Abstract

This class action research is motivated by the low activeness of learners in following learning and there are still many learners who have not been completed on the material of gratitude prostration, sahwi prostration and prostration tilawah. This research aims to improve the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education on the material of the procedure of prostration of gratitude, prostration of sahwi and prostration of tilawah, by applying the implementation of improving learning with drill methods. The type of research is Class Action Research with two cycles from October to December 2021, located in class VIII B of State Junior High School 02 Pontianak. The techniques and data collection tools in this study use descriptive analysis techniques on data in the form of student work documents, score lists and observation sheets. The results showed that with the drill method becomes a pleasant learning atmosphere so that the learning outcomes of learners increase, namely from the results of cycle I to Cycle II there is an increase. It was concluded that the drill method can improve students' learning outcomes.

Abstract

Islamic Religious and Character Education aims to educate students to become people of faith, have noble character, and have the life skills needed in their lives to be successful in this world and the hereafter. However, unfortunately there are still many PAI teachers who tend to focus on teaching theoretically, lack practice and do not provide life skills that are very interesting and needed by students. Therefore, the author feels challenged to create best practices that aim to increase students' faith and learning motivation by implementing Ruqyah Syar'iyyah in fun and meaningful learning on the teaching material of Faith in the Angels of Allah SWT. in class VII-G odd semester, SMPN 1 Kota Bogor. Based on the results of this best practice, it can be concluded that the implementation of Ruqyah Syar'iyyah in PAI learning can increase students' faith and motivation to learn. This is proven based on student responsse questionnaire data, namely that all students (100%) feel calm and only fear Allah SWT after participating in the lesson. Apart from that, the majority of students considered that learning was very enjoyable (70%) and enjoyable (30%) so they were motivated to learn.

Abstract

This study aims to describe methods of giving learning assignments and recitations as well as to find out learning enhancement activities for class VII students of SMPN Panguragan, Cirebon Regency, in the 2019/2020 academic year. This research is an action research class subject to PAI (Islamic Religious Education), which starts from the stages of planning, implementing action, observing and reflecting. The research subjects in class A were 30 students of class VII SMPN Panguragan, Cirebon Regency. Methods of data collection using observation, tests, interviews, and documents. The data analysis used was descriptive with a qualitative approach. The results of the research show that the recitation method can increase student learning activities and outcomes. In the first cycle of student learning activities in the medium category, namely 2.1 and the second cycle increased by 3.1 in the high category. Student learning outcomes in cycle I showed an average score of 76.4 students with classical learning mastery of 77.5% and cycle II increased by 81.8 with classical learning mastery of 82.8%.

Abstract

This classroom action research was conducted to find out how the implementation of the Think Pair Share type cooperative learning model was able to increase student motivation in online learning in Class IX-E at SMP Negeri 14 Cirebon. This research was descriptive qualitative in nature and was conducted in two research cycles with 24 students as participants. The researcher himself acted as a participant-observer in this research. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation and document analysis, and the findings were then analyzed qualitatively based on relevant theories put forward in the research. This research concludes that the implementation of the Think Pair Share type cooperative learning model is able to improve PAI learning outcomes in Class IX-E at SMP Negeri 14 Cirebon. Asking and answering each other develops students' abilities in speaking and critical thinking. However, holding online classes requires maximum effort from teachers in motivating students to take part in learning activities. Technical obstacles still often cause problems in online learning activities. Therefore, further research related to the issues above is still recommended to obtain satisfactory findings.

Abstract

This research is to answer the problem formulation "Can the application of the "make a match" cooperative learning strategy improve Islamic Religious Education learning outcomes regarding Faith in the Books of Allah. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of Classroom Action Research (PTK). The research subjects were class IV students at SDN Kebon Baru IV Cirebon City 2022/2023. The data collection technique used in this research is (1) participant observation method because the teacher as a researcher simultaneously observes and is observed directly by collaborators who also observe the activity of teachers and students during the learning process. (2) documentation method, used to determine students' initial abilities and to obtain data about SDN KebonBaru IV Cirebon City 2022/2023 which includes the school profile and its vision and mission, (3) test method is used to determine student learning outcomes after working on the questions questions given at the end of learning in each cycle. The data in this research is divided into two types, namely quantitative data and qualitative data. The research was carried out in four stages. The first stage is pre-cycle using the lecture method with an average score of 53 from the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) 60 with student completeness of 49.6%. The second stage, cycle I, resulted in an average class score of 71 achieved by 9 students who completed it out of 12 students, with a completeness level reaching 75%. The third stage of cycle II with an average class score of 82 achieved by 12 students completed it with 100% completeness. And the fourth stage of cycle III with an average class score of 84 achieved 100% completion by 12 out of 12 students. Based on this data, by implementing the cooperative learning strategy "make a match", cycles I, II and III can be seen that there is an increase in learning outcomes after implementing the "make a match" learning strategy.

Abstract

This study is a qualitative study, which was carried out in the form of Classroom Action Research (PTK) with 37 students participating, and the researcher himself acting as a participant observer. This research aims to find out how the implementation of a project-based learning model can increase students' understanding of halal and nutritious food in studying PAI in Class VII-B at SMP Negeri 4 Cirebon. The research carried out in two cycles used observation and document review as data collection techniques. The findings were then analyzed qualitatively based on the theories put forward in the research. The findings of this research are that the implementation of the Project Based learning model is able to improve student learning outcomes in participating in PAI learning activities in Class VII-B of SMP Negeri 4 Cirebon. This is proven by the fact that there is a very significant increase in learning outcomes between Cycles I and II regarding the ability to understand what types of food are halal and good. Maximum motivation and material enrichment can increase students' self-confidence to be involved and motivated in learning activities. However, hard work is required for teachers who implement the Project Based learning model considering that teachers must be able to direct and provide maximum motivation to students. Adequate practice is very necessary for students to be able to draw well. Teachers who implement the Project Based learning model must have adequate understanding regarding the use of learning media. This research was only carried out for a short time and on a limited scale, so further research regarding the themes mentioned above needs to be carried out to obtain much more satisfactory results.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the religious value of the independent curriculum implemented at Pagarsih 003 Public Elementary School. The research method in this paper is descriptive qualitative by collecting good data from books, journals, observations, and interviews related to this mini research. The religious values of the independent curriculum implemented in Pagarsih 003 Public Elementary School, namely: relating to faith and piety, namely carrying out every Tuesday-Friday reading short letters and Asmaul Husna together in the field, carrying out Islamic holiday commemorations, carrying out sacrifices at school, to the noble character of students is required to carry out 5 S (polite, polite, smile, greet, greeting,) every day, incalculating global diversity values for students carried out by teachers in each subject while studying in class so that they always live in harmony and have an attitude of tolerance, for the independence of students, namely students who are able to clean the class on their own without being asked by the teacher, are able to do assignments independently, do not cheat during exams, while mutual cooperation activities at school carry out fundraising for victims of natural disasters/social services, cleaning places of worship and classes together, while for creativity vitas by making works such as calligraphy, craft art or so on and there are always creative works in every subject.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to investigate how problem based learning significant to improve student’ learning outcome and student’ motivation in studying PAI in Kelas VIII-A in SMP Negeri 15 Cirebon. As a qualitative-descriptive classroom actional research, this study did in two cycles with 26 students as participant and conducted in sequences that involves preparating, acting, observating, and reflecting. Data collection did by investigating students worksheet and recorded video, the finding then analyzed qualitatively according to the relevant theories. This study then found that the implementation of problem based learning significant to improve student’ learning outcome and the application of relevant teaching learning video improve student’ motivation in learning. However, implementing problem based learning by using vido as teaching media in secondary school needs teacher’capabilit in classroom management.  Thus, further study is still recommended for better findings.

Abstract

The purpose of conveying the seven adages of SMP Negeri 7 Tasikmalaya by each subject teacher is so that students unconsciously receive and store this advice in their subconscious so that it will make an impression so that in time it will appear reflexively without having to think about it again. As for the targets of this activity are teachers as implementation guides, students as actors of character internalization and guidance and counseling teachers as monitors of student character development. The implementation period is 6 months in the even semester of the 2021/2022 school year from January to July 2022, taking place at SMP Negeri 7 Tasikmalaya. The method of implementing the program for internalizing the character of students with adages/advice delivered by the subject teacher at the end of each lesson that has been carried out, this is a series of process activities carried out in a systematic and planned manner. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that character internalization by conveying adages/advice at SMP Negeri 7 Tasikmalaya by each subject teacher at the end of learning is proven to be able to reduce student barriers, as evidenced by 45 students or 9.05%, who had learning barriers before a character internalization program was held by conveying the adage of SMP Negeri 7 Tasikmalaya which decreased to 18 students or 3.62%, there was a decrease, 27 students or 5.43%. after the character internalization program through the delivery of adages at SMP Negeri 7 Tasikmalaya, out of 30 students or 6.04% who had social barriers before the character internalization program was held through delivering adages at SMP Negeri 7 Tasikmalaya, it decreased to 11 students or 2.21% there was a decrease , 29 students or 3.83%. and of the 36 students or 7.24% who had personal barriers before the character internalization program was held through the delivery of the adage of SMP Negeri 7 Tasikmalaya it decreased to 12 students or 2.41% there was a decrease, 24 students or 4.83%. after the character internalization program by conveying the adage of SMP Negeri 7 Tasikmalaya

Abstract

A Good Practice (Best Practice) implementation of learning using Pop Up Book media in the learning of Islamic Religious Education and Characteristics, to help students improve their presentation skills about the results of discussions on the material The Beauty of Tarawih Prayers and Tadarus Al-Qur’an for Grade V Students of SDN 42 Mataram. After observing the teacher's activities, discussing and presenting the learning outcomes of 36 fifth grade students at SDN 42 Mataram using this media, classically these students have achieved an average classical score of 84.58 with a good success category.
