Abstract

Kepentingan dan kebutuhan atau kepentingan manusia demikian banyaknya, maka sangat terbuka kepentingan antara orang satu dengan orang yang lainnya. Benturan kepentingan ini menimbulkan sengketa Akhir-akhir ini banyak masyarakat yang terlibat di dalam sengketa perdata. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum empiris, atau non doktrinal yang bersifat deskriptif. metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan yuridis empiris. Penelitian yang menggunakan yuridis empiris. Suatu penelitian deskriptif dimaksudkan untuk memberikan data yang seteliti mungkin tentang manusia, keadaan atau gejala-gelaja lainnya. Hasil di penelitin ini penyelesaian sengketa melalui mediasi belum efektif jika dipersentasikan 90% mediasi di pengadilan negeri selong tidak berhasil dan mediasi ini tidak sesuai dengan harapan Undang-Undang. perkara pada tahun 2017 berjumlah 107 perkara dan berhasil dimediasi jika dipersentasikan 0% dari yang 100% perkara yang masuk, sedangkan pada tahun 2017 berjumlah 114 dan yang berhasil dimediasi 1% dari yang 100% perkara yang masuk, pada tahun 2018 perkara yang masuk berjumlah 92 jika dipersentasikan 0% dari 100% perkara yang masuk.

Abstract

Infrastruktur jalan merupakan penopang peradaban, sarana pemerataan pembangunan dan pendukung perekonomian bagi Indonesia sebagai suatu negara kepulauan, namun masih terdapat sekitar 56,73% dari keseluruhan Panjang jalan di Indonesia berada dalam kondisi yang kurang/tidak baik. Perlu melakukan studi normative berdasarkan data sekunder atau library research dalam menjawab rumusan permasalahan yang ada. Implementasi kebijakan publik yang ideal dalam pembangunan infrastruktur jalan di Indonesia memadai mempergunakan A Model of the Policy Implementation Process. Model ini menyuguhkan pengaruh standar dan sasaran kebijakan, Sumber daya, Karakteristik organisasi pelaksana, Komunikasi antar organisasi terkait dan kegiatan-kegiatan pelaksanaan, sikap para pelaksana, dan lingkungan social, ekonomi, dan politik dalam meningkatkan kinerja kebijakan.

Abstract

Generasi millennial segera menjadi angkatan kerja terbesar di Indonesia. Namun, terdapat studi yang menunjukkan, 9% karyawan millennial menolak terlibat/disengaged dengan peru sahaan, dan 66%, tenaga kerja milenial cuma terlibat sebagian/partially-engaged. Tentunya, fenomena ini bisa merugikan dan menguntungkan perusahaan, sehingga perlu mendapat perhatian serius karena generasi ini diprediksi akan mendominasi angkatan kerja tahun 2020-2035. Berdasarkan studi kualitatif, dihasilkan dua kesimpulan. Pertama, agar bisa survive dalam dunia kerja, generasi millennial harus mampu mempergunakan jaringan dan social media secara bijak dan terarah, bahkan dapat diberdayakan dalam meningkatkan kinerjanya di perusahaan. Selain itu, perusahaan harus mampu melibatkan karyawan milenialnya sehingga akan memberikan hasil terbaik terhadap perusahaan jika mereka sepenuhnya terlibat dalam pekerjaan mereka. Keterlibatan penuh karyawan milenial sangat berkaitan dengan dengan produktivitas yang lebih tinggi, layanan pelanggan yang lebih baik, dan turnover yang lebih rendah. Kedua, kriteria tenaga kerja yang dibutuhkan perusahaan dalam menghadapi situasi pekerjaan saat ini adalah tenaga kerja yang memiliki karakteristik pribadi dan dukungan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai

Abstract

The forecast for the global and Indonesian economy which is predicted to be unfavorable in the coming year has raised anticipation in several corporations to lay off workers (PHK), downsizing employees, and employee efficiency. It is necessary to understand the justification attached to the layoffs of employees or workers so that employees, management and the company still adhere to their legal rights and obligations. It was concluded that of the ten reasons for companies to layoffs based on Law no. 13 of 2003, there are 3 (three) reasons, namely reasons related to or attached to the employee or employee's personal, reasons related to employee behavior, and/or reasons related to the running of the company. Each of these reasons must still be based on the stages contained in the reason.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi kreatif di Indonesia perlu dijaga mengingat terdapatnya potensi tantangan yang sangat besar. Berdasarkan studi dengan pendekatan dan data kualitatif, disimpulkan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi kreatif sangat membutuhkan kapabilitas mengingat unsur utama berupa kreativitas dan nilai tambah hanya akan dapat meningkat bila kapabilitas pelaku ekonomi kreatif tersebut harus ditingkatkan.

Abstract

The quality of human resources and the quality of services received by the community are still classified as ineffective with the completion time of a file still experiencing delays to an unspecified time and a lack of confirmation to the community for the services provided so that community satisfaction is not fulfilled at the Pinrang district population and civil records service . This study uses a quantitative approach. This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of the quality of human resources on community satisfaction (2) the effect of the quality of human resources on service quality, (3) the effect of service quality on community satisfaction, (4) the effect of the quality of human resources on community satisfaction through service quality. The research population totaled 407,371 people with a sample of 100 respondents using a side random technique. The data analysis method used is path analysis and Sobel test to determine the indirect effect of variables. The results showed that the quality of human resources had a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction and service quality, service quality had a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction, and the quality of human resources had an indirect, positive and significant effect on society through service quality with test results sobel of 6,464 < 1.96 (absolute value Z). The higher the quality of human resources, the better the quality of service that can increase community satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, work culture and organizational climate on the performance of employees of the Regional Personnel Agency and Human Resource Development Boven Digoel Regency. This research is a quantitative research, the data used is primary data, namely data obtained from distributing questionnaires to the research object. The population of this study were all employees of the Regional Personnel Agency and Human Resources Development Boven Digoel Regency. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total sample of 35 respondents. In analyzing the research data using the SPSS version 26 application. The results showed that (1) leadership has a positive and significant effect on work culture; (2) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational climate; (3) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (4) Work culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (5) Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (6) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work culture; and (7) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through organizational climate at the Regional Personnel Agency and Human Resource Development Boven Digoel Regency. Abstract

Covid -19 pandemic make the style of social life, the economy in society to be very significantly changed. So that people have limited cash transactions in carrying out their daily financial activities . People make payments with digital transactions in the form of mobile banking to reduce physical contact which will certainly reduce the spread of Covid-19 . Therefore, the Bank's performance greatly determines how security, convenience and comfort people transact using digital transactions . The design of this study was to take a sample during the New Normal of the Covid-19 pandemic , a sample of 371 customers at Mandiri Bank Makassar Kartini Branch who were selected using the simple random method. sampling distributing questionnaires and then collecting data results. The data obtained were then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques and SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) data analysis. It was concluded that the implications of the Covid-19 outbreak and digital transactions had a positive and significant effect on bank performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Investment Opportunity Set, Multiple Large Shareholders and Capital Structure on Dividend Policy through Liquidity in Manufacturing Companies in Indonesia. This study uses secondary data by taking data from annual reports and financial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely www.idx.co.id. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling so that the number of samples used was 41 with 123 observational data. The data analysis technique in this study used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) using SPSS assistance which was directed to answer the formula problems or hypotheses that have been formulated in this study and are used to examine the relationship between Investment Opportunity Set, Multiple Large Shareholders and Capital Structure variables on Dividend Policy and Liquidity as a moderating variable in manufacturing companies in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that Investment Opportunity Set has a significant positive effect on Dividend Policy, Multiple Large Shareholders has a significant negative effect on Dividend Policy and Capital Structure has a significant positive effect on Dividend Policy. In addition, the results of the study using the Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) test show that Liquidity moderates the relationship between Investment Opportunity Sets and Dividend Policy, Liquidity moderates the relationship between Multiple Large Shareholders and Dividend Policy, and Liquidity also moderates the relationship between Capital Structure and Dividend Policy.

Abstract

Gold investment is a safe investment for beginners and suitable for millennials, gold investment is the easiest besides good returns the risk is also smaller and can be a hedge during a crisis. Many factors cause millennials to choose gold as an investment tool. In addition to selling gold bars in small quantities starting from 0.1 gr from antam, mini gold, EOA gold, Lotus Archi and so on which is a convenience for all people to start investing, digital gold savings is also a facility that makes it easier for investors to make transactions with flexible locations. This is also supported by the phenomenon of gold prices which every year experience a significant increase, increasing millennial interest in starting to invest in gold. The research method used, namely descriptive qualitative, will provide an overview (description) of an event or symptom of data and information which is then associated with theories and concepts that support the discussion, where this explanation uses qualitative methods with a theoretical approach to Financial Management, and Gold Investment. The nature of research is explanatory research where the object of research is individual. The results of this study explained that there is no significant difference between the rate of return between gold investment and stock investment, there is no significant difference between risk between gold investment and stock investment, the gold rate of return is higher than the stock return. In both returns, there is a difference where the average gold investment is better (high) compared to the stock return investment, the gold risk level is greater than the stock risk level. In both risks there is a difference where the average gold investment is higher than the risk s investment.
