Abstract

This study aims to find out how of work facilities, employee performance, work facilities on employee performance, as well as obstacles that arise and the efforts that must be made on work facilities and employee performance. The object of this research is the Village Office of Tegalpanjang Garut Regency. The method used is quantitative methods, data collection techniques using literature study, observation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses the correlation coefficient and the coefficient of determination with a test tool in the form of SPSS Version 26. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the variable X (Work Facilities) and the Y variable (Employee Performance) had a very strong relationship, namely 0.991 (pearson correlation). The coefficient of determination is 0.983 which indicates that the work facilities have an effect of 98.3% on employee performance and the remaining 1.7% is influenced by other factors not examined by the author. The obstacles faced in this study were the filing cabinets experienced a lack of capacity to accommodate documents, the use of work facilities in Tegalpanjang Village became less effective, this was due to the large number of documents that were not stored in their place. Efforts to overcome this, namely the Tegalpanjang Village office can replace filing cabinets with a larger capacity. Conclusion that work facilities have a very strong relationship to employee performance with a very strong level of influence. Keywords : Work Facilities , Employee Performance.

Abstract

Financing Institutions have an important role in supporting business and economic activities. In addition, it can encourage the creation of prosperity. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the effect of Investment Financing and Operational Costs and Operating Income (BOPO) on the profitability of the Financing Institution. Profitability chosen is Return On Assets which is a parameter that is in accordance with the prevalence of profitability measurement and the rules of the Financial Services Authority for Financing Institutions. The sample data taken is purposive sampling data in 2021 which was taken from the OJK website. In this descriptive quantitative study, multiple regression analysis was applied to test the effect (F-Test and T-Test), by testing the classical assumptions before, in order to ensure the reliability of the data. The data processing software used is SPSS version 23. From the results of data processing, it can be concluded that: a) Together, the Investment Financing Variable and the BOPO variable have a significant positive effect on the ROA variable; b) Individually, the Investment Financing Variable does not have a significant effect on the ROA variable; c) Individually, the BOPO variable has a significant effect on the ROA variable

Abstract

THE EFFECT OF SALES ON GROSS PROFIT IN PT KALBE FARMA TBK 2015-2019 PERIOD (SURVEY ON THE INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE) Abstract This research was aimed to determine the influence of sales to the gross profit at PT Kalbe Farma Tbk period 2015-2019. The method used in this research was quantitative method. The data collection techniques were done by literature study, documentation, and browses from the internet. The data analysis techniques were done by normality test, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, simple linier regression analysis, and hypothesis test. From this research, the correlation coefficient results obtained by 0,947 this means that this had a positive relationship with the level of relationship is very strong, and the coefficient determination was 89,7% this shows the influence of sales to the gross profit and the rest 10,3% was influence by others factors that not examined. The t test result obtained 5,110 > 3,182 (tcount > ttable), so Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted which means there was a significant influence between sales and the gross profit. The advice given are, staying consistent in increasing sales by developing creative innovations on products or management strategies, pay more attention to the calculation of cost of goods sold, and more streamline the production cost by minimizing the expenditure cost. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of integrated marketing communication (IMC) on purchasing decisions of knitted products at CV. Eka Jaya Mandiri in January 2020, as well as to find out the problems and efforts made related to integrated marketing communication (IMC) and purchasing decisions on CV. Eka Jaya Mandiri. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with the data source from the respondent's questionnaire. The data collection technique obtained is by means of field work practices and literature studies. Based on the results of data analysis, the effect of integrated marketing communication (IMC) on purchasing decisions has a close relationship of 0.730 strong category. Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) affects the Purchase Decision by 53.3% and the remaining 46.7% is influenced by other variables. The problem that occurs is Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) in CV. Eka Jaya Mandiri has not been carried out optimally, because many programs and planning concepts are not operated and are underdeveloped. However, to overcome this problem, the company makes efforts to develop programs and promotional planning concepts, while the advice given is that companies need to pay attention to sales health, maximize all promotional sources that will be run, and collaborate with other companies or institutions in the business field.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know the influence this of factory overhead cost to sale at CV. Duta Setia Garment. The method used in conducting this research was deskriptive quantitative method with data collection technicques based on interview, observation and literature study. The collected data was then analyzed using statistical test of correlation coefficients and coefficients of determination. Based on the result of the study,it showed that result of correlation analysis the value of factory overhead cost to sale was 0,669 that value was positive. It could be interpreted in line with the criteria correlation was medium because it was within the interval (0,40 to 0,599). The result of the analysis of the influence of factory overhead cost determination to sale in the amount of 19,50% (the dependent variabel) and the remainder is 80,50% of other variables.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Center for Education and Training in Operations and Entrepreneurship (BP3W) of West Java Province, which aims to determine the correlation between training and business development and also to analyze the influence of new entrepreneurial training on the development of beauty salon services business in the Center for Education and Training in Operation and Entrepreneurship (BP3W) of West Java Province. Respondents from this study were all alumni of beauty salon service entrepreneurial trainees during 2016 who were selected with random sampling techniques. The method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach, which tests correlation using analysis of the sperman rank corelation, and is also done to determine measurement accuracy using tests of validity, reliability, spearman rank cholera test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this study showed a correlation of new entrepreneurial training and beauty salon service business development in the Center for Education and Training in Operation and Entrepreneurship (BP3W) of West Java Province with a correlation coefficient of r_s = 0.793 calculation results showing a coefficient of determination of 62.89%. This shows that the hypothesis is proven, that there is an influence of new entrepreneurial training on the development of beauty salon services business in the Center for Education and Training in Operation and Entrepreneurship (BP3W) of West Java Province.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the extent to which the accounting information System for Cash Receipts on Deposit Funds has an impact on improving internal control at PT BPR Kerta Raharja. The descriptive quantitative research approach was employed, with data collected through field investigations, interviews, and questionnaires. The sample size for this study was 22 employees from PT BPR Kerta Raharja. Based on the study's findings, the hypothesis was accepted after the results of hypothesis testing using the t-test showed a significant level of 0.001 0.000. This indicates a substantial association between the Accounting Information System for Cash Receipts, Deposits, and Internal Control, which validates the premise. Based on the coefficient of determination calculations, the effect of the Accounting Information System for Cash Receipts on Deposit Funds on Internal Control at PT BPR Kerta Raharja Banjaran Branch is 45.7 percent, with the remaining 54.3 percent influenced by other factors not investigated by the author.

Abstract

Abtract This research was conducted to avoid the large influence of personal selling influence on purchasing decisions, which can be relied upon in personal interventions and to measure what the company is doing in overcoming the problem of personal selling of PT. F C C NESTLE Cimahi Branch. The research method used is quantitative research methods, data collection methods used are questionnaires, observation and literature study. The sample used was 72 respondents from the results of the study population. The analysis technique used is the product analysis technique when processing data using SPSS 25. The results showed that there was an effect of personal selling on the purchasing decision of PT. F C C NESTLE Cimahi, at 68.1%, indicating a strong relationship. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination of 46.4% are seen in R Sguare and the remaining 53.6% from other factors not examined by the author, this shows that the effect of personal selling on purchasing decisions. To improve purchasing decisions of prospective customers through personal selling, it is necessary to increase human resources, provide motivation and appreciation for employees, choose a good promotion time and must master the company's products.
