Development, in addition to the positive impact also brought environmental disaster for many because the environment is considered as an object that connotes commodities and continue to be exploited without taking into account the carrying capacity of the environment. One of the efforts to improve the environmental balance is through a program of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) which is the formulation of research problems is the implementation of the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as the social capital of PT. Adira Finance, how assessment Corporate Performance Assessment Program (PROPER) on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT. Adira Finance and favorable factors and inhibiting the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT. Adira Finance.This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Primary data were obtained from interviews and questionnaires to the 40 members of the public and direct observation.In implementing CSR PT. Adira Finance has been working on the preservation of the environment, support environmental awareness programs. And for CSR activities conducted in the Village District Satria Binjai City PT. Adira Finance held a reforestation program to plant 400 mahogany trees.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to directly analyze the evaluation of learning physical education, sports and health in Private Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTsS) in Sei Balai District, Batu Bara Regency. This study uses evaluation research methods. The data were analyzed using the Countenance Stake Model. The subjects in this study were PJOK teachers, school principals and MTsS students throughout the Sei Balai District, Batu Bara Regency. The results of the study: (1) Antecedents, Physical Education learning has a good learning plan, because learning planning is made referring to the curriculum adapted to the abilities and needs of students, as well as school conditions, by conducting an initial assessment first. (2) Transaction is the implementation of learning activities that fall into the sufficient category. (3) Outcomes are learning assessments carried out by teachers on physical education learning outcomes that are included in the sufficient category, because they do not fully describe the implementation of learning plans and the implementation of existing learning activities. Keywords: evaluation of learning, model countenance stake Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis secara langsung mengenai evaluasi pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta (MTsS) Se-Kecamatan Sei Balai Kabupaten Batu Bara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian evaluasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan Countenance Stake Model. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru PJOK, kepala sekolah dan siswa MTsS se-Kecamatan Sei Balai Kabupaten Batu Bara. Hasil penelitian: (1) Antecedents, pembelajaran Penjasorkes memiliki perencanaan pembelajaran yang baik, karena perencanaan pembelajaran dibuat mengacu pada kurikulum disesuaikan dengan kemampuan dan kebutuhan siswa, serta kondisi sekolah, dengan melakukan penilaian awal terlebih dahulu. (2) Transaction merupakan pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran yang masuk kategori cukup. (3) Outcomes adalah penilaian pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru terhadap hasil pembelajaran penjasorkes masuk dalam kategori cukup, karena belum sepenuhnya menggambarkan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran yang ada. Humans are the brightest creatures created by God Almighty above all other creations. Therefore there needs to be a way to make it easier to manage human resources. In managing human resources, good abilities are needed in understanding these human resources. As the formulation of the problem in this study aims to determine how the application of heart management (manajemen kalbu) and the benefits felt by the students and congregations who apply it, which is then analyzed and described the application of heart management and its benefits in their daily lives. To find out the answer to the formulation of the problem, the researcher took the object of research to the students and congregation of the Sahlul Manal Islamic Boarding School. After collecting data through the process of interviewing, observing, and then documenting, the information obtained was analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques to describe the facts that were found related to this research. From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the implementation of heart management at the Sahlul Manal Islamic Boarding School is to fill the heart with dhikr remembering Allah with the hope that the heart is always in a clean state. The benefits felt by the students and congregation are that they get a peaceful life, are more patient and sincere, and are afraid to commit immorality to God.

Artikel ini meneliti tentang motivasi kerja guru yang dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi kepala sekolah dan komitmen organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kompetensi kepala sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja guru pada Madrasah Tsanawiyah Hidayatussalam Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan Kabupaten Deli Serdang, yang kedua menganalisis besarnya pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja guru pada Madrasah Tsanawiyah Hidayatussalam Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan Kabupaten Deli Serdang, dan yang ketiga untuk menganalisis besarnya pengaruh kompetensi kepala sekolah dan komitmen organisasi secara bersama-sama terhadap motivasi kerja guru. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik survey, membagikan kuesioner kepada 44 orang yang terpilih menjadi sampel. Hasil penelitian hipotesis pertama diperoleh kompetensi kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja guru, dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,005. Berdasarkan nilai signifikan tersebut, menunjukan bahwa lebih kecil dari taraf signifikan 0,05, sehingga variabel kompetensi kepala sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja guru. Hasil hipotesis kedua variabel komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja guru dan hasil dari hipotesis terakhir secara simultan (bersama-sama) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja guru yang memiliki indikator pengetahuan, keterampilan, sistem penetapan, pengalaman, kemampuan praktis dan pengembangan sebesar 55,8%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 44,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diuji dalam penelitian ini.

The effect of educational administration on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Serbajadi according to the hypothesis and from the observations of researchers is quite significant. This study aims to determine how much influence the educational administration has had on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Serbajadi. This research method uses quantitative research methods. The sample is teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Serbajadi, a total of 37 people. The data processing method was carried out using SPSS software version 26. The results of the study: 1) From the results of the t test analysis, it is known that the sig. for the effect of the independent variable Education Administration on the dependent variable Teacher Performance is: 0.006 <0.05 and the t-count value is 3.526 > t table 2.026 so that it can be concluded that H is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of the independent variable Education Administration on the dependent variable Teacher Performance. 2) the output of the F test is known to be the sig. for the independent variables of Education Administration and other external elements simultaneously on the dependent variable Teacher Performance is 0.006 <0.05 and the calculated F value is 22.330 > F table 4.08, so it can be concluded that Ha is accepted means that there is influence of the Education Administration variables and other external elements simultaneously on teacher performance variable. 3) Based on the test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) it is known that the value of R Square is 0.862,
