect of the type of compensation is inadequate, moreover, its system is not effective and its payment is not being paid on time yet. Furthermore, the factors determining the compensation to Non-Civil Servant Catholic Instructors at the Ministry of Religion in Gorontalo province are bids and demand for employees, organizational abilities and willingness, work productivity, education and work experience.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are: 1) to find out and analyze the level of patient satisfaction from the aspect of BPJS Health service quality in the Inpatient Unit of the RSUD Tani dan Nelayan, Boalemo Regency seen from Service Requirements, Systems, Mechanisms and Service Procedures, Time of Completion, Service Costs, Product Specifications, Service Types, Competence Service Executor, Service Implementer Behavior, Complaint Handling Suggestions and Inputs, Facilities and Infrastructure; 2) to find out the factors that determine the satisfaction level of BPJS Healthcare patients in the Inpatient Unit of the RSUD Tani dan Nelayan, Boalemo Regency. The research method applied in this research is qualitative research with descriptive approach. This research was conducted at Tani and Nelayan Hospital Boalemo Regency. Primary data is obtained through direct interviews to competent parties in the patient's Family service to the satisfaction of BPJS patients at Tani and Nelayan Hospital Boalemo Regency. Secondary data of this research was obtained from documents at Tani and Nelayan Hospital boalemo regency. There are three flow of activities in analyzing it, namely data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal of conclusions/verification. The results showed that: 1) satisfaction of BPJS healthcare patient at the Inpatient Unit of the Tani dan Nelayan Hospital of Boalemo Regency that the requirements, system of service mechanisms and procedures, time of completion, are in an orderly manner according to the provisions. Meanwhile, in terms of costs/rates, product specifications for the type of service, executive competence, implementation behavior, handling of complaints and suggestions, facilities, and infrastructure, the level of patient satisfaction is still low; 2) The factors that determine the satisfaction of BPJS Kesehatan patients at the Inpatient Unit of the Regional General Hospital of Farmers and Fishermen, Boalemo District, conclude that the quality of products/services, quality of service, emotional, price and cost determine patient satisfaction.
