Abstract

Abstract E-Counseling service is an alternative service in helping client problems, namely by utilizing technology, such as through the media website, electronic mail (e-mail), telephone, video, and other social networks. Technology as one of the media that can make it easier for the counselor to help the counselee (client), which is where the client can more freely and comfortably tell all his problems to the counselor without feeling ashamed or afraid of being judged by the problems the client has experienced. This study has the following objectives: (1) To describe the administration and procedures in the e-counseling process using electronic mail at the Islamic Counseling Guidance Laboratory of FUAD IAIN Palangka Raya; (2) To determine the acceptability of users and experts in the E-Counseling Service Model Using Electronic Mail Media at the Islamic Counseling Guidance Laboratory of FUAD IAIN Palangka Raya. This research produces a guidebook for e-counseling services with electronic mail media at the Islamic Counseling Guidance Laboratory of FUAD IAIN Palangka Raya, as well as a service model based on the aspects of usability, feasibility, accuracy and possibility of doing it ready for use with a slight improvement in further model development according to comments , advice and improvements from experts and practitioners.

Abstract

Abstrak Layanan bimbingan klasikal dengan teknik Experiential Learning sebagai metode yang membantu pendidik dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dan upaya memfasilitasi peserta didik untuk mengenal dan menerima dirinya sendiri serta lingkungannya secara positif dan dinamis dan mampu mengambil keputusan yang bertanggung jawab, mengembangkan serta mewujudkan diri secara efektif dan produktif, sesuai dengan peranan yang diinginkan di masa depan, serta menyangkut upaya memfasilitasi peserta didik agar mampu mengembangkan potensi dirinya atau mencapai tugas-tugas perkembangannya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan bimbingan kelas. Penelitian tindakan bimbingan kelas pada dasarnya mengikuti prosedur penelitian tindakan kelas, dengan fokus penelitian dalam bimbingan dan konseling, penelitian tindakan kelas atau Classroom Action Research (CAR) merupakan suatu pencermatan terhadap kegiatan belajar berupa sebuah tindakan, yang sengaja dimunculkan dan terjadi dalam sebuah kelas secara bersama. Pada penelitian ini subyek penelitiannya adalah peserta didik kelas VII. Pelaksanaan penelitian dilakukan pada jam bimbingan klasikal yaitu pada saat jam bimbingan konseling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, tidak terdapat peserta didik yang termasuk dalam kategori sesuai ataupun kurang sesuai dan sudah tidak ada lagi peserta didik yang belum bisa mengembangkan potensi diri. Kata kunci: Eksperential Learning; Bimbingan Klasikal; Potensi Diri Abstract Classical guidance services with Experiential Learning techniques as a method that helps educators improve the quality of education and efforts to facilitate students to know and accept themselves and their environment in a positive and dynamic manner and are able to make responsible decisions, develop and manifest themselves effectively and productively, in accordance with the desired role in the future, as well as regarding efforts to facilitate students so that they are able to develop their potential or achieve their developmental tasks. This research is a classroom guidance action research. Classroom action research basically follows classroom action research procedures, with a research focus in guidance and counseling, Classroom Action Research (CAR) is an examination of learning activities in the form of an action, which is deliberately raised and occurs in a class together. In this study, the research subjects were class VII students. The research was conducted during classical guidance hours, namely during counseling guidance hours. Based on the results of the research conducted, there were no students who were in the appropriate or unsuitable category and there were no students who had not been able to develop their potential. Abstract

Self-disclosure is the process of giving the other party the opportunity to know how we think, how we feel about something, and about our desires. Students who are capable of self-openness are proven to be able to adjust, be more confident, have a positive attitude, be more objective, and open. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which brainstorming techniques are used to assist students in increasing self-disclosure in communication among students of MAN Palangka Raya City. The type of research used is Pre-Experimental Designs with One-group Pretest-Postets Design. The sampling technique in this study was carried out by purposive sampling. The sample in this study was 6 students of MAN Kota Palangka Raya who have low self-disclosure in communication. The data collection tool uses a self-disclosure questionnaire in communication. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is non-parametric statistics with paired two-sample t-test formula. The results of the study show self-openness in communication before receiving group guidance with the brainstorming technique of 50% in the low category, after receiving group guidance with the brainstorming technique of 69% with the high category. The difference in the level of self-disclosure in communication before and after being given group guidance with brainstorming techniques was 18%. The results of the paired two-sample t-test obtained t count-12.548 and t table -2.015 means that Ha is accepted. These results indicate that the brainstorming technique is so effective in increasing self-disclosure in communication among students of MAN Kota Palangka Raya.

Abstract

Reflection skills are techniques that focus the client's feelings on counseling sessions. So that the feeling of being doubtful or blurred can become clearer. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of the reflection skills of BK teachers in SMKN-1 Palangkaraya in implementing individual counseling to students. In this study using the type of qualitative research that is explained in this study more clearly explained by the source of the data in this study must be saturated or it can be said that the statement in the study does not change. The sample in this study amounted to 12 people consisting of 4 BK teachers and 8 students. Data collection is done by interview, observation and documentation. The results showed that the SMKN-1 Palangkaraya teacher displayed feeling skills during counseling that began by listening carefully, interpreting the implied feelings, and formulating in clear sentences containing feelings. It was concluded that the BK teacher performed the skills to reflect feelings well, so that is what makes students often come to the BK room. Supported by students' statements during the interview after following counseling that they feel relieved and clearly understand their own feelings.

Abstract

Perception is a subjective process of processing how humans can judge an object. Many things affect perception, including existing stimuli, environmental factors, observations and experiences. Behavior appears based on the perceptions of each individual. The phenomenon that occurs at SMPN 9 Palangka Raya is that students are reluctant to consult voluntarily with counseling teachers, which means that students only come to the counseling teacher when called because they have committed a violation. This study aims to obtain an overview of the relationship between student perceptions and counseling guidance services in Class VIII. SMPN 9 Palangka Raya. The population of this study were students of SMPN 9 Palangka Raya which consisted of 3 (three) classes VIII-A VIII-B VIII-C, totaling 72 students. While the research sample using total sampling, which is to draw all the population as a sample. Data collection techniques in research using a draw and interviews. Furthermore, the results of the questionnaire data were analyzed using the product moment calculation technique, the r value was obtained, namely 0.841. Furthermore, the calculated r value is consulted with the product moment table r with N = 72 and the level of truth is 1%, namely, 0.368. The results obtained were, 4,841> 0.368. The conclusion from the above analysis is that there is a significant relationship between students' perceptions of BK services at SMPN 9 Palangka Raya.

Abstract

Learning habits are methods or techniques that settle in students when receiving lessons, reading books, doing assignments, and setting time to complete learning activities. To get good learning achievement, students must have good study habits. The phenomenon obtained by researchers at SMA Negeri 4 Palangka Raya is (1) Students do not have structured learning habits, (2) many students do not understand the lessons conveyed in teaching and learning activities, and (3) Students are less active in asking questions if they do not understand with the material delivered by the teacher. This study aims to determine how the learning habits of students who excel in class XI SMA Negeri 4 Palangka Raya. This study uses a qualitative method. The population in the study were all students of class XI using a sample of 5 (five) students who have good learning achievement and study habits by looking at the student achievement index. In this study, researchers used 3 (three) data collection techniques, namely, interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study showed that class XI students at SMA Negeri 4 Palangka Raya have good study habits. This can be seen from students' good understanding of methods, techniques, skills, or efficient learning methods.

Abstract

Guidance and Counseling (BK) services in schools aim to prepare students psychologically to optimally receive learning at school. The phenomenon that occurs at SMKN 4 Palangka Raya is that many students have a negative understanding of BK services in schools which causes students to be reluctant to take advantage of BK services. The purpose of this research is to increase students' understanding of Bk services in schools. The method used is a qualitative method with a guidance and counseling action research approach (PTBK). The steps of the research are carried out in cycles, each of which includes planning, action, observation and reflection steps. Data collection techniques using interviews, observations and questionnaires. The results of this study with 2 cycles showed that there was an increase in understanding of the percentage of the questionnaire by 37%. Prior to the research, the level of understanding of students was at 52%. After being given an intervention with information services using tiktok videos, there was an increase of 89%. In addition to the questionnaire, through observation, it was seen that students were active and enthusiastic in participating in information service activities with tiktok videos. Based on this explanation, the researcher concluded that information services using tiktok videos succeeded in increasing the understanding of students at SMK Negeri 4 Palangka Raya. Researchers hope that future researchers can make references and develop the use of tiktok videos, especially in improving students' understanding.

Abstract

In an era that is completely online like today, many things can be done online, one of which is playing online games. Loneliness is one of the reasons someone chooses to play online games to pass the time. Ease of access increasingly supports online games attracting many people, including students. But unfortunately the freedom of access can be a problem if students do not have good self-control. Therefore, this study aims to determine the relationship between loneliness and self-control with the intensity of playing online games in students. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach with the type of correlational research. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between loneliness and the intensity of students playing online games. So it can be concluded that the higher the individual's level of loneliness, the higher the intensity of playing online games. The results also showed that there was a significant negative relationship between self-control and the intensity of students playing online games. That is, the lower the self-control that students have, the higher the intensity of playing online games.

Abstract

Long distance relationship is a relationship that occurs in couples when one of them has to move to study or work resulting in their relationship adapting to changes, namely long distance relationships. Long distance relationships have a sense of caring for each other's feelings so they spend time communicating. Communication problems sometimes occur which can affect their partner's emotions, both positive and negative. This study examines how long distance relationship couples build their interpersonal attraction on an affective basis. The research subjects were 2 couples with a total of 4 respondents to find out their efforts in building attraction to each other. The research used interview method with the aim of research to find out their efforts in maintaining long distance relationships by building their interpersonal interest on the affective basis, namely positive and negative emotions that arise from problems.
