Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh standar operasional prosedur rekrutmen karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kebijakan pimpinan sebagai variabel mediasi di Koperasi Karya Bhakti Nusantara. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah seberapa besar pengaruh standar operasional prosedur rekrutmen terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kebijakan pimpinan sebagai variabel mediasi pada Koperasi Karya Bhakti Nusantara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh standar operasional prosedur rekrutmen terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kebijakan pimpinan sebagai variabel mediasi di Koperasi Karya Bhakti Nusantara. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di Koperasi Karya Bhakti Nusantara yang berjumlah 19 karyawan dengan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner skala likert untuk memberikan jawaban atas item pertanyaan dan data diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 26.0 melalui uji validitas data, uji reliabilitas data, uji normalitas data, uji multikolinieritas dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SOP rekrutmen karyawan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan tingkat pengaruh sebesar 70,2%. Hal ini berarti bahwa penggunaan SOP perekrutan karyawan yang baik dapat meningkatkan kualitas kerja, kuantitas, ketepatan waktu, efektifitas biaya, dan kebutuhan akan supervisor, yang kesemuanya itu berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Namun demikian, ada juga faktor lain (epsilon) yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini, yang memiliki dampak sebesar 29,8% terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian, hipotesis yang diajukan dapat diterima di Koperasi Karya Bhakti Nusantara.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of job design and compensation on employee job satisfaction at PT. Dian Megah Indo Perkasa. The research method used is explanatory survey method with descriptive and verificative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 43 employees of PT. Dian Megah Indo Perkasa as respondents using census. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that job design and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. Job satisfaction is influenced by job design and compensation, while the rest is influenced by other factors. Good job design, including autonomy, task variety, and task significance, as well as fair and competitive compensation, can enhance employee job satisfaction. Therefore, companies are advised to pay attention to job design that matches employees' abilities, involve employees in decision-making, and provide fair and proportional compensation to increase employee job satisfaction, thus supporting overall company productivity and performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the effect of management accounting information systems and the use of information technology on managerial performance with internal control as a moderating variable at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan City. directly or indirectly. The approach used in this research is an associative approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan City which numbered 323 people. The sample in this study used saturated sampling which amounted to 77 people at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan City. Data collection techniques in this study using observation techniques, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study uses a quantitative approach using statistical analysis using the Auter Model Analysis test, Inner Model Analysis, and Hypothesis Test. Data processing in this study used the PLS (Partial Least Square) software program. The results of this study prove that directly the management accounting information system has a significant effect on managerial performance. Information technology utilization has a significant effect on managerial performance. Management accounting information systems have a significant effect on managerial performance with internal control as a moderating variable. And the utilization of information technology has a significant effect on managerial performance with internal control as a moderating variable at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan City.

Abstract

In the realm of education, teacher performance acts as an important component that determines the quality of education and student success. Fair compensation and an adequate work environment are key in providing motivation and productivity for teaching staff. Research has been conducted on performance and work environment at SMK AL Hikmah Medan using data collection methods in the form of questionnaires or questionnaires with the addition of data quality testing, classical assumption testing. multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, several conclusions can be drawn Compensation has a tcount> ttabel value (3.690> 2.024) and a significance value of 0.001 <0.05, it shows the results of a partial positive effect. The work environment has a tcount> ttabel  value (2.727> 2.024) and a significance value of 0.010 < 0.05, it shows the results of a positive influence partially. Compensation and work environment have a value of Fhitung 8.527> Ftabel which is 3.24 with a significance of 0.00 <0.05 so it is concluded that there is a significant and positive influence between the variables of compensation and work environment simultaneously on performance at SMA Swasta Al-Hikmah medan

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the factors that influence online gambling addiction, the impact on online gambling addicts and how to deal with online gambling addicts on the behavior of online gambling consumers in Lumajang Regency. A descriptive research methodology with a qualitative approach was used to understand in depth the online gambling addiction behavior that occurs in Lumajang Regency. The research results show that online gambling addicts have been involved in online gambling games since 2023, the majority of online gambling addicts use slot play as their game. Their main drive to play is to make big profits early on, which in turn leads them to become trapped in an addiction of trying to repeat that success. Economic factors are the main trigger for them to participate in online gambling. The impact that people feel when playing online gambling is very significant, especially the negative impact that results in them being trapped in debt. The majority of the reasons they are in debt are curiosity and the desire to keep trying even if they experience defeat. Even in one day, they are able to spend a substantial amount of money playing online gambling. In the end, these people expressed a strong desire to stop the habit of playing online gambling because they felt it had a very influential impact on their lives

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of inflation and ZIS distribution funds on economic growth in Indonesia in January 2017 - June 2021. The research method used in this research is quantitative. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation with data sources obtained from reportspublishedvia the Bank Indonesia (BI) website, the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), and the BAZNAS Monthly Financial Report for January 2017 - June 2021. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis and the calculation tool used is eviews-12 . The research results show that partially the inflation variable has a significant influence on economic growth in Indonesia. Furthermore, the ZIS fund distribution variable also has a significant influence on economic growth in Indonesia. Then, simultaneously the variables inflation and ZIS distribution also have a significant influence on economic growth in Indonesia.

Abstract

Objectives: This research aims to determine the effect of per capita income and the number of domestic tourists on entertainment tax revenues. This research is based on the DKI Jakarta Province as one of the highest PAD producers in Indonesia. This research uses secondary data. Data was obtained from the DKI Jakarta Regional Revenue Agency, the Central Statistics Agency, and the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government Integrated Data Portal. The analysis tool used is E-Views. Results/findings: The research results show that per capita income has a positive effect on entertainment tax. Other results show that domestic tourists have no effect on entertainment tax. Theoretical contribution: Research on entertainment taxes is still very limited, so the results of this research can add to the literature related to entertainment taxes. Practical contribution: The results of the research can be input for the DKI Jakarta Regional Revenue Agency to create entertainment tax optimization policies. Limitations: This research uses data before Covid-19, namely 2012-2019, so it is necessary to add variables and research years
