Indonesian Journal of Business Economics and Management (IJBEM) is a scientific journal published by the Institute of Research and Publication Indonesia (IRPI) in collaboration with several universities throughout Riau and Indonesia. IJBEM will be published 2 (two) times a year, in June and December, each edition containing 5 (five) articles. Articles may be written in Indonesian or English. articles are original research results with maximum plagiarism of 25%. Articles submitted to IJBEM will be reviewed by at least 2 (two) reviewers. The submitted article must meet the assessment criteria and be in accordance with the instructions and templates provided by IJBEM. The author should upload the Statement of Intellectual/ Copyright Rights when submitting the manuscript. Papers must be submitted via the Open Journal System (OJS) in .doc or .docx format. The entire process until IJBEM is published will be free of charge. IJBEM is registered in National Library with Number International Standard Serial Number (ISSN) Online: 2985-9883. In general, the focus and scope of the Indonesian Journal of Business Economics and Management can include various topics related to business and economics. These can range from theoretical to empirical research in areas such as finance, accounting, marketing, management, entrepreneurship, international business, and corporate governance. The journal may also cover interdisciplinary topics such as social and environmental responsibility, sustainable development, and business ethics. Research methodologies can include quantitative and qualitative approaches, case studies, and literature reviews. The goal of such a journal is to publish high-quality research that contributes to the understanding of business and economics and its practical applications in the real world.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of trust, security, and perceived risk on online purchasing decisions at Lazada by the people of Pekanbaru. This study uses primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires and documentation. The sample selection method is purposive sampling and uses SPSS version 22. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis tools and the classic assumption test consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and autocorrelation tests. Hypothesis testing is done by t testing, f testing and determination (R2). Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that partially trust, security, and perceived risk have a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions. While simultaneously the three independent variables together have a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision process. The contribution value is 62%. This shows that trust, security, and perceived risk have an influence of 62% on the online purchasing decision process at Lazada and the remaining 38% is explained by other variables that were not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence the level of stock underpricing. Stock underpricing is a phenomenon that often occurs when a company conducts an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of its company's shares on the Stock Exchange. Underpricing phenomenon is the practice of listing an initial public offering (IPO) at a price below its real value in the stock market. Underpricing conditions can be detrimental to companies as issuers because the funds obtained from the public are not optimal. The variables used in this study are company Firm Age (X1), Firm Size (X2), ROA (X3) and Underpricing (Y). This study uses secondary data obtained through the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The number of samples used was 40 companies with a purposive sampling method. The technique used in data analysis is the calculation of the dependent variable and independent variables, normality test, classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis for hypothesis tests. Based on the results of data analysis, Firm Age and Firm Size have no effect on underpricing. Meanwhile, ROA has a positive effect on underpricing. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Ratio dan Return on Asset terhadap Harga Saham PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk Periode 2012-2021. Metode yang digunakan bersifat deskriptif dan asosiatif yang menggunakan data kuantitatif yaitu laporan keuangan PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk sebagai populasinya, dengan sampel yaitu neraca dan laporan laba rugi tahun 2012-2021 data diperoleh dari website PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis Statistik Deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, Uji hipotesis dan Koefisien determinasi. Dari hasil uji parsial diperoleh hasil bahwa DER tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham, dimana thitung 0,506 < 2,447 ttabel dengan taraf signifikansi 0,631 > 0,05. CR tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham dengan thitung 0,046 < 2,447 ttabel dengan taraf signifikansi 0,964 > 0,05. ROA tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. Dimana thitung 2,145 < 2,447 ttabel dengan taraf signifikansi 0,076 > 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil uji signifikansi simultan (uji F) diperoleh hasil fhitung 6,712 > Ftabel 4,74 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,024 < 0,05. Kesimpulan dari perhitungan tersebut adalah DER, CR dan ROA secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to analyze the effect of social media promotion (Instagram & Tiktok) on consumer purchase intention in Ayam Square's culinary business in Mataram City. The population of this study is Ayam Square customers in Mataram City. The sample collection method used is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The data used is primary and secondary data. Primary data was collected through a survey of 100 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the assistance of SPSS version 26. The results of the research show that short video content promoted through video-based social media (Instagram & Tiktok) has a significant impact in increasing consumer purchasing interest in Ayam Square's culinary business. This research shows that promotion through social media has a crucial role in building consumer purchasing interest and helping to increase the profitability of the culinary business.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai kantor SAMSAT Makassar. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kantor SAMSAT Makassar dengan populasi seluruh pegawai dan sampel sebanyak 44 pegawai. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kausal komparatif dengan fokus pada hubungan sebab-akibat antara variabel yang diteliti dan objek penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diisi oleh pegawai, dengan skala pengukuran menggunakan skala likert. Data diolah dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 26 dan diuji kualitasnya melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, heterokedastisitas, dan multikolinieritas. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis linear berganda, uji t, uji F, serta uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel kepuasan kerja (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sementara variabel motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh. Secara simultan, variabel kepuasan kerja (X1) dan motivasi kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 15,623 > F tabel sebesar 3,22 dan nilai signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05.
