Abstract

Based on the results of initial observations at MTs. Nurul Islam Sekarbela Mataram, it was found that student learning outcomes were still relatively low, and the methods used by teachers were still not varied. So the researchers tried to use the rotating trio exchange cooperative learning model. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of the Rotating Trio Exchange (RTE) cooperative learning model on the cognitive learning outcomes of students at MTs. Nurul Islam Sekarbela Mataram, with one class using the same learning model. This data collection took place from 24 April 2018 to 12 May 2018. In this study there were two types of data obtained, namely, qualitative data and quantitative data on students' cognitive learning outcomes. Meanwhile, quantitative data was obtained from the evaluation results of student learning tests. The data is then analyzed using a predetermined formula. The type of research used is quasi-experimental. The research sample was class VII-B MTs. Nurul Islam Sekarbela Mataram, with a total of 32 subjects. Data collection techniques used observation sheets and questions in the form of essays which totaled 4 questions and multiple choice which totaled 20 questions. The results of this study show that the average value of the pre-test is 47.7 and the post-test is 69.6, so the results obtained in this study have a tcount greater than ttable at a significant level of 5% with dk = 6 (tcount ≥ ttable = 37.380 > 33.362). Thus, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that there is an effect of using the cooperative learning model of the Rotating Trio Exchange (RTE) type, cognitive biology learning outcomes of MTs. Abstract

Landscape development for ecotourism potential is one of the focuses of the National Development Planning Agency through the Indonesian Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan program. Currently, the tourism sector has the potential to contribute to the country's foreign exchange, like other ASEAN countries, where the tourism sector has contributed more than 10% of the country's foreign exchange. In Indonesia, the contribution of the tourism sector is still below 10%. Bali Province has become a favorite tourist destination, both for domestic and foreign tourists. However, along with the progress of modernity, the capacity of the Province of Bali has become very vulnerable, so that the development of tourism on the island of Bali can be directed to the island of Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara Province. One of the potential areas to be developed is the Mandalika Special Economic Zone (SEZ), which is not too far from Zainuddin Abdul Majid International Airport (ZAMIA), making Mandalika have easy access for tourists. The development of new ecotourism areas requires scientific studies to identify the potential and social conditions of the local community. This study aims to explore the tourism potential based on the nature and culture of the people of Kuta Mandalika, as well as develop development and marketing strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student achievement during online learning in social studies lessons using Powerpoint media at SMP Negeri 2 Telukjambe Timur, Karawang Regency, West Java Province. This research was conducted in class VIIA SMP Negeri 2 Telukjambe Timur. This research was carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two online meetings. The 1st cycle was held from 04 to 11 August 2020, and the 2nd cycle was held from 18 to 25 August 2020. Qualitative data collection techniques were obtained from observing students' attendance and activeness in learning. The quantitative data that records students' absorption of learning is collected through the implementation of written evaluations with the help of essay questions. Based on the results of the pre-test, it was stated that out of 41 students there were around 68.29% or 28 students who had not finished their studies, while 34.71% or 13 students had completed their studies. When viewed from the achievement of teaching and learning, out of 41 students 68.29% or around 25 grades were still below the teaching and learning process, 19.51% or 8 students had achieved the teaching learning process, and 12.20% or 5 students scored above the teaching learning process. So that from the results of the social studies subject pretest the results can be categorized as still very low. In cycle 1 it can be stated that out of 41 students there were around 19.51% or 8 students who had not completed their studies, while 80.49% or 33 students had completed their studies. When viewed from the achievement of teaching and learning, out of 41 students 19.51% or around 8 grades were still below the teaching and learning process, 60.98% or 25 students had achieved the teaching and learning process, and 19.51% or 8 students scored above the teaching learning process. So that from the results of cycle 1 regarding social interaction material the results can be categorized as low. In the 2nd cycle all students can master this material as proven by 41 students 100% or 41 students have completed their studies. If we look at the achievement of the teaching and learning process, out of 41 students 43.90% or 18 students have achieved the teaching and learning process, and 56.10% or 23 students scored above the teaching and learning process. In this case the treatment in cycle 2 can improve student achievement in social studies subjects which are in the high category.
