Abstract

The use of plastic bags is increasing with the development of technology, industry and population. Community dependence on plastic products is indeed very large. Ranging from household products, stationery, medical devices, building materials, etc. many are made from plastic. It is undeniable that there are many plastic-based equipment that are sold at relatively cheap prices, making it affordable for the community. As a result, plastic waste is also generated. Therefore, socialization or education to reduce the use of plastic bags should be intensified. For maximum education, an appropriate method needs to be used. So the researchers used an approach with the Android-Based Online Message Gateway to the PKK Mother. The research design used was pre experimental design. With a population of 64 PKK mothers in the Kelurahan Manisrenggo, they use a simple random sampling technique so that a sample of 56 respondents. Using the Wilcoxon statistical test with a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that the significance value of the attitude variable 0,000 <0.05 and the significant value of the action variable 0,000 <0.05. So, if Ho and H1 are rejected, then there is the influence of Android-Based Online Message Gateway on Attitudes and Action in the Use of Plastic Bags in PKK Mothes in Kelurahan Manisrenggo, Kota Kediri.

One of them is a decline in cognitive function, cognitive decline in the elderly can include various aspects, namely orientation, registration, attention, and calculations, memory and language. The problem of this research is the decline in cognitive function in the elderly can cause problems including long memory and information processing, in the long memory of the elderly it will be difficult to reveal new information or stories or events that are not so interesting. Methods: The design in this study uses Quasi Experimental with Non Randomized Control Group Pre-Test-Post Test Design approach. This type of research is the procedure of giving pre test before treatment and post test after treatment using a questionnaire instrument. The population in this study were 30 elderly people, while the study sample was 28 people. Result: the results of research conducted on July 19, 2019 to July 30, 2019, obtained data analysis with statistical tests using the Paired T-Test. The significance value or p value in the brain exercise function is 0,000 and the cognitive function is 0.002 with a significance level of 5% or α = 0.05. It is known that the correlation between before brain exercise and after brain exercise is 0.917. Conclusion: Because the significance value or p value α α = 0.05, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means there is an effectiveness of brain exercise for improving cognitive function in the elderly in Tegalan Village, Kandat District, Kediri Regency

Abstract

Background: Menopause is the cessation of the last menstruation that occurs in the climacteric period and the hormone estrogen is no longer formed. The older the age, the more diseases suffered at the age of menopause, such as hypertension. Hypertension is a condition when a person experiences an increase in blood pressure either slowly or suddenly. The factors that cause hypertension are mostly due to stress. This study aims to determine the relationship between stress levels with the incidence of hypertension in postmenopausal women. Methods: The design of this research is correlational analytic. The sample is 50 respondents with the Stratified Random Sampling technique. The instrument used is a questionnaire. The results of the study were analyzed using the Spearman rank statistical test. Result: The results showed that there were 24 people (48.0%) with moderate stress levels and 18 people (36.0%) experiencing Stage I Hypertension. The results of the Spearman's Rank correlation test showed that the value of value = 0.000 was smaller than the value of = 0.05 so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a relationship between stress levels and the incidence of hypertension in postmenopausal women. Conclusion: It is expected that respondents will increase their knowledge about how to deal with stress so that they do not experience stress at a severe level so that it does not have a bad impact on them.

Abstract

Hemoglobin is an iron-carrying oxygen transport protein protein in red cells in the blood of mammals and other animals. Hemoglobin consists of iron which is the carrier of O2. High and abnormal hemoglobin levels occur due to hemoconcentration due to dehydration. The number of red blood cells and hemoglobin molecules is not always increasing and decreasing simultaneously, for example the decrease in red blood cells along with slightly elevated or normal hemoglobin levels occur in cases of pernicious anemia, as well as slightly elevated or normal hemoglobin levels of hemoglobin decreases, occurs in iron deficiency anemia. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of green bean extract on changes of hemoglobin (Hb) level in Pregnant Women. The research design used was pre experimental research. The population in detail is all Pregnant Women, with acidental sampling technique in obtaining a sample of 16 people. The research instrument used is observation sheet and digital hemoglobin gauge and statistic test used is T test. The result of research of hemoglobin level before giving of green bean has average value (mean) is 10,494 and hemoglobin level after giving of green bean has average value (mean) is 11.238 this indicates an increase of hemoglobin level in student result of research done shows that there is an increase of Hb level in get p value 0,756 and 0,89. Then the T.Test data distribution test can be concluded p value <0.05 which means H0 rejected and H1 accepted " The Effect Of Green Bean Side Effect On Changes in Hemoglobin Levels In Pregnant Women With Anemia". Based on the results of the study is expected people can consume green beans as an effort to prevent the occurrence of anemia and the fulfillment of nutrition, especially iron in Pregnant Women.

Mother's Milk (ASI) is the best food for babies that is produced directly from the mother's breast to her newborn baby, because its composition is appropriate for every baby's growth and development, breast milk also contains protective substances that can prevent babies from various infectious diseases . Dates contain iron, protein, fiber, glucose, vitamins, biotin, niacin, folic acid, and minerals such as calcium, sodium, and potassium which can increase breast milk production . The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of dates on breast milk production in postpartum mothers on days 3-9 at PMB Binti Qoni'ah Nganjuk 2021. The design of this study was pre-experimental using a one-group pre-posttest design. In this study obtained a population of 15 people, with a sample of 15 people using total sampling technique. The data was collected using an observation sheet and the hypothesis test used was the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test with a significance value = 0.05. The statistical test result from the Wilcoxon Sign Rank obtained p value = 0,01 with an error level (=0.05), it can be said that p < than it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. There is an effect of dates on breast milk production in postpartum mothers on days 3 - 9 at PMB Binti Qoni'ah Nganjuk 2021. Based on the results of the study, it is hoped that the research area can be used as input for using dates to increase breast milk production in the development of traditional medicine
