Abstract

Productive Economic Enterprises Program (UEP) is one approach to social welfare programs to accelerate poverty eradication. Through UEP the poor get facilities to be used in business through the Joint Business Group (KUBE). This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. This research is intended to obtain information about the implementation of the Productive Economic Enterprises (UEP) program through KUBE using the implementation model of George C. Edward III. The results of the analysis concluded that (1) the implementation of the Productive Economic Enterprises (UEP) policy through KUBE in Citarik Village, Palabuhanratu District did not go well, (2) there were several obstacles in the implementation of the Productive Economic Enterprises (UEP) policy through KUBE in Citarik Village. Palabuhanratu District, and (3) several efforts have been made to overcome the obstacles that occur.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya dugaan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pasien di Puskesmas Cisolok Kabupaten Sukabumi belum optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan, tingkat kepuasaan pasien, dan pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap tingkat kepuasan pasien di Puskesmas Cisolok Kabupaten Sukabumi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, sebagai populasi adalah pasien atau keluarga pasien yang berjumlah 2650 orang sedangkan jumlah sampel diambil dengan rumus Slovin sehingga dipeoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 107 orang. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Cisolok termasuk dalam kategori baik dengan rata-rata skor sebesar 3,47 atau 69,40%, sedangkan tingkat kepuasan pasien di Puskesmas Cisolok Kabupaten Sukabumi termasuk dalam kategori cukup dengan rata-rata skor sebesar 3,39 atau 67,80%. Model persamaan regresi linear yang didapatkan  = 31,545 + 0,551X. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pasien disarankan pimpinan Puskesmas Cisolok Kabupaten Sukabumi berupaya meningkatkan kualitasa pelayanan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the suspicion that the implementation of the Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) program through e-warong in Sukamaju Village, Cikakak District, Sukabumi Regency has not been optimal in meeting the food needs of the community. The purpose of this research is to determine: (1) employee behavior (2) work relations between employees, (3) employee communication, and (4) the leadership of the Village Head in relation to the implementation of the Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) program to fulfill the needs food in Sukamaju Village, Cikakak District. This study uses a qualitative approach. The informants of this research were the Head of Sukamaju Village, PKH BPNT Facilitator in Sukamaju Village, and KPM BPNT Sukamaju Village. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) perilaku pegawai (2) hubungan kerja antar pegawai, (3) komunikasi pegawai, dan (4) kepemimpinan Kepala Desa dalam kaitan dengan implementasi program Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (BPNT) untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan pangan di Desa Sukamaju Kecamatan Cikakak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan penelitian ini adalah Kepala Desa Sukamaju, Pendamping PKH BPNT Desa Sukamaju, dan KPM BPNT Desa Sukamaju. Hasil penelitian antara lain (1) perilaku pegawai kaitan dengan implementasi program Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (BPNT) untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan pangan di Desa Sukamaju Kecamatan Cikakak cukup baik, (2) hubungan kerja antar pegawai dalam kaitan dengan implementasi program Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (BPNT) untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan pangan di Desa Sukamaju Kecamatan Cikakak cukup baik, (3) komunikasi pegawai dalam kaitan dengan implementasi program Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (BPNT) untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan pangan di Desa Sukamaju Kecamatan Cikakak cukup baik, dan (4) kepemimpinan Kepala Desa dalam kaitan dengan implementasi program Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (BPNT) untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan pangan di Desa Sukamaju Kecamatan Cikakak cukup baik. Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the implementation of the policy of changing the status of a village to a sub-district, (2) the productivity of the community's economic business, and (3) the influence of the implementation of the policy of changing the status of a village to a village on the productivity of the community's economic business in the Jampangkulon Village. The population of this research is all economic business actors in Jampangkulon Village, totaling 782 people, with a total sample of 89 people taken using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. The results of the calculation of descriptive analysis show that the average score of the Variable Policy Implementation Changes in Village Status into Kelurahan is 3.47 or 69.40% of the ideal value and is included in the good category, while the Productivity of Community Economic Enterprises is 3.65 or 73.00 % of the ideal value and included in the good category. The results of statistical analysis obtained the price of rXY = 0.428 which is included in the criteria is quite strong. With a significance value (2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that the Implementation of the Policy on Changing the Status of a Village to a Village has a positive and significant effect on the Productivity of Community Economic Enterprises. The coefficient of determination (KD) is 0.1832, which means 18.32% of the Community Economic Business Productivity variable (Y) can be explained by the Variable of Policy Implementation to Change Village Status to Kelurahan (X), and the rest is determined by other factors. While the linear regression equation model obtained is Y = 23.993 + 0.483X. Therefore, to increase the productivity of the community's economic business, it is recommended to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the Policy Implementation to Change the Status of Villages to Villages.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the assumption that the implementation of the Citepus Palabuhanratu Beach border spatial policy has not run optimally. The purpose of this study is to find out (1) the implementation of the Citepus Palabuhanratu Beach border spatial policy, (2) to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the Citepus Palabuhanratu Beach border spatial policy, and (3) what efforts are being made to overcome this problem. obstacles to the implementation of the Citepus Palabuhanratu Beach border spatial policy implementation. This study uses a qualitative approach. The informants of this study were the Head of Palabuhanratu Subdistrict, the Head of Citepus Village, the Secretary of Citepus Village, Members of the PP Satpol, Warung Owners, and tourists. The results of the research include (1) the implementation of the Citepus Palabuhanratu Beach border spatial policy has been running quite well, (2) There are several obstacles in the implementation of the Citepus Palabuhanratu Beach border spatial policy, and (3) the Sukabumi Regency Government has tried to overcome obstacles in implementation. coastal border spatial policy in improving the safety of tourists at Citepus Palabuhanratu Beach.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study was the entire family head of Majlis Panyairan Village, Palabuhanratu Village, amounting to 339 people, with a total sample of 102 people and carried out using proportionate simple random sampling technique and taken 30% of the total population. The calculation results show that the average item variable for policy socialization on environmental hygiene in Majlis Panyairan Village, Palabuhanratu Village, Sukabumi Regency is 3.48 or 69.60% of the ideal value and is included in the good category, while the average score of the community awareness variable in Majlis Village Panyairan Palabuhanratu Village in realizing environmental cleanliness is 3.36 or 67.20% of the ideal value and is included in the sufficient category. The results of statistical analysis obtained that the price of rXY = 0.534 is included in the fairly strong category. With a significance value (2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05 or tcount = 6.311 > ttable = 1.984, so it can be concluded that the socialization of policies on environmental cleanliness (X) on public awareness in realizing environmental cleanliness (Y) in Majlis Panyairan Village, Palabuhanratu Village . The coefficient of determination (KD) of 28.52% the value of the community awareness variable in realizing environmental cleanliness (Y) in Majlis Panyairan Village, Palabuhanratu Village can be explained by the variable of policy socialization on environmental cleanliness (X), and the remaining 71.48% is determined by other factors . While the linear regression equation model obtained is Y = 19.650 + 0.525X. Therefore, to increase public awareness in realizing environmental cleanliness, it is recommended that the Palabuhanratu Sub-district Government, Sukabumi Regency, be more active in disseminating policies on environmental hygiene.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study were all employees of Palabuhanratu Subdistrict, Palabuhanratu Subdistrict employees and 9 village apparatuses throughout Palabuhanratu Subdistrict totaling 156 people and the number of samples was taken 70% of the total population so that a sample of 109 people was obtained. The calculation results show that the Village Fund Budgeting variable in Palabuhanratu District is included in the good category with an average score of 3.45 or 69.00% of the ideal value, while the economic empowerment of the community in Palabuhanratu District is included in the sufficient category with an average score of 3.39 or 67.80% of the ideal value. The results of statistical analysis obtained the price of rXY = 0.527 which is included in the criteria is quite strong. With a significance value (2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05 or tcount = 6.414 > ttable = 1.982, so it can be concluded that there is an effect of the Village Fund budget on community economic empowerment in Palabuhanratu District. The coefficient of determination (KD) is 0.2777, meaning that the contribution of the village fund budget variable (X) to the community economic empowerment variable (Y) in Palabuhanratu District, Sukabumi Regency is 27.77%, and the remaining 72.23% is determined by other factors. While the linear regression equation model obtained is Y = 21.176 + 0.507X

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to find out how the role of the press in the May 1998 revolution and to find out the obstacles faced by the press in carrying out its role. This research is descriptive and literary in nature, by analyzing and describing the role of the press in the May 1998 revolution through books, journals, articles, documents and research results related to these events. The background for determining the topic of this research is considering the press as a social institution that has power in the political system and based on the author's observation that the press during the new order was always limited by the government's space for movement, in other words the government carried out strict control over the press, but in situations and circumstances Under such conditions, the press is still able to play a role in realizing democracy in Indonesia, especially in the events of the May 1998 revolution. The news that was critical during the May 1998 revolution presented by the press would undermine the legitimacy of the government regime. The press is also a means for the public to convey input into the political system. Thus, it is clear that the press has a significant role in the May 1998 revolution. The role of the press in democratization is as a means of change and as a means of control and criticism. When it comes to the May revolution, the role of the press as a means of change consists of the press as issues manager, delegitimizing the regime and as a social organizer. The obstacles experienced by the press in carrying out its role are the intervention or restraint of the government on the press and the excitement of the press by electronic media.

Abstract

Equality between providers and users in public services is characterized by the opportunity for users to file objections, complaints, and claims for compensation. In Indonesia, policies regarding compensation are contained in various laws and regulations, including Law 25/2009 on Public Services and Law Number 37/2008 on the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia. However, after thirteen years, the compensation policy based on the Public Service Law has not been implemented because the implementing regulations are not yet complete. As an alternative, the compensation mechanism through Ombudsman recommendation based on Ombudsman Law needs to be studied in depth. In this paper, the author uses a simple SWOT analysis to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for which the Ombudsman recommendation are optimized to resolve people complaint containing demand for compensation. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data were obtained from interviews, observations, books, scientific journals, institutional information/documents, and online news articles. Data were analyzed using an interactive modeling approach and N-Vivo software. A number of important findings and recommendations are presented in this paper.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations , the researcher was interested to   researching because there were several problems, such as insufficient resources, seen from the unavailability of relocation and the lack of number of policy implementing officers, lack of understanding and awareness of the rules. The research used a qualitative approach and descriptive method, using non-probability sampling techniques and purposive sampling and snowball sampling methods. The research location is in Cibadak Village, Cibadak District, Sukabumi Regency. The subjects of the study were 4 (four) people, namely the Cibadak Village Head, the Public Order and Peace Section, and the street vendors consisting of 2 (two) people. Data collection techniques are in the form of participatory observation and in-depth interviews as well as collecting other data relevant to in-depth research. The results show that the parameters and policy objectives are clear, the resources are not adequate, the characteristics of the implementing agents are not optimal, the attitudes or dispositions of the implementers are not optimal, communication between organizations is good, the economic, social and political environment is not yet supportive. The Government trying to overcome obstacles in the process of Implementing the Policy for Controlling Street Vendors in the Cibadak Village by giving regular appeals to street vendors to be orderly, and efforts to provide relocation land.
