Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of performance of the Grand Copper Hotel based on financial and non-financial aspects. In addition, the results of this study can be used as a reference for companies to determine the right strategy in achieving company goals. This research is a descriptive research with primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques in this study were through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques in research for financial aspects are used Current ratio, Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Return On Assets (ROA) Ratio. Furthermore, for non-financial aspects using a customer perspective (Customer Retention, Customer Acquisition and Number of Complaints), internal business perspective (Speed ??of employees serving customers) and Learning and Growth perspective (Employee Trunover and Employee Training). The results of this study indicate that the Performance Analysis of the Grand Copper Hotel Company from 2019-2021 based on the financial aspect is categorized as unfavorable, while on the non-financial aspect the company's performance has been quite good.

Abstract

Accounting is a means of infrastructure that can produce financial reports for parties in need within the company. This accounting is needed to determine the financial condition of the company. However, not many companies have not implemented accounting in their financial reporting. Especially at umkm. Supposedly, as SMEs that have developed, such as UMKM Soe77 Kitchen, they need to have accurate and transparent financial reports so that they can find out about the financial development of their business. Therefore, the application of proper accounting is very important in preparing their financial reports. Because MSMEs have been launched as a support for the nation's economy, so financial accuracy and business development conditions are very much needed. The purpose of this journal is to identify and analyze the application of accounting in the financial statements of UMKM Soe77 Kitchen Besuki-Situbondo.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the competitive strategy in Irjam Putra Furniture. The research method used is descriptive research method, namely a research method that describes or describes something, for example circumstances, conditions, situations, events, activities, and others. In this study the data collection methods used were observation methods, interview methods, questionnaire methods, and documentation methods. To find out the right competitive strategy, the analytical instrument used in this study is an analysis of the current situation, namely SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that the position of developing a competitive strategy lies in quadrant III (WO), which means that this business faces large market opportunities but on the other hand faces several internal constraints/weaknesses, the focus of this strategy is to minimize internal problems, so that it can seize better market opportunities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the production process of a producer in processing his product which is reviewed based on Islamic economics. The research method used is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and observation. The subjects used were the owner of the Mas Hendro love chip business and his employees. The results of this study indicate that the process of making love chips follows the production rules in Islam. The owner uses halal ingredients, maintains cleanliness, does not use preservatives or food coloring, maintains the security and safety of his employees and consumers, gives alms by giving free food and drinks to consumers. Researchers hope that research can be useful, especially for producers to continue to pay attention to halal, hygiene and consumer health in making a product for the sake of achieving benefit.

Abstract

Ethics is an assessment of the nature of a person who is good and in accordance with morals or good actions and applies in society. Consumption is an activity that consumes the value of an item or service, such as: food, drink, clothing and others. So the ethics of consumption is spending or consuming products that are lawful and good, prioritizing maslahah and simplicity. In today's society there are many people who do not use ethical consumption. So that it is rare that we can find people who use ethical consumption, one might even say they don't exist at all. What a loss for us who do not know what path we will accept if we do not practice consumption ethics properly and correctly. Rasulullah SAW. It has forbidden us about good consumption ethics and that is also explained in the Qur'an. So let's not forget the ethics of consumption, especially if we forget it, it will have an impact on our health.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the consumption behavior of UIN North Sumatra students in the perspective of Islamic economics. The research method used is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and observation. The subjects used were active students from 2019 to 2022 studying at UIN North Sumatra. The results of this study indicate that UIN North Sumatra students have good consumption ethics, in consuming an item they prioritize interests over desires, pay attention to halal labeling, cleanliness, quality and benefits of the product to be purchased. North Sumatra UIN students are also aware of the importance of caring for one another, because behind the property we have there are other people's rights. Researchers hope that research can be useful, especially for students to be wiser in consumption.

Abstract

Distribution means moving goods from producers to consumers so that these goods can be widely distributed. Distribution in this case is the distribution of wealth that aims to improve people's welfare. The distribution of wealth at this time became a very important issue. If the distribution of wealth is not right, it will cause injustice in society which of course causes more and more people to suffer from poverty. Islam advocates to distribute wealth. Islam prescribes the distribution of wealth to be fair to everyone and not just the rich. Because the distribution of wealth is unfair and unequal will make the poor poorer. And people who are rich will get richer, which of course can lead to social inequality in society.

Abstract

This research was carried out because many MSMEs are similar to the “Bobimercy” business. It is interesting to study because “Bobimercy” the food business from processed sweet potatoes, is a company that is always trying to develop to continue competing with other competitors. This qualitative descriptive study focuses on SWOT analysis to help “Bobimercy” business owners increase competitiveness to compete with similar SMEs. The presence of the culinary business is now the latest trend that makes a person less willing to consume traditional food. The data collection technique used was a literature review and observation study method. The ST strategy, which uses strength factors to overcome threat factors, is a strategy obtained based on the analysis of the SWOT matrix and the IFAS-EFAS matrix. This implementation aims to improve product quality so that it can compete with other cassava processed business products and innovate products with different advantages from the others. Bobimercy stands for crispy melted sweet potato balls. This product was created and launched in March 2023, to be precise. Crispy sweet potato balls are produced hygienically to maintain the quality and image of the product so that it reaches the customer in a clean condition.

Abstract

At present the development of business life which is increasingly advanced and fast, is a challenge or at the same time a threat for entrepreneurs to maintain their profitability, support the progress of their business and win the competition with other businesses. In the field of the food industry is one of several forms of business or business that is very fast in demand among business people today. The development of the culinary business in Indonesia in this modern era is growing rapidly where various delicious dishes have been developed. Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the main pillars of the country's economic development and can prove their resilience in the face of economic crises. In order to survive and compete with other similar businesses, research was conducted to analyze existing internal and external environmental factors so that appropriate strategies could be determined. This research is descriptive in nature and data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis using SWOT analysis. This analysis pays attention to internal factors (Strengths and Weaknesses) and external factors (Opportunities and Threats).

Abstract

In the current industrial era, competition in various types of businesses has increased very rapidly and is tight, both in terms of goods and services. Competition will also arise in terms of creating new products that are in demand by the public, thus requiring producers to understand the extent to which the behavior shown by consumers in making purchasing decisions for a product made in the country, moreover these products compete with foreign products that have a strong brand image. . The product referred to in this study is a product with the type of soccer shoes where this product is made locally or made by Indonesian children. There are several local brands that are well-known among athletes and people who like to play soccer, one of which is Specs. The research to be conducted is qualitative in nature. In this study more emphasis on descriptive aspects originating from the football community which almost every week organizes internal and external match events. In collecting data, the researchers used data collection techniques by interviewing freely and selecting samples purposively samoling in the community, including comedy F. Based on the results of the research and discussion conducted, it can be concluded as follows 1. Domestically produced shoes that are widely used by community members are ortuseight and specs 2. The driving factor for using domestic shoes with the ortuseight and specs brands is due to the affordable price 3. Convenience when used on all types of football fields 4. Fairly good resilience 5. Models and editions that always keep up with the latest models
