Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) pengaruh interaksi antara dosis pupuk N dan kompos jerami terhadap serapan N, pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman padi, dan (2) dosis N dan jerami berapa yang bisa memberikan pertumbuhan dan hasil padi kultivar inpari 13 yang paling tinggi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Sendang Kecamatan Sumber Kabupaten Cirebon, dari bulan Juni sampai Oktober 2012Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK), pola faktorial. Penelitian terdiri dari dua faktor perlakuan, yaitu pupuk N dan kompos jerami yang diulang 3 kali. Faktor pertama yaitu pupuk N (N) terdiri dari tiga taraf perlakuan yaitu : n1 (60 kg N/ha), n2 (90 kg N/ha), dan n3 (120 kg N/ha). Faktor kedua yaitu kompos jerai (J) terdiri dari tiga taraf yaitu : j1 (4 ton kompos jerami/ha), j2 (5 ton kompos jerami/ha) dan j3 (6 ton kompos jerami/ha).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara pupuk N dan kompos jerami terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 56 hari setelah tanam, bobot gabah kering panen per petak, bobot gabah kering giling per petak dan serapan hara N tanaman. Pupuk N dan kompos jerami secara mandiri berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 28 dan 42 hari setelah tanam, jumlah anakan per rumpun dan bobot gabah kering panen per rumpun, dan (2) takaran pupuk N 90 kg N/ha dikombinasikan dengan kompos jerami 5 ton/ha, memberikan pengaruh baik terhadap bobot gabah kering panen per petak (8,46 kg per petak atau setara 10,83 ton per hektar), bobot gabah kering giling per petak (6,36 kg per petak atau setara 8,13 ton per hektar), dan serapan hara N tanaman (1,79% N).

Abstract

The objectives of this study were: (1) To determine the effect of the combination treatment of the composition of the planting media of straw and cotton compost on the yield and yield components of the mushroom (Volvariella volvaceae), and (2) Knowing the combination treatment of the composition of the straw and cotton compost best for the yield components and results of the mushroom (Volvariella volvaceae).The experiments have been carried out at the Agricultural, Fisheries, Plantation and Forestry Counseling Center (BP3K) in Panguragan District, Kalianyar Village. The trial location is at an altitude of 8 m above sea level. The average daily temperature is 30 0C and the average humidity is 85%. The location selection was based because the Karanganyar village had developed mushroom cultivation. The research period has been carried out for four months starting from September to December 2012.The results showed that: (1) The combination of the treatment composition of the planting medium of straw compost and cotton compost had a significant effect on the number of fruit bodies per plot and fruit body weight per batch, but did not significantly affect fruit body length, fruit body diameter and weight per fruiting bodies, and (2) In combination with the treatment of planting media straw compost and cotton compost with a ratio of 1: 1, 2: 1, 3: 1, 4: 1 and 5: 1 obtained the number of fruit bodies per plot and fruit body weight per plot tall one.

Abstract

Percobaan dilaksanakan di Desa Klayan, Kabupaten Cirebon  pada  Bulan Juli sampai dengan Agustus 2014. Metode percobaan yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Percobaan terdiri dari 9 taraf perlakuan konsentrasi giberelin (GA3), yakni: 0 ppm, 25 ppm, 50 ppm, 75 ppm, 100 ppm, 125 ppm, 150 ppm, 175 ppm, dan 200 ppm. Masing-masing perlakuan diulang 3 kali. Hasil percobaan menunjukan, bahwa pemberian giberelin (GA3) memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap persentase perkecambahan, keserempakan benih berkecambah, panjang plumula, panjang akar, dan bobot akar. Pemberian giberelin (GA3) dengan konsentrasi 150 ppm menghasilkan persentase perkecambahan hingga 21,33 % dan panjang plumula sebesar 0,97 cm. GA3 konsentrasi 125 ppm, menghasilkan keserempakan berkecambah sebesar 17,33 % pada umur 30 HSS. Panjang akar tertinggi dihasilkan oleh perlakuan tanpa GA3, yakni sepanjang 0,81 cm dengan bobot akar sebesar 0,13 gram.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) pengaruh lama penundaan dan cara pengolahan memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap mutu tepung ubi jalar dan (2) lama penundaan dan cara pengolahan yang memberikan mutu tepung ubi jalar paling baik. Penelitian  dilaksanakan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri I Cigugur, Kuningan, dari bulan September sampai dengan Oktober 2011.Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL).  Terdiri dari 9 kombinasi lama penundaan dan cara pengolahan tepung dan 3 diulang kali. Perlakuan yaitu : A (1 hari setelah panen, cara pengolahan tepung 1), B (3 hari setelah panen, cara pengolahan tepung 1), C (5 hari setelah panen, cara pengolahan tepung 1), D (1 hari setelah panen, cara pengolahan tepung 2), E (3 hari setelah panen, cara pengolahan tepung 2), F (5 hari setelah panen, cara pengolahan tepung 2), G (1 hari setelah panen, cara pengolahan tepung 3), H (3 hari setelah panen, cara pengolahan tepung 3), dan I (5 hari setelah panen, cara pengolahan tepung 3).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) terdapat pengaruh nyata antara lama penundaan dan cara pengolahan tepung terhadap rendemen tepung, kadar karbohidrat dan warna tepung, tetapi tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap kadar air tepung, dan (2) lama penundaan 5 hari setelah panen pada pengolahan tepung cara 3 memberikan rendemen tepung tertinggi. Lama simpan 3 hari setelah panen pada pengolahan tepung cara 1 dan lama penundaan 1, 3 dan 5 pada pengolahan tepung cara 3 memberikan kadar karbohidrat tertinggi. Lama penundaan 1, 2, dan 3 hari setelah panen pada pengolahan tepung cara 2 dan lama penundaan 3 hari setelah panen pada pengolahan tepung cara 3, memberikan warna tepung ubi jalar terbaik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Pengaruh cara pengendalian hama hama ulat grayak (Spodopetra exigua), terhadap intensitas serangan serta pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bawang merah, dan (2) cara pengendalian hama mana yang dapat menekan intensitass serangan hama Cara pengendalian hama ulat grayak (Spodopetra exigua) yang dapat menekan intensitas serngan, serta pertumbuhan dan hasil bawang merah yang paling baik. Percobaan dilaksanakan di Desa Pabedilan Kecamatan Pabedilan Kabupaten Cirebon, dari Mei sampai dengan bulan Juli 2013.           Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK). Penelitian ini terdiri dari 5 perlakuan, masing-masing diulang 5 kali. Perlakuan terdiri dari : A (Tanpa shading net dan pestisida), B (shading net putih), C (shading net biru), D (SE-NPV), dan E (pestisida).            Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Shading net dan SE-NPV memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap penekanan hama ulat grayak (Spodopetra exigua), serta pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bawang merah, dan (2) Shading net putih dan biru memberikan pengaruh paling baik terhadap penekanan ulat grayak, tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah anakan, diameter umbi, bobot umbi segar per rumpun, bobot umbi kering per rumpun dan per petak. Shading net putih dn biru memberikan bobot umbi kering tertinggi yaitu 15,50 kg dan 14,45 kg per petak atau setara dengan 12,40 ton dan 11,56 ton per hektar

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komposisi dedak bekatul dan konsentrasi air kelapa terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil Jamur Tiram Putih (Pleurotus ostreatus). Percobaan dilaksanakan di Desa Karangwangi Kecamatan Depok Cirebon – Jawa Barat dari bulan Mei sampai Juli 2013.Metode percobaan yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari kombinasi perlakuan komposisi dedak bekatul dan konsentrasi air kelapa yang diulang tiga kali. Kombinasi perlakuan tersebut adalah sebagai berikut : A (5% dedak bekatul dan 0% air kelapa), B (5% dedak bekatul dan 10% air kelapa), C (5% dedak bekatul dan 20% air kelapa), D (5% dedak bekatul dan 30% air kelapa), E (10% dedak bekatul dan 0% air kelapa), F (10% dedak bekatul dan 10% air kelapa), G (10% dedak bekatul dan 20% air kelapa), H (10% dedak bekatul dan 30% air kelapa), I (15% dedak bekatul dan 0% air kelapa), J (15% dedak bekatul dan 10% air kelapa), K (15% dedak bekatul dan 20% air kelapa), dan L (15% dedak bekatul dan 30% air kelapa).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh nyata antara komposisi dedak bekatul dan konsentrasi air kelapa terhadap kedalaman miselium umur 7 dan 21 HSI, diameter tudung, jumlah badan buah per baglog dan bobot jamur tiram putih per baglog. Namun tidak berpengaruh nyata pada pengamatan kedalaman miselium 14 HSI dan waktu muncul pin head. Hasil terbaik ditunjukkan dari perlakuan L yaitu takaran 15% dedak bekatul dan konsentrasi 30% air kelapa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of the combination treatment spacing and manure dosage on the growth and yield of sweet corn, (2) the best combination of spacing treatment and manure dosage on the growth and yield of sweet corn, and (3) correlation between growth components and yield of sweet corn plants. The experiment was carried out in Bakung Kidul Village, Jamblang District, Cirebon Regency from November 2022 to February 2023. The experimental method used was an experimental method using a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with a further test of the Scott Knott Cluster Test at a 5 percent significance level. It consisted of a combination of spacing and manure treatment, and was repeated three times. The treatment combinations were as follows: A (40 cm x 40 cm and 15 tons of manure/ha), B (40 cm x 40 cm and 20 tons of manure/ha), C (40 cm x 40 cm and 25 tons of fertilizer manure/ha), D (50 cm x 40 cm and 15 tons of manure/ha), E (50 cm x 40 cm and 20 tons of manure/ha), F (50 cm x 40 cm and 25 tons of manure/ ha), G (60 cm x 40 cm and 15 tons of manure/ha), H (60 cm x 40 cm and 20 tons of manure/ha) and I (60 cm x 40 cm and 25 tons of manure/ha). The results showed that: (1) the combination of spacing and manure treatment had a significant effect on the growth and yield of sweet corn, (2) a spacing of 50 cm x 40 cm combined with 20 tons of manure per hectare had the best effect on plant height, number of leaves, cob length, weight of cobs with and without husks per plot. Spacing of 50 cm x 40 cm combined with 20 and 25 tons of manure per hectare gave the best effect on cob diameter, cob weight with and without husks per plant, and (3) there was a significant positive relationship between plant height at 42 days old after planting, the number of leaves aged 28 days and 42 days after planting with cob weight without husk per plot.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the combination of concentration and time of spraying bioliquid organic fertilizer on the growth and yield of sweet corn plants (Zea mays Var. saccharata Sturt) Baruna variety. The research was conducted in Tegalsari Village, Plered District, Cirebon Regency from January to May 2023. The experimental method used was using the experimental method with Group Random Design (RAK), consisting of 7 treatment combinations and repeated 4 times. Data analysis was carried out using fingerprints and further tests with the Duncan Multiple Distance Test at the level of 5%. After that, a Correlation Test was carried out with Product Moment t Test analysis between the growth components and the yield of sweet corn plants. The results showed a real influence between the concentration and time of spraying bioliquid organic fertilizer on plant height, number of leaves aged 60 HST, stem diameter, length of husked cob, diameter of husked cob, weight of cob per plant, and weight of husked cob per plot. The concentration of liquid organic fertilizer 5 ml/1 liter of water and spraying time of 14, 28, 42 HST showed the best effect on the weight of cob per plot resulting in production of 15.60 kg/plot or equivalent to 17.33 tons/ha.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the type of mulch and dose of NPK fertilizer that can increase the growth and yield of shallots (Allium ascalonicum L.). The research was conducted in Cibogo Village, Cirebon Regency, West Java. The location is located at an altitude of 30 meters above sea level (m asl), the rain type belongs to type C (slightly wet). The research was conducted from April to June 2021. This study was prepared based on Group Randomized Design (RAK) with 2 treatment factors and 3 repeats. The first factor is the type of mulch and the second factor is the application of NPK fertilizer. The results showed that the combination of rice straw mulch treatment with NPK fertilizer 300 kg / ha had a significant effect on growth components, namely plant height 28 HST, number of leaves aged 42 HST, and a real effect on yield components, namely tuber diameter, fresh weight of tubers per clump and per plot, dry weight of tubers per clump and per plot. The results also showed that the combination of rice straw mulch treatment with NPK doses of 300 kg/ha and 400 kg/ha gave a good average dry weight of tubers per hectare, namely 8.4 tons/ha and 7.9 tons/ha, respectively.

Abstract

Papaya is in great demand by the public because of its sweet taste and abundant vitamin and mineral content. The problem is that in recent years papaya productivity has fluctuated due to poor soil structure and lack of nutrients in the soil, which results in poor seed growth and unqualified seedlings, so efforts need to be made to find the right type of planting media to support papaya nurseries, one of which is with vermicompost fertilizer. This experiment aims to determine the effect of the proportion of vermicompost fertilizer in the planting medium on the growth of china cultivar papaya seedlings. The research method used was a completely randomized design with six treatments consisting of K0 = 100% soil and 0% vermicompost fertilizer (control), K1 = 80% soil and 60% vermicompost fertilizer, K2 = 60% soil and 40% vermicompost fertilizer, K3 = 40% soil and 60% vermicompost fertilizer, K4 = 20% soil and 80% vermicompost fertilizer and K5 = 0% soil and 100% vermicompost fertilizer. The experimental results showed a significant effect on the proportion of vermicompost fertilizer on plant growth rate and root length of plants aged 15, 30, and 45 DAP, as well as root volume, stem diameter, plant height, number of leaves, fresh weight and dry weight of plants aged 30, 45 and 60 DAP but not significantly different from the observation of plant growth capacity aged 7 and 14 DAP.
