Indonesian Journal of Business Economics and Management (IJBEM) is a scientific journal published by the Institute of Research and Publication Indonesia (IRPI) in collaboration with several universities throughout Riau and Indonesia. IJBEM will be published 2 (two) times a year, in June and December, each edition containing 5 (five) articles. Articles may be written in Indonesian or English. articles are original research results with maximum plagiarism of 25%. Articles submitted to IJBEM will be reviewed by at least 2 (two) reviewers. The submitted article must meet the assessment criteria and be in accordance with the instructions and templates provided by IJBEM. The author should upload the Statement of Intellectual/ Copyright Rights when submitting the manuscript. Papers must be submitted via the Open Journal System (OJS) in .doc or .docx format. The entire process until IJBEM is published will be free of charge. IJBEM is registered in National Library with Number International Standard Serial Number (ISSN) Online: 2985-9883. In general, the focus and scope of the Indonesian Journal of Business Economics and Management can include various topics related to business and economics. These can range from theoretical to empirical research in areas such as finance, accounting, marketing, management, entrepreneurship, international business, and corporate governance. The journal may also cover interdisciplinary topics such as social and environmental responsibility, sustainable development, and business ethics. Research methodologies can include quantitative and qualitative approaches, case studies, and literature reviews. The goal of such a journal is to publish high-quality research that contributes to the understanding of business and economics and its practical applications in the real world.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lamanya bekerja sebagai auditor, banyaknya tugas pemeriksaan yang dilakukan, banyaknya jenis perusahaan yang diaudit dan banyaknya pelatihan yang diikuti secara parsial terhadap peningkatan keahlian auditor dalam bidang auditing. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh auditor yang bekerja di KAP yang ada di Pekanbaru. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan non-probability random sampling (purposive sampling methode). Berdasarkan kriteria yang ditetapkan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 31 auditor. Pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan secara parsial tiga variabel independen yang mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan keahlian auditing auditor, yaitu lamanya bekerja sebagai auditor, banyaknya tugas pemeriksaan yang dilakukan, dan banyaknya pelatihan yang diikuti. Sedangkan satu variabel independen lainnya, yaitu banyaknya jenis perusahaan yang diaudit tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan keahlian auditing auditor.

Abstract

The purpose of an investor in investing in a stock portfolio is to maximize return and minimize risk. The most commonly used risk measure is Value at Risk (VaR) which can be calculated using a copula. The best copula is the Gaussian copula that can calculate the risk value in the combined distribution between LQ-45 returns and JII returns, which have a volatility effect so that it is modeled with the AR (1)-GARCH (1,1) model. With a 95% confidence level, the Gaussian copula has the smallest VaR value with the largest return.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation and the inhibiting factors of the Sembako Program in Karya Indah Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency. With research indicators on target accuracy, program socialization, program objectives, and program monitoring. The type of research used is qualitative research with qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques with percentages. From this study it can be concluded that in Karya Indah Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency, it is not yet effective enough in implementing the Basic Food Program seen from the inaccuracy of targeting the community receiving the Basic Food Program, the KPM still lacks understanding of the social assistance they receive, as well as monitoring that has not been carried out to KPM. so that the achievement of goals has not been carried out optimally.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the assessment and find out the comparison between the health levels ofBNI and BCA in terms of profitability. The type of research in this study is comparative descriptiveresearch with quantitative and qualitative approaches. The sources of data in this study aresecondary data obtained through the financial statements of BNI and BCA. The research methodused is based on the assessment of the profitability factor in accordance with the Circular Letter ofthe Financial Services Authority Number 14/SEOJK.03/2017 concerning the Health Assessment ofCommercial Banks, which consists of an assessment of the bank's performance in generating profits(profitability), sources that support profitability, stability ( sustainability) components that supportprofitability, as well as profitability management. Hypothesis testing using the Mann Whitney U-TestSPSS 25. The results of the profitability assessment at BNI and BCA during the 2017–2021 periodshowed very adequate results. Then the results of the comparison of health levels show that there isa significant difference between BNI and BCA, with the result that BCA has a higher value than BNI

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational communication and coordination on employee performance at PT. BPR Fianka Rezalina Fatma Pekanbaru. Respondents in this study amounted to 40 people using the census method. The data analysis in this research is quantitative using multiple linear regression method and the data is analyzed using the SPSS program. Based on the results of this research shows that organizational communication and coordination have a partial effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Fianka Rezalina Fatma Pekanbaru. Simultaneously, organizational communication and coordination variables have a significant effect on employee performance variables at PT. BPR Fianka Rezalina Fatma Pekanbaru. The R Square value of 0.900 or 90% means that the employee performance variable is influenced by organizational communication and coordination while the remaining 10% is influenced by other variables not used in this study.
