Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the combination of concentration and time of spraying bioliquid organic fertilizer on the growth and yield of sweet corn plants (Zea mays Var. saccharata Sturt) Baruna variety. The research was conducted in Tegalsari Village, Plered District, Cirebon Regency from January to May 2023. The experimental method used was using the experimental method with Group Random Design (RAK), consisting of 7 treatment combinations and repeated 4 times. Data analysis was carried out using fingerprints and further tests with the Duncan Multiple Distance Test at the level of 5%. After that, a Correlation Test was carried out with Product Moment t Test analysis between the growth components and the yield of sweet corn plants. The results showed a real influence between the concentration and time of spraying bioliquid organic fertilizer on plant height, number of leaves aged 60 HST, stem diameter, length of husked cob, diameter of husked cob, weight of cob per plant, and weight of husked cob per plot. The concentration of liquid organic fertilizer 5 ml/1 liter of water and spraying time of 14, 28, 42 HST showed the best effect on the weight of cob per plot resulting in production of 15.60 kg/plot or equivalent to 17.33 tons/ha.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine (1) the influence of forms of interpersonal communication, group communication and mass communication carried out by agricultural extension services on the adoption rate of postharvest rice field technology innovations. (2) To find out the right form of agricultural extension communication in order to achieve the adoption of pascpapanen technological innovations. This research was conducted in Gapoktan Mulya Jaya in Babakanmulya Village, Jalaksana District, Kuningan Regency. The study was conducted from September to October 2022. This method and type of research uses descriptive quantitative methods with survey techniques and a sample of 75 members of the Association. Technical data collection is primary data obtained from interviews and questionnaires, and secondary data obtained from data obtained from literature studies and data from agencies or institutions related to research. Data Analysis techniques performed include: descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and F test. The results of multiple linear regression analysis (1) Interpersonal Communication Variables have a real effect on the adoption rate of postharvest technology innovations in rice fields, with the results of multiple linear regression tests that have a sig value = 0.001 which means 0.001 < 0.05 and have a B value = 0.791. (2) Group communication variables have a significant effect on the adoption rate of postharvest technology innovations in rice fields, with multiple linear regression test results that have a sig value = 0.038 which means 0.038 < 0.05 and have a value of B – 0.510. (3) Mass Communication Variables have a real effect on the adoption rate of postharvest technology innovations in rice fields, with regression test results that have a GIS value = 0.002 which means 0.002 < 0.05 and has a value of 0.977. (4) The variables of interpersonal communication, group communication, and mass communication have a significant effect on the adoption rate of rice postharvest technology innovations with the results of multiple linear regression equation analysis, namely: Y = (-1.031) + 0.791 + 0.510 + 0.977 X_1 X_2 X_3.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effectiveness of the restitution mechanism, as regulated in Article 18 of Law Number 31 of 1999 on the Eradication of Corruption, as amended by Republic of Indonesia Law Number 20 of 2001 on Amendments to Law Number 31 of 1999 on the Eradication of Corruption, in reducing state financial losses due to corruption offenses. This study examines the implementation of the restitution process and its impact on state financial recovery using a qualitative normative juridical method. The researcher demonstrates that imposing restitution as an additional sanction is crucial in recovering state financial losses caused by corruption. However, challenges arise in the form of substitutionary penalties that reduce the effectiveness of restitution, as well as the tendency of offenders to choose imprisonment over fulfilling their obligation to make restitution. The lack of coordination among relevant parties also affects the implementation of restitution. To enhance the effectiveness of restitution, a comprehensive approach is needed, strengthening legal compliance and coordination among law enforcement agencies, judicial institutions, and auditing institutions. By addressing these challenges, the restitution mechanism can significantly contribute to reducing state financial losses caused by corruption
