Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui keefektifan layanankonseling menggunakan Learning The Needed Skill Dalam Trait AndFaktor Untuk Mengatasi Kesulitan Belajar Siswa Di SMPN 5 Kurun.Metode penelitian menggunakan metode penelitiankualitatif, yakni penulis dalam mengumpulkan data secara langsungdari lapangan kemudian menafsirkan dan menyimpulkan dari datayang ada dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara danobservasi. Keabsahan data dilakukan triangulasi data yaitumembandingkan dan mengecek baik derajat kepercayaan informasiyang diperoleh melalui waktu dan alat yang berbeda untukmengetahui adanya alasan terjadinya perbedaan tersebut. Analisisdata menggunakan model analisis interaktif yaitu reduksi data,penyajian data dan kesimpulan.Berdasarkan analisis datadisimpulkan setelah beberapa kali diadakan layanan konselingmenggunakan Learning The Needed Skill dalam Trait And Faktor,siswa menunjukkan perubahan, yaitu 4 (empat) siswa memahamikemampuan intelektual yang ada di dirinya sehingga berkembangdengan baik, membagi waktu belajar dan bermain dengan baik, siswamemahami pelajaran yang disampaikan guru.Peneliti menyatakan di akhir penelitian, siswa awalnyamengalami kesulitan belajar, kini ke empat siswa tersebut dapatmemahami pelajaran dengan baik, ditunjukkan penurunan indikatorkesulitan belajar siswa sangat baik, sehingga layanan konselingdengan menggunakan Learning The Needed Skill Dalam Trait AndFaktor berhasil karena siswa dinyatakan telah berubah dan terbiasadalam memahami pelajaran dengan baik

Abstract

Learning habits are methods or techniques that settle in students when receiving lessons, reading books, doing assignments, and setting time to complete learning activities. To get good learning achievement, students must have good study habits. The phenomenon obtained by researchers at SMA Negeri 4 Palangka Raya is (1) Students do not have structured learning habits, (2) many students do not understand the lessons conveyed in teaching and learning activities, and (3) Students are less active in asking questions if they do not understand with the material delivered by the teacher. This study aims to determine how the learning habits of students who excel in class XI SMA Negeri 4 Palangka Raya. This study uses a qualitative method. The population in the study were all students of class XI using a sample of 5 (five) students who have good learning achievement and study habits by looking at the student achievement index. In this study, researchers used 3 (three) data collection techniques, namely, interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study showed that class XI students at SMA Negeri 4 Palangka Raya have good study habits. This can be seen from students' good understanding of methods, techniques, skills, or efficient learning methods.

Abstract

The presence of a teacher is highly expected for the benefit of effectiveness and efficiency of Guidance and Counseling services in schools. Teachers can also act as mentors for their students. To assist the educational process and the quality of human resources, one of the policies of the government is to promote guidance and counseling in schools in accordance with the Ministerial Decree dated January 15, 1975 No. 008d/1975 and 008e/1975, this is further confirmed by SK and No. 84/1993 and No. 118/1996, and finally contained in the 2013 curriculum is specialization. The purpose of this service "want to know teacher participation in carrying out training on the use of the game "what falls" through information services at SMA NEGERI 1 KURUN, KUALA KURUN ", The sample consisted of 51 teachers at the school. The main data collection tool uses the Check List technique, namely: a way to obtain data by making a list of questions addressed to all teachers at SMA NEGERI 1 KURUN, KUALA KURUN. How to analyze data to test the reality that there is teacher participation in schools in the implementation of group guidance services, servants use percentage calculations. The results of the service show that almost all components of the goals in the service are carried out with a fairly high percentage of 100% by teachers at school. This means that teachers really participate in and support information services at SMA NEGERI 1 KURUN, KUALA KURUN.
