Abstract

The development of a strategy by the government as a public organization to deal with the implementation of good corporate governance, which is now a requirement for each company in order to win global business competition and also overtake the problem of the economic crisis, is required by the rapid and massive advances in information technology that have occurred during the industrial revolution 4.0 era. The Agency theory was utilized to support this research since it fosters the formation of the notion of Good Corporate Governance in managing the company's business to reduce agency conflicts. Companies are required to be able to provide good financial reports. A solid financial report is one that maintains the integrity of the information it contains. The extent to which financial reports reflect financial facts fairly, honestly, and not more or less is referred to as their integrity. The goal of this study is to identify the implicit influence of good corporate governance (GCG) on the financial statements of different Indonesian enterprises. Research data is collected through financial reports and company annual reports. The SPSS statistical software was used to analyze the research data. The study's findings indicate that institutional share ownership and  management support as part of Good Corporate Governance have a significant impact on the financial statements of Indonesian enterprises

Abstract

Employees are the main assets for an organisation and motivating the employees can improve their performance. Several ways can be incorporated for employee motivation. The objective of this research is to understand the role of Total Rewards and Compensation in increasing employee motivation. Materials and methods: Survey has been conducted by incorporating 80 participants and the survey results has been analysed with the help of SPSS software. Findings: The result conveys that there is a positive relation between employee motivation and engagement. Conclusion: Employee motivation has strong relation with employee engagement and increasing organisational performance. Employee motivation can create positive working culture within the workplace. Significance of the study: The research will contribute to understand the role of compensation and total rewards in case of employee motivation. Besides this, this research is also helpful to understand the importance of employee motivation in case of organisational performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on the intention to buy Wardah cosmetic products. The sample in this study were 40 respondents. Data obtained by interview in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study used quantitative analysis in the form of validity tests, reliability tests, coefficient of determination or R-square, compatibility tests through the F test, and t tests to find out whether it was significant or not. The results of this study are in accordance with the T test of product quality variable comparison of the value of T count 0.018 > t table = 2.030, so there is no significant effect on purchase intention. Price has a substantial impact on customers' propensity to purchase wardah cosmetic products from E-Commerce TikTok Shops, as shown by the calculated T value comparison of 2.886 > ttable = 2.030

Abstract

This study's objective is to empirically establish whether financial performance, leverage, and firm size have a partial or simultaneous impact on firm value for the Food and Beverage Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2018 and 2020. Financial success as determined by ROA, leverage as determined by DER, and company size as determined by Size—as well as one dependent variable—firm value as measured by PBV—make up this study. There are 23 companies in this study that fit the requirements and have a combined revenue of 69 financial statements in Between 2018 and 2020, businesses in the food and beverage industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). According to the research, a firm's financial performance increases its value. In light of the fact that the Leverage variable has an impact on company value, firm size positively affects the worth of the company. Based on the study's findings, it can be said that financial performance, leverage, and firm size all affect corporate value simultaneously food and beverage sector in 2018-2020

Abstract

Financial literacy is a crucial determinant of making sound and prudent financial decisions. However, a global study revealed that the majority of the world’s population is financially illiterate. From these precepts, this study was conducted to evaluate the level of financial literacy among 40 MSME business owners in the Municipality of San Jose, Negros Oriental, Philippines. The results will be used to decide if a university extension program could be started. This research made use of a descriptive methodology and collected data using five-point Likert scale survey method. The results of the study showed that MSME business owners have high levels of debt management, utilization of savings account, and reduce spending knowledge. On the other hand, MSME business owners need to improve in the overall personal financial management, long-term planning, emergency and risk.  The researcher recommends the development of a comprehensive financial training program, sharing of best practices, and the provision of avenues for financial consultations. Improving financial literacy can help microbusiness owners better manage their finances, reduce financial stress, and increase the chances of their business's success

Abstract

PT. Telkom Property's Birawa Champion training is organized internally by the company to form soft skills, increase employee knowledge or knowledge of their respective fields of work, namely Housekeeping, Mechanical Electrics, Security, and Drivers. The organization of Birawa Champion training can also produce superior employees and is expected to be an example or leader in their respective work locations. The purpose of the study was to determine what and how the impact of Birawa Champion training on the performance of housekeeping employees of PT. Telkom Property Makassar. The research method used is a qualitative method using interview and observation techniques. Interviews were conducted focusing on 5 core informants who had attended Birawa champion training. There are 6 questions related to knowledge, soft skills, employee performance, discipline, ethics, and tenant satisfaction. Research on Birawa Champion Training has had a positive impact on the performance of employees who participated in the training, especially in the Housekeeping division, including increased knowledge of their work, increased discipline, as well as employee ethics, and increased employee soft skills so that they are able to become employees who have a leadership spirit at work. Training also improves the quality of employees to be better so that they are able to provide excellent service to customers or tenants, so that indirectly this training also affects tenant satisfaction. This is in accordance with the vision of PT. Telkom Property, which is to become the most preferred technology-based property company in Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to, (1) test the effect of issuing auction repayment receipts on the Indonesian auction application on public services, (2) test the effectiveness of using the menu receipt of auction settlement in the Indonesian auction application at Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) in the area of the Direktorat Jenderal Kekayaan Negara (DJKN) of North Sulawesi, and (3) test the ease of use of the menu for issuing auction repayment receipts on the Indonesian auction application on the speed and accuracy of public services. The data collection technique used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with interview techniques to respondents who are directly responsible for using the receipt issuance menu feature in the Indonesian auction application. Respondents who were interviewed were from 3 (Three) KPKNL in the DJKN region of North Sulawesi, namely (1) KPKNL Gorontalo, (2) KPKNL Palu, and (3) KPKNL Ternate. The results of this study indicate that the use of the auction repayment receipt menu in the Indonesian auction application has been effectively used since the Regulation of the Direktur Jenderal Kekayaan Negara (DJKN) Number 02/KN/2022 concerning Auction Administration Guidelines at the KPKNL. Other results from this study indicate that the menu for issuing auction repayment receipts in the Indonesian auction application is able to provide services to the community, especially related to auction repayment receipts, more quickly and precisely. However, from the results of these achievements there are still deficiencies that need to be refined to the contents of the menu features of the research object

Abstract

This study endeavors  to elaborate on the educational philosophy of Syed Muhammad Naquib al Attas. Al Attas' educational thought, if traced according to his background, it cannot be separated from his attention to the current of secularization of science. As a philosopher, his conception of education begins with his view point on the human beings in terms of being very Islamic. For him, secular Western education gave birth to humans who are uncivilized, savage and brought damage not only to nature but also to humanity itself. Moreover , he sees that the cure for the crisis caused by the secularization of knowledge is through education. Therefore,  it is interesting to discuss the concept as proposed by al Attas to solve this problem

Abstract

Indonesians are realizing the importance of safe and profitable savings. Thus, bank investment considerations are rising. People invest in People's Credit Banks (BPR) instead of traditional banks. Additionally, BPR provides village loans. Rural Banks (BPR) have helped many SMEs. This study examines PT. People's Credit Bank (BPR) Citra Dana Mandiri's external and internal environment and determines its best alternative strategy. IFE, EFE, SWOT, IE, and QSPM analysis tools are used in this study. Non-performing loans and market share were PT BPR Citra Dana Mandiri's biggest internal strengths. PT BPR Citra Dana Mandiri's biggest weakness was its lack of mobile-banking and 2 branch offices. Vehicle enthusiasts are a major external factor. the growth of MSMEs in Lampung Province, with competitors aggressively pursuing market share and offering credit and facilities. The TAS/Total Activeness Score QSPM, the first strategic alternative PT BPR Citra Dana Mandiri prioritizes, is market penetration. Market penetration can estimate PT BPR Citra Dana Mandiri's potential market

Abstract

MSMEs boost Indonesia's economy. MSMEs create jobs and reduce poverty in Indonesia, accounting for 56% of business investment and 97% of household work. The number of coffee shops indicates market interest in them. Coffee shops are now used for studying, meeting, and hanging out with friends. Teenagers visit Bandar Lampung City's MSME businesses. Shop and cafe owners benefit from the market segmentation of young people. Even though young people and teenagers love it, a coffee shop must innovate and grow to survive because so many businesses can copy it. This study used quantitative and descriptive qualitative methods. This method collects, analyzes, and interprets data. This chapter's matching and decision stage matrices use EFE, IFE, QSPM data. Early in strategy formulation, the input tool measures subjectivity. The strategist can better generate, prioritize, evaluate, and choose strategies in the Quantitative Strategic Planning matrix by making minor decisions about the relative importance of external and internal factors in the input matrix
