Abstract

The discussion of the Wasathiyyah Concept (Moderation) in the review of the Qur'an and Sunnah is a very urgent issue. Phenomenon that has occurred and developed in the global community, including Indonesia, to date when things are violent, radical and others, Muslims are always the victims. And what becomes very strange and ironic is that the perpetrators themselves are Muslims who do not understand the essence of the concept of wasathiyyah, especially in the field of Islamic law, which by chance this problem can be said that almost no one has studied it. Most scientists only study the concept of wasathiyyah in general. So from that this literacy tries to provide an understanding of the implementation of the wasatiyyah concept in the field of Islamic law. This research uses literary methods and literacy studies from classical and contemporary scholars who are experts in their fields. The results of this study definitely answer the implementation of the wasathiyyah concept in the field of Islamic law in accordance with the instructions of the Al-Qur`an and As-Sunnah.

Abstract

Atas disahkannya Surat Edaran Nomor SE. 05 Tahun 2022 Tentang Pedoman Penggunaan Pengeras Suara di Masjid dan Musala, memunculkan polemik di kalangan masyarakat. Sebagaimana yang telah diketahui bahwasannya Indonesia terdiri dari berbagai agama, baik agama Islam sebagai agama mayoritas maupun agama seperti Hindu, Budha, Kristen dan Konghucu sebagai agama minoritas, sehingga masing-masing kalangan baik yang mayoritas maupun minoritas harus mendapatkan hak dan kewajiban yang sama untuk hidup bernegara. Indonesia yang mayoritas beragama Islam, terdapat kelompok yang menolak adanya peraturan tersebut karena dinilai dapat menghalangi atau menghambat syiar Islam. Pemahaman akan hal ini cukup menjadi sebuah kekhawatiran kontekstualisasi ajaran Islam sendiri. Al-Qur’an telah menyinggung permasalahan ini melalui surah Al Baqarah ayat 143 tentang bagaimana bersikap moderat dalam beragama, termasuk hak-hak dan kewajiban terhadap agama lain. Allah menjadikan umat Nabi Muhammad sebagai umat yang terbaik (Al Wasath). Dalam tafsir At-Thabari, kata ummatan wasathan bermakna penengah (hakim). Kemudian dalam tafsir Al-Qurthubi terdapat 3 makna, pertama yaitu sebagai agama yang adil, kedua, sebagai penengah dan ketiga, sebagai umat yang terpilih. Adapun menurut Buya Hamka Ummatan Wasathan memiliki arti penengah. Nilai-nilai islam dibangun atas dasar pola pemikiran yang lurus dan tidak berlebih-lebihan. Islam memberikan kelonggaran dalam cara mensyiarkan agama terhadap agama lain untuk mendapatkan haknya sehingga tidak terganggu oleh pengeras suara di masjid. Konsep moderasi beragama merupakan jalan tengah di antara keberagaman agama khususnya yang ada di Indonesia. Pemahaman Islam secara moderat dapat menjaga hubungan yang harmonis, dengan begitu islam akan memberikan kesan dengan wajah yang ramah, humaniter dan toleransi. Hal ini sekaligus menjadi jawaban dalam menghadapi era 5.0 yang mana pemahaman terhadap moderasi beragama menjadi kebutuhan yang urgent seiring dengan perkembangan zaman dan cara menyikapi berbagai permasalahan yang timbul. Jika dikorelasikan antara kontekstualisasi Ummatan Wasathan dengan konflik yang sedang terjadi, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa umat islam dapat mensyiarkan agama islam melalui pengeras suara masjid yang didasari peraturan-peraturan yang jelas sehingga dapat berlaku adil dan menjaga keharmonisan dengan masyarakat non muslim. Dalam kepenulisan ini digunakan metode research library untuk menjawab permasalahan di atas. Dengan adanya Surat Edaran Nomor Se. 05 Tahun 2022 Tentang Pedoman Penggunaan Pengeras Suara Di Masjid Dan Mushola, dimaksudkan untuk mewujudkan ketentraman, ketertiban, dan kenyamanan bersama dengan ketentuan- ketentuan, pemasangan dan penggunaan serta tata cara penggunaan pengeras suara, di antaranya adalah pengeras suara terdiri atas pengeras suara dalam dan luar. Adapun ketentuan pemasangan dan penggunaan adalah volume pengeras suara diatur sesuai dengan kebutuhan, dan paling besar 100 dB (seratus desibel). Adzan dikumandangkan dengan pengeras suara luar akan tetapi setelah adzan dikumandangkan dalam pedoman tertulis hanya diperbolehkan menggunakan pengeras suara dalam. Volume pengeras suara dapat dikondisikan sesuai keadaan sekitar dan tidak berlebih-lebihan dalam penggunaan speaker luar ketika di masjid tersebut sedang menjalani kegiatan dan acara tertentu. Berpikir dan bersikap moderat merupakan hal yang harus diprioritaskan untuk mencapai tujuan bersama yaitu menjalani kehidupan berwarga negara yang harmonis diatas semua perbedaan.

Abstract

This research discusses the views of the Alquran towards women, and the various important roles that are embedded in women in social life, from a small scale in the form of a family, as well as on a large scale as the leader of a group, groups and even the leader of a nation. So phenomenal is the role of this woman that the Alquran mentions many verses in the Alquran. This article will also discuss several types of women from the perspective of the Koran, as well as some of the views of scholars of interpretation of the role of women from time to time.

Abstract

Honesty is one of the commendable qualities that must be possessed by everyone, both believers and non-believers. In everyday life, this honest nature must be reflected in every activity. It often happens that someone's honesty is greatly influenced by the situation at hand. If the situation is favorable, then do not hesitate to tell the truth, but on the contrary if the situation is not favorable, then it is likely that honesty is hidden. This paper examines the application of the value of honesty contained in the Qur'an. Several events in the Qur'an write about the application of the value of honesty, including the Isra Mi'raj incident and the Hudhud bird incident. This paper will describe the conditions in which the application of the value of honesty in the isra mi'raj and hudhud bird events has a background and consequences in its implementation. This is expected to be a lesson for Muslims in particular, in applying the value of honesty in everyday life.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the view that multicultural education in Islamic education has been taught, so that the relationship between humans and other humans cannot be separated. This research method is a library research method, namely a method of reviewing written data both books, literature and notes that have a correlation with the discussion. This study uses a descriptive-analytic method, which uses existing sources, then describes them, then analyzes the correlation between Islamic education and multicultural education. The results of this study conclude that education is a process of training and teaching, coaching, training, teaching through teaching and training efforts. Islam sees that education is the most strategic means of uplifting human dignity in various fields of life and implies that there are three dimensions in an effort to develop human life, namely: the dimension of worldly life, the dimension of ukhrawi life, the dimension of the relationship between worldly life and ukhrawi. Multicultural education must support the main principles in eradicating cliché views of race, culture and religion.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the discipline of reading Al-Qur'an and morality towards the achievement of the sixth grade in learning Al-Qur'an at primary boarding school for boys of I'daad Shigar, Daarul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School. This research is a quantitative research with a survey method. Data collection techniques for disciplinary variable reading Al-Qur'an and morality were obtained through questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques were carried out statistically with Crosstab techniques using the SPSS version 20 program involving 32 correspondents. From the research it can be produced that the influence of the discipline of Al-Qur'an reading and morality on Al-Qur'an learning achievement has a significant relationship between the two disciplinary and moral variables on students' learning achievement. Based on the results of calculations in statistics, it can be concluded: (1) Al-Qur'an learning achievement is influenced by Al-Qur'an reading discipline. (2) Al-Qur'an learning achievement is influenced by morals. (3) there is a positive relationship between the discipline of Al-Qur'an reading and morality towards the learning achievement of the Al-Qur'an students. This study can provide a positive contribution in building the discipline of students and the development of educational supervision techniques, especially in the supervision of the Al-Qur'an learning system, so it can encourage the improvement of quality in education.
