Abstract

Islamic perspective managerial leadership contains at least three basic elements of organization, leader and Jamaah. The leader takes the decision in consultation with the congregation. Jamaah dynamic in participation and action brings the process of Islamic leadership in a positive direction because it acts as an observer, cooperative with its leaders. provide their leaders with the necessary advice so as to contribute to decision making. They also warned against inappropriate actions, withdrawing their support if the leader deviates from the Islamic shari'a rules of the Koran, Hadith, Izma and Qias. Leaders and congregations are responsible to the organization to achieve worldly prosperity and eternal happiness with the ultimate goal of achieving the good pleasure of Allah (Swt) through the fulfillment of the rational goals of the organization (halal). The objectives of this study are: 1) To analyze the profile of institutional caregivers that have a significant effect on congregational participation; 2) Analyzing the leadership profile has a significant effect on congregational participation; 3) Analyzing congregational participation has a significant effect on the determination of organizational policy; 4) Analyzing the profile of institutional caregivers has a significant effect on the determination of organizational policy; 5) To analyze the leadership profile has a significant effect on the determination of organizational policy; 6) Analyzing the profile of institutional caregivers and leadership profiles have a significant effect on the determination of organizational policy through the mediating variable of congregational participation. This research is an explanatory research. The sample used was 91 people as respondents at the Riyadlul Jannah Pacet Mojokerto Islamic Boarding School Jamaah, the respondents returned the questionnaire filling for 48 people, the way of data collection was a questionnaire. The statistical analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The calculation of the estimated value of the variables was carried out with the help of the SPSS version 26 program. From the results of the study it can be concluded as follows: 1) The profile of the institution's caretaker does not have a significant effect on congregational participation. 2) The leadership profile has a significant effect on congregational participation. 3) The profile of the institution's carer does not have a significant effect on the determination of organizational policy. 4) The leadership profile has no significant effect on the determination of organizational policy. 5) The participation of the congregation has no significant effect on determining organizational policy. 6) The profile of institutional caregivers and leadership profiles have a significant effect on the determination of organizational policy through the variable of congregational participation.

Abstract

Two central aspects of culture are frequently discussed in the cross-cultural literature: the ethical aspect and the emic aspect. The objectives of this study are: 1) To find out whether Ethics and Emik simultaneously influence the implementation of the Islamic economic system 2) To find out whether Ethics and Emik partially influence the implementation of the Islamic economic system 3) To find out which of the two has the dominant influence among Ethics and Emik on the implementation of the Islamic economic system. This research is included in quantitative correlational research by following an exploratory, descriptive and explanatory research design. The primary data in this study were collected by the author through the distribution of research questionnaires. Collecting data using questionnaires, observation and documentation. The population of this study were the people of the Pacet village who became the recitation congregation and the recitation community in the shelter of the Riyadlul Jannah Pacet Mojokerto Islamic boarding school, totaling 4821 people. sampling using the Slovin formula with a significance level of 0.01 so that the sample was determined to be 98. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with the SPSS program. V. 26.0. From the research results, it can be concluded as follows: 1) Ethics and Emik simultaneously have a significant effect on the implementation of the Islamic economic system at Riyadlul Jannah Pacet Mojokerto Islamic Boarding School. 2) Ethics and Emik partially influence the implementation of the Islamic economic system at the Riyadlul Jannah Pacet Mojokerto Islamic Boarding School. 3) Emik has the most dominant (tight) influence on Ethics on the implementation of the Islamic economic system at Riyadlul Jannah Pacet Mojokerto Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

This study aims: 1) To analyze the effect of macro social activities on the Multi Level Syari'ah Financing System (MLSF). 2) To analyze the influence of micro-social activities on the Multi Level Syari'ah Financing System (MLSF). 3) To analyze the influence of macro-social activities on the investment interest of the congregation. 4) Analyzing the influence of micro-social activities on the investment interest of the jama'ah. 5) Analyzing the effect of the Multi Level Syari'ah Financing System (MLSF) on the investment interest of the congregation. 6) Analyzing the influence of social macro activities on the interest in investing in congregations with the mediation variable of the Multi Level Syari'ah Financing System (MLSF). 7) Analyzing the influence of micro-social activities on the interest in investing in congregations with the mediation variable of the Multi Level Syari'ah Financing System (MLSF). This research is descriptive-exploratory with explorative, descriptive and explanatory designs. The population is the employees of PT. Rijan Dinamis Selaras (RDS) Pacet Mojokerto totaling 38 people. Sampling using census technique The data collection used was a questionnaire with a 5 point Likert scale measuring instrument. Methods of data analysis using SmartPLS v. Software. 3.3.7. Structural equation analysis (SEM). The results of this study conclude: 1) Social macro activities have a significant effect on the Multi Level Syari'ah Financing System (MLSF) 2) Microsocial activities have no effect on the Multi Level Syari'ah Financing System (MLSF) 3) Social macro activities have no effect on investment interest jama'ah 4) Micro-social activities have a significant effect on the investment interest of the congregation 5) The Multi Level Syari'ah Financing (MLSF) system has no effect on the investment interest of the congregation 6) Social macro activities have an indirect effect on the investment interest of the congregation through the Multi Level Syari'ah Financing System (MLSF) 7) Micro-social activities have an indirect effect on the investment interest of the congregation through the Multi Level Syari'ah Financing System (MLSF)

Abstract

The level of customer satisfaction with service is an important factor in developing a service delivery system that is responsive to consumer needs, minimizes costs and time and maximizes the impact of services on the target population. The objectives of this study are: 1) To analyze the quality of service which consists of speed, friendliness, knowledge, number of services and appearance of formality, which have a simultaneous effect on community satisfaction with customer service. 2) Analyzing the quality of service which consists of speed, friendliness, knowledge, number of services and appearance of formality has a partial effect on community satisfaction with customer service. 3) Analyze among the quality of service which consists of speed, friendliness, knowledge, number of services and appearance of formality which have a dominant effect on community satisfaction in customer service. This research is an explanatory research. The population in this study was 15580 households. The method of sampling in this research is this research uses a simple random sampling system, from the members of the population taken as a sample is as many as 99 respondents. In this study the authors used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. technique, it is explained briefly between variables. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that: 1) Service quality consisting of speed, friendliness, knowledge, number of services and appearance of formality simultaneously has a significant effect on public satisfaction in customer service of sharia business units. 2) Service quality consisting of speed, friendliness, knowledge, number of services and appearance of formality has a partial significant effect on public satisfaction in customer service of sharia business units 3) Display of formality has a dominant effect on public satisfaction in customer service for sharia business units (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and explain the effect of state of mind - mental attitude, system of rules of conduct and system of set norms - criteria and standards simultaneously and partially on Sharia business performance. This type of research is explanatory research. The results of hypothesis testing show that there is a simultaneous and partial significant effect of state of mind - mental attitude (X1), system of rules of conduct (X2) and system of set norms - criteria and standards (X3) on Sharia business performance (Y) .

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) To analyze the culture and character of entrepreneurship based on Islamic boarding schools which have a simultaneous effect on the management of Islamic business units 2) To analyze the culture and character of entrepreneurship based on Islamic boarding schools which have a partial effect on the management of Islamic business units 3) to analyze the cultural variables and entrepreneurial characters based on the pesantren which has a dominant effect on sharia business unit management. This study uses quantitative descriptive analysis with explanatory research. The number of respondents in the population is 53 people as a saturated sample. In this study the authors used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. From the research results it can be concluded as follows: 1) The culture and character of entrepreneurship based on the pesantren simultaneously influence the management of sharia business units. 2) Entrepreneurial culture and character based on pesantren partially influences sharia business unit management. 3) The pesantren-based entrepreneurial culture has the most dominant influence on sharia business unit management.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze: 1) the effect of perceived risk on strategic brand communication. 2) the effect of perceived benefits on strategic brand communication. 3) the influence of brand image on strategic brand communication. 4) the effect of perceived risk on brand loyalty. 5) the effect of perceived benefits on brand loyalty. 6) the influence of brand image on brand loyalty. 7) the influence of strategic brand communication on brand loyalty. 8) indirect effect of perceived risk on brand loyalty through strategic brand communication. 9) indirect effect of perceived benefit on brand loyalty through strategic brand communication. 10) the indirect effect of brand image on brand loyalty through strategic brand communication. The number of subjects for M2M Indonesian Fast Food Gondang Mojokerto customers is 4741 customers/consumers. In sampling, the sample size is determined by the Slovin formula with a significance level of 0.01 so that the sample is determined to be 98 customers/consumers. In this research, the writer uses multiple linear regression analysis technique with SPSS program. V. 26.0. From the results of the analysis and discussion, it is concluded as follows: 1) perceived risk has no effect on strategic brand communication; 2) perceived benefit has a significant effect on strategic brand communication; 3) brand image has a significant effect on strategic brand communication; 4) perceived risk has a significant effect on brand loyalty; 5) perceived benefit has a significant effect on brand loyalty; 6) brand image has no effect on brand loyalty; 7) strategic brand communication has a significant effect on brand loyalty; 8) perceived risk has an indirect effect on brand loyalty through strategic brand communication as a moderating variable; 9) perceived benefit has an indirect effect on brand loyalty through strategic brand communication as a moderating variable; 10) brand image has an indirect effect on brand loyalty through strategic brand communication as a moderating variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the simultaneous, partial and dominant effect of the variable leadership style and education level on employee performance. This research is explanatory (explaining) is "to test the hypotheses of a cause-and-effect relationship between the symptoms (variables) being studied. The type of data used is the type of quantitative data which is quantified using a Likert scale. The research population is the employees of Rijan Mart Pacet Mojokerto. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that: 1) Leadership style and level of education had a simultaneous effect on employee performance. 2) Leadership style has no partial effect on employee performance and education level partially affects employee performance 3) Education level has a dominant effect on employee performance. Limitations of the study: 1) The population of this study was taken at Rijan Mart Pacet Mojokerto. 2) The population and sample consisted of 32 employees of Rijan Mart Pacet Mojokerto. 3) Data collection is carried out on January 6 s.d. 6 February 2021. Research implications: The findings of this study will later reveal the leadership style and level of education that influence simultaneously and partially on employee performance and find variables that have a dominant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the simultaneous, partial and dominant effect of the variable incentives and motivation on employee productivity. This research is explanatory (explaining) is "to test the hypotheses of a cause-and-effect relationship between the symptoms (variables) being studied. The type of data used is the type of quantitative data which is quantified using a Likert scale. The research population is employees of PT. Rijan Dinamis Selaras (RDS) Pacet Mojokerto. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that: 1) incentives and motivation had a simultaneous effect on employee productivity. 2) the provision of incentives has no partial effect on employee work productivity and motivation has a partial effect on employee work productivity 3) motivation has a dominant effect on employee work productivity.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are: 1) Analyzing the product has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. 2) Analyzing the price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. 3) Analyzing the place has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. 4) Analyzing promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. 5) Analyzing product, price, place and promotion have a joint effect on purchasing decisions. 6) To find out which products, prices, places and promotions have the greatest influence on purchasing decisions. Based on considerations of time, effort, and funds, as well as the scope of the problem and the large number of subjects when the research was carried out in August 2020. The population in this study was Rijan Mineral Water Consumers in Mojokerto, the population in this study was 96 people. The sampling method is a census or saturated sample where all members of the population are sampled, while data analysis uses multiple linear regression. From the results of the study, it can be concluded as follows: 1) The product has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. 2) Price has no significant effect on purchasing decisions. 3) Compensation has no significant effect on performance. 4) Promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. 5) Product, price, place and promotion have a joint effect on purchasing decisions.
