Abstract

Pengembangan permainan bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan permainan Varmintz Chemistry yang dikembangkan sebagai media pembelajaran pada materi sistem periodik unsur. Permainan layak jika memenuhi kriteria kevalidan, kepraktisan dan keefektifan. Langkah-langkah pengembangan permainan dibagi menjadi 2 tahap yaitu (1) tahap pendahuluan yang terdiri dari perencanaan, potensi dan masalah (2) tahap pengembangan yang terdiri dari desain awal produk, telaah media, revisi draft, validasi media dan uji coba terbatas. Adapun instrumen penelitian yang digunakan ialah lembar validasi, lembar respon siswa, pretest dan posttetst, serta lembar observasi aktivitas siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa permainan varmintz chemistry layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil persentase kevalidan sebesar 85,71% dengan kriteria sangat valid. Kepraktisan sebesar 92,5% dengan kriteria sangat praktis. Keefektifan sebesar 86,67% dengan kriteria sangat efektif. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa permainan varmintz chemistry layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pada materi sistem periodik unsur. Kata kunci : Varmint Chemistry, Sistem Periodik Unsur. Game development aims to determine the feasibility of Chemistry Varmintz game developed as a medium of learning in the material periodic system of elements. Decent game if it meets the criteria of validity, practicality and effectiveness. Step-by-step development of the game is divided into two stages: (1) the preliminary stage of planning, potential and problems (2) the development stage which consists of the initial design of products, media study, the revised draft, validation media and limited testing. The research instrument used is the validation sheet, sheet student responses, pretest and posttetst, as well as student activity observation sheet. The results showed that the game varmintz chemistry fit for use as a medium of learning. It is shown from the results of the validity of the percentage of 85.71% with a very valid criteria. Practicality is 92.5% with a very practical criteria. The effectiveness of 86.67% with a very effective criteria. These results indicate that the game varmintz chemistry fit for use as a medium of learning in the material periodic system of elements. Key words : Varmintz Chemist, Periodic System of Elements

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan sintaks model pembelajaran, aktivitas siswa, dan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Group Investigation pada materi asam basa. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI MIA 1 SMAN 1 Driyorejo Gresik. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi keterlaksanaan, lembar observasi aktivitas siswa, dan lembar penilaian keterampilan berpikir kritis. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif kuantitaif dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest design. Hasil observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dari fase menyampaikan tujuan dan memotivasi siswa, menyajikan informasi, mengorganisasikan siswa ke dalam kelompok-kelompok belajar, membimbing kelompok bekerja dan belajar, evaluasi, memberikan penghargaan dan kegiatan penutup selama pembelajaran secara berturut-turut sebesar 3,5; 3,5; 3,6; 3,7; 3,75; 3,0; 4,0 dengan kategori baik dan sangat baik. Aktivitas siswa selama pembelajaran telah menunjukkan kesesuaian dengan sintaks model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Group Investigation dan menunjukkan siswa telah berlatih keterampilan berpikir kritis. Nilai tiap kecakapan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa mulai dari interpretasi, inferensi, dan analisis saat pretest secara berturut-turut adalah 1,95; 2,11; 2,29, dalam skala 4 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 21,6% sedangkan pada saat posttest adalah 2,84; 3,01; 3,19 dalam skala 4 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 81,1%. Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Group Investigation, Keterampilan Berpikir Kritis, Asam Basa The study is aimed to determine the feasibility, students activities, and critical thinking skills of students after applied of cooperative learning model of Group Investigation on acid base topic. The subjects were students of class XI MIA 1 SMAN 1 Gresik Driyorejo. The instruments is feasibility observation sheets, observation of student activity sheets, and critical thinking skills assessment sheets. This research is quantitative descriptive with One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The observation of learning feasibility from the phase presents the objective and motivate students, present information, organize students into study groups, group work and study guide, evaluation, give reward and cover activities for learning during study in a row is 3.5; 3.5; 3.6; 3.7; 3.75; 3.0; 4.0. Activities of students during study has demonstrated compliance with the syntax cooperative learning model of Group Investigation and showed the students had been practicing critical thinking skills. The value of each prowess critical thinking skills of students interpretation, inference and analysis during the pretest in a row is 1,95; 2.11; 2,29, in scale 4 with classical completeness 21,6% while at posttest was 2,84; 3,01; 3,19 in scale 4 with classical completeness 81,1%. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan LKS melalui strategi metakognitif untuk melatihkan keterampilan berpikir kritis pada materi termokimia kelas XI SMA. Desain penelitian pengembangan menggunakan Research and Development (R&D). Penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan sampai tahap uji coba produk secara terbatas kepada 15 siswa kelas XI SMANU 1 Gresik. Instrumen penelitian diantaranya yakni lembar telaah, lembar validasi, dan lembar angket respon siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKS melalui strategi metakognitif untuk melatihkan keterampilan berpikir kritis pada materi termokimia dinyatakan layak berdasarkan penilaian dari 3 validator dan 15 respon siswa sebesar ≥ 61%. Penilaian validator berdasarkan kelayakan kriteria isi, penyajian, kesesuian dengan komponen strategi metakognitif dan kesesuaian dengan komponen keterampilan berpikir kritis menunjukkan persentase secara berurutan sebesar: LKS 1 (85,42%; 79,86%; 77,78%; 79,16%), LKS 2 (83,36%; 80,55%; 77,78%; 81,25%), dan LKS 3 (79,16%; 81,94%; 80,55%; 79,16%). Penilaian siswa terhadap LKS menunjukkan respon positif berdasarkan kelayakan kriteria isi, penyajian, kesesuian dengan komponen strategi metakognitif dan kesesuaian dengan komponen keterampilan berpikir kritis menunjukkan persentase secara berurutan sebesar: 68,89%, 87,41%, 77,78%, dan 93,33%. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan LKS; penelitian pengembangan; strategi metakognitif; keterampilan berpikir kritis; termokimia. The aim of this research is to know the feasibility of student worksheet with metacognitive strategies to train critical thinking skills in matter of thermochemical of senior high school grade XI. The design of development research use Research and Development (R&D). This development research do until limited trials of product to 15 students of SMANU 1 Gresik in grade XI. Research of instrument consist of sheets of study, validation sheet, and student questionnaire responses sheet. The results showed that student worksheet with metacognitive strategies to train critical thinking skills in matter of thermochemical is feasible based on 3 appraiser evaluated and 15 student’s response by ≥ 61%. Percentages of appraiser validated based on feasibility of content criteria, presentation, suitability with component of metacognitive strategies and component of critical thinking skills showed are LKS 1 (85,42%; 79,86%; 77,78%; 79,16%), LKS 2 (83,36%; 80,55%; 77,78%; 81,25%), and LKS 3 (79,16%; 81,94%; 80,55%; 79,16%). Percentages of student showed positive response based on feasibility of content criteria, presentation, suitability with component of metacognitive strategies and component of critical thinking skills showed are 68,89%, 87,41%, 77,78%, and 93,33%.

Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan LKS berorientasi model learning cycle 5E untuk melatihkan keterampilan proses sains siswa pada materi asam basa dan respon siswa setelah menggunakan LKS yang dikembangkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode R&D yang dilakukan terbatas sampai langkah ketujuh yaitu uji coba produk. Tahap uji coba produk dilakukan secara terbatas pada 15 siswa SMA Ta’miriyah kelas XI IPA. Kriteria kelayakan LKS yang dikembangkan ditinjau berdasarkan isi, penyajian, kegrafikan, kesesuaian dengan learning cycle 5E dan keterampilan proses sains. LKS yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi kelayakan dan dapat digunakan dalam proses belajar mengajar dengan persentase masing-masing kriteria yaitu, kriteria isi untuk LKS 1: 77,78%, LKS 2: 75,56%, dan LKS 3: 82,22%. Kriteria penyajian untuk LKS 1: 77,78%, LKS 2: 84,44%, dan LKS 3: 80%. Kriteria kegrafikan untuk LKS 1: 83,33%, LKS 2: 83,33%, dan LKS 3: 83,33%. Kriteria kesesuaian dengan learning cycle 5E untuk LKS 1: 77,78%, LKS 2: 82,22%, dan LKS 3: 84,44%. Kriteria keterampilan proses sains untuk LKS 1: 74,6%, LKS 2: 82,54%, dan LKS 3: 79,37%. Hasil tersebut didukung hasil angket respon siswa yaitu kriteria isi sebesar 76,67%, kriteria penyajian sebesar 86,67%, kriteria kegrafikan sebasar 90%, keriteria kesesuaian dengan Learning cycle 5E sebesar 94,67%, dan kriteria keterampilan proses sains sebesar 93,33%. Kata Kunci: LKS, model learning cycle 5E, keterampilan proses sains, materi asam basa. This research aimed to known the feasibility of worksheet oriented on learning cycle 5E model to train student scientific process skills in acid base matter and students response after testing of worksheet have been develop. This research used R&D method definite until seven steps was tested the product. Product test steps did for 15 students Ta’miriyah Senior High School, Grade XI Sains. The feasibility criteria of worksheet were contents, presentation, layout, conformity with learning cycle 5E model and science process skills. The worksheet has been filling the feasibility and can used to study with percentage each criteria were, contents criteria for worksheet 1: 77,78%, worksheet 2: 75,56%, and worksheet 3: 82,22%. Presentation criteria for worksheet 1: 77,78%, worksheet 2: 84,44%, dan worksheet 3: 80%. Layout criteria for worksheet 1: 83,33%, worksheet 2: 83,33%, dan worksheet 3: 83,33%. Conformity with learning cycle 5E model for worksheet 1: 77,78%, worksheet 2: 82,22%, dan worksheet 3: 84,44%. Conformity with science process skills criteria for worksheet 1: 74,6%, worksheet 2: 82,54%, dan worksheet 3: 79,37%. The result supported the students questionnaire respose result with percentage of contents criteria is 76,67%, presentation criteria is 86,67%, layout criteria is 90%, conformity with learning cycle 5E model is 94,67%, and conformity with science process skills criteria is 93,33%. Abstract

Penelitian jenis pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan dari permainan ular tangga kimia yang dikembangkan sebagai media pada materi senyawa hidrokarbon Kelas XI SMA.Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model pengembangan yang diadaptasi dari Plomp yang dilakukan hingga uji coba terbatas.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 1 Wonoayu Sidoarjo dan di uji cobakan secara terbatas kepada 12 siswa di kelas XI MIA-5.Kelayakan dari permainan ular tangga kimia ini dilihat dari aspek kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan.Kevalidan didapatkan dari hasil validasi dosen dan guru, kepraktisan didapatkan dari hasil angket respon siswa dan hasil observasi aktivitas siswa selama menggunakan permainan ular tangga, serta keefektifan didapatkan dari hasil pemahaman konsep siswa. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa permainan yang dikembangkan yaitu ular tangga layak, dibuktikan dengan data persentase validasi isi sebesar 85%; validasi konstruk sebesar 93%; kepraktisan permainan ular tangga berdasarkan angket respon siswa dengan persentase rata-rata sebesar 93%; observasi aktivitas siswa dengan persentase aktivitas siswa yang relevan lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan aktivitas siswa yang tidak relevandan efektivitas berdasarkan pemahaman konsep siswa dengan skor gain rata-rata0,7 dengan kategori tinggidan 83% siswa tuntas secara klasikal. Kata Kunci: Permainan ular tangga, senyawa hidrokarbon dan pemahaman konsep siswa The aims of this development research are to know about the feasibility of snakes and ladders chemistry game which developed as instructional media in hydrocarbon compound for XI grade Senior High School. This study uses a development method Plomp which limited to the activities of product trials. This study have been done in SMAN 1 Wonoayu Sidoarjo and be tested is limited to 12 students in class XI MIA-5.Feasibility of snakes and ladders chemistry game is obtain by the aspect of validity, practically, and effectiveness.Validity obtained from the validation from lecturer and teacher, practicality obtained from the student questionnaire responses and activity students for using snake and ladders chemistry game, and effectiveness obtained from the result of understanding the concept of students. The results of this research shows that snake and ladders chemistry game is feasible, evidenced by the percentage of validation of the content by percentage of 85%; construct validation of 93%; practically is based on questionnare responses of students with an average percentage of 93% and the percentage of the relevant student activity higher than the activity of student who are not relevant;and the effectivenes that based from understanding the concept ofstudents with an average score of gain 0,7 with high category and 83% of students in classical learning outcomes. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan multimedia interaktif berbasis blended learning yang dikembangkan sebagai media pembelajaran pada materi pokok kimia unsur. Kelayakan tersebut ditinjau dari kevalidan meliputi kualitas isi dan tujuan, kualitas instruksional, dan kualitas teknis. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian pengembangan (developmental research). Prosedur pada penelitian ini mengacu pada desain R&D yang dilakukan hanya sebatas pada uji coba awal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa multimedia interaktif berbasis blended learning pada materi pokok kimia unsur layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil persentase penilaian rata-rata sebesar 81% ditinjau dari kualitas isi dan tujuan, kualitas instruksional serta kualitas teknis sehingga media dinyatakan valid. Kata kunci: Multimedia Interaktif, Blended Learning, Kimia Unsur This study aims to determine the feasibility of interactive multimedia-based blended learning that developed as a learning media in subject matter chemical elements. The feasibility is reviewed the validity include the quality of content and objectives, quality of instructional, and technical quality. This type of research is developmental research. The procedures in this study refers to R & D design that carried out only restricted to preliminary field test. The results showed that the interactive multimedia-based blended learning in subject matter chemical element was feasible as a learning media. It showed from percentage 81% based content and objectives quality, instructional quality and technical quality so the media was valid. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui keterampilan proses sains siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing pada materi pokok laju reaksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan One – Shot Case Study dengan sampel penelitian yaitu 32 siswa kelas XI MIPA-7 SMA Negeri 1 Manyar. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar posttest keterampilan proses sains. Penelitian menunjukkan hasil posttest keterampilan proses sains siswa 81.25% tuntas dengan skor rata-rata kelas sebesar 3,25 dengan predikat B+. Nilai rata-rata keterampilan merancang penelitian sebesar 81,59%, nilai rata-rata keterampilan mengumpulkan data sebesar 87,50%, nilai rata-rata keterampilan menganalisis data sebesar 81,25%, dan nilai rata-rata keterampilan menarik kesimpulan sebesar 75%. Kata kunci : Keterampilan proses sains, inkuiri terbimbing, laju reaksi The purpose of this research is to know the science process skills student through the implementation of guided inquiry learning model in matter of reaction rates. Thisresearch used One - Shot Case Study by research sample is 32 students of class XI MIPA-7 SMA Negeri 1 Manyar. The instrument used in this research is a sheet posttest science process skils. Research shows the following results posttest science process skills student is 81.25% completed with obtained an average score of 3.25 predicate B+. The average value of the skill of designing research by 81.59%, the average value of skills to collect data at 87.50%, the average value of the skills to analyze data at 81.25%, and the average value of skills to conclusions by 75% . Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) kelayakan software pengukur tingkat konflik kognitif pada materi asam-basa berdasarkan penilaian guru dan dosen ditinjau dari isi, kontruksi dan kualitas. 2) kelayakan software pengukur tingkat konflik kognitif pada materi asam-basa berdasarkan respon siswa ditinjau dari format dan ketertarikan siswa. 3) kemampuan software dalam menentukan tingkat konflik kognitif terhadap penurunanmiskonsepsipadamateriasam-basa, ditinjaudarioutput yang diperoleh. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah software sebagai suatu instrumen tes untuk mendeteksi tingkat konflik kognitif pada pokok bahasan asam basa untuk siswa SMA. Software yang dikembangkan menggunakan progam Delphy dan Microsoft office acces. Hasil penelitian diperoleh 1) berdasarkan hasil validasi isi diperoleh nilai presentase 94,44%, hasil validasi kontruksi mendapat nilai prosentase 83,33%, sedangkan hasil validasi software mendapat nilai presentase 88,25 % sehingga software pengukur tingkat konflik kognitif pada materi asam basa dapat dikatakan sangat layak. 2) software pengukur tingkat konflik kognitif pada materi asam basa berdasarkan penilaian respon siswa diperoleh nilai presentase sebesar 83,5% sehingga dapat dikategorikan sangat layak. 3) Penggunaan software yang telah dikembangkan dapat digunakan sebagai strategi menurunkan miskonsepsi dilihat dari hasil output yang diperoleh yaitu analisis hasil jawaban per siswa, output hasil dari tingkat konflik kognitif, dan analisis kesimpulan dari tes tingkat konflik kognitif. Kata Kunci: software, tingkatkonflikkognitif, asamdanbasa This study aims to determine: 1) feasibility of measuring cognitive conflictlevelsoftware on acid-base materials based on the assessment of teachers and lecturers in terms of contents, construction and quality. 2) feasibility of measuring cognitive conflictlevelsoftware on acid-base materials based on student responses in terms of format and interests. 3) ability of the software to determine cognitive conflict levels to decrease misconceptions on acid-base materials, in terms of output obtained. Goal of this research is the software as a test instrument to detect cognitive conflict level on the subject of acids and bases for senior high school. Software developed using Microsoft officeaccesand Delphy programs. The results were obtained 1) based on the contents of validation results obtained percentage value of 94.44%, the results of validation construction gets percentage of 83.33%, while the results of the software validation got a percentage of 88.25% so that the software can be categorized as very feasible. 2) software for measure cognitive conflict level based on assessment of student responses obtained percentage value of 83.5% so it can be categorized as feasible. 3) The use of software that has been developed can be used as a strategy to decrease misconceptions seen from the results obtained by the analysis the results of answers each student, output the result of cognitive conflictlevel, and analyzes the conclusion of cognitive conflictleveltest. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan model pembelajaran, aktivitas siswa, dan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah pada materi larutan elektrolit dan nonelektrolit. Sasaran penelitian adalah siswa kelas X MIA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Driyorejo Gresik yang berjumlah 37 siswa dengan rancangan penelitian one group pretest-posttest design. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar pengamatan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, lembar pengamatan aktivitas siswa, dan lembar tes keterampilan berpikir kritis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlaksanaan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah untuk pertemuan I dan II mendapatkan nilai rata-rata keterlaksanaan pada tiap-tiap fase yaitu fase 1 sebesar 3,83 dan 3,75; fase 2 sebesar 3,75 dan 3,88; fase 3 sebesar 3,27 dan 3,55; fase 4 sebesar 3,75 dan 4,00; dan fase 5 sebesar 3,60 dan 3,70 dengan kriteria sangat baik. Aktivitas siswa sudah sesuai dengan sintaks model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dan siswa telah berlatih keterampilan berpikir kritis berdasarkan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah. Hasil posttest menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 32 siswa yang tuntas dan nilai rata-rata tiap kecakapan keterampilan berpikir kritis yaitu interpretasi sebesar 3,25; analisis sebesar 3,44; dan inferensi 2,49 dalam skala 4. Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah, Keterampilan Berpikir Kritis, Larutan Elektrolit dan Nonelektrolit The aim of this study are to determine the implementation of learning model, the students activity, and the critical thinking skills students after applied problem based learning model in electrolyte and nonelectrolyte solution. The subject were X grade students of MIA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Driyorejo Gresik that consisted of 37 students with design research was one group pretest-posttest design. The instruments were used the observation implementation learning sheet, the student activity observation sheet, and the critical thinking skills test sheet. The result showed that the implementation of problem based learning model for meeting I and II found the average score of implementation in each phase which phase 1 were 3.83 and 3.75; phase 2 were 3.75 and 3.88; phase 3 were 3.27 and 3.55; phase 4 were 3.75 and 4.00; and phase 5 were 3.60 and 3.70 with very good criteria. Students activity had been suitable with the syntax problem based learning and students had been practicing critical thinking skills on problem based learning model. The posttest result showed that 32 students completed and the average score of each prowess of the critical thinking skills were interpretation was 3.25; analysis was 3.44; and inference was 2.49 in scale 4.
