Abstract

Teacher discipline and creativity are things that must exist in teachers. Teachers are always required to always be able to keep abreast of existing developments. Discipline and having high creativity will have an impact on students. According to several articles, creativity is needed in the world of education to support success. This study aims to determine the effect of teacher creativity and discipline on the learning motivation of class VIII students. This research uses quantitative research methods with correlational research types. with a research sample of 78 respondents who are students of MTsN 1 Malang City. Based on the results of partial and simultaneous testing, it was found that there was a positive influence between teacher creativity and discipline on student learning motivation. There is 20.4% teacher creativity affects student learning motivation and 25.5% teacher discipline affects student learning motivation.

Abstract

The focus of this research is to challenge the Implementation of the concept and design of Independent Curriculum Management in improving the Quality of Education at the junior high school level. The methodology or approach used in this paper uses a library research method or procedure. At the same time, data collection is carried out by studying and exploring several journals, books, and documents (both printed and electronic) as well as other sources of data and or information that are considered relevant to the study; the purpose of this study is to find out the Implementation of the concept and design of Independent Curriculum Management in improving the Quality of Education, The results of this study concluded that the Implementation of the idea of independent curriculum education in improving the quality of education integrates literacy skills, knowledge skills, skills and attitudes as well as mastery of technology. The independent curriculum is a program expected to restore learning, which offers three characteristics, including project-based learning for developing soft skills and attributes following the profile of Pancasila students, learning on essential materials, and a more flexible curriculum structure.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of the quality of memorization of the Qur'an where the number of students who memorize the Qur'an is not following the rules of tajweed and less than optimal quantity and quality of memorization is the focus of this study. This research method aims to determine the effectiveness and quality of memorization of the Qur'an students to find out changes before using the curriculum and after using the curriculum. This study used a qualitative approach and data collection techniques in this study using observation and interviews. Data analysis used is data display, data reduction, and decisions taken. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the overall curriculum process applied in the Tahfidz Program runs well and can increase the quantity and quality of memorization of the Qur'an students. Although there are some technical obstacles, the existence of a curriculum can help in improving the quality of memorization of the Qur'an students and increasing customer trust in the surrounding environment and community.

Abstract

This research aims to produce Pesantren-based experiential marketing; emotional sense analysis in building customer loyalty. The research approach used is a qualitative approach with a case study type. The data that has been collected is analyzed by using the Miles and Huberman data analysis technique which consists of data reduction, data display, and verification. The results of this study indicate that the process of experiential marketing is based on Pesantrens; emotional sense analysis in building customer loyalty is carried out through the provision of stimuli and cognitive consistency. Providing stimuli in Pesantren-based experiential marketing is carried out with osabar, ospectren, and harlah events. Meanwhile building cognitive consistency is done by Exemplary of Kyai, organizational climate and culture of pesantren, and spiritual experience. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menemukan teori tentang marketing based on spiritual experience.

Abstract

This study analyses the management of learning the Qur'an through the Ummi approach at Islamic boarding schools. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection techniques in this study are through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results of the study show: 1) The planning starts with teacher certification, determine the learning model, and prepares teaching materials (materials) and stages of learning using the Ummi method. 2) The implementation, carried teacher, outdoes teacher discipline, fostering student enthusiasm, facilities, adequate media sources, filling in teacher and student absences and a complete assessment journal. 3) Evaluation, namely the implementation of the exam as a form of completion in learning.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether the competence of teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Sarolangun in compiling syllabus and learning implementation plans can be improved with continuous academic supervision. This type of research is school action research conducted at Sarolangun 3 Public Middle School in the 2021/2022 Academic Year with the research subject being 12 teachers at SMP N 3 Sarolangun and the object of research being teacher competency in compiling syllabus and lesson plans. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, to test the validity of the data is to use data triangulation. The results of the study can be concluded that with continuous academic supervision it is scientifically proven to be able to increase teacher competence in preparing syllabus and lesson plans at SMP Negeri 3 Sarolangun. This is proven by the increase in the number of good teacher syllabuses from 24.75% to 80% after academic supervision. In addition, the number of good quality lesson plans also increased from 18.92% to 70%. In addition, teachers can follow academic supervision well.

Abstract

This study aims to know and analyze the management of increasing learning motivation based on spiritual guidance in optimizing learning outcomes at MIS Islamiyah kertosono gading probolinggo. Information was obtained from several informants from the head of the ibtidaiyah madrasah, teachers, students and guardians. Then to select and determine informants in this study, researchers used purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques in this study used content/document analysis techniques, in-depth interviews, and events/observations. The method used to check the validity of the data is the triangulation method. The data analysis technique used in this study is interactive model analysis. The stages in analyzing data in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results in management research on increasing motivation to learn based on spiritual guidance are carried out by Strengthening the quality of human resources, spiritual direction, and cultivating. The implications obtained by the management of increasing learning motivation based on spiritual guidance impact the growth of enthusiasm for learning in students to be more active in learning.

Abstract

This study is grounded in the recognition that numerous school principals seek assistance in optimizing the potential of their human resources within their educational institutions. As a consequence, the attainment of desired objectives becomes a formidable endeavor. The primary objective of this investigation is to identify and elucidate the methodologies employed by a junior high school principal in the Probolinggo district to enhance organizational citizenship behavior. Employing a qualitative phenomenological approach, the researcher conducted interviews, observations, and documentation to acquire credible and reliable data. The analysis of data adheres to the analytical framework proposed by Milles and Hubberman, encompassing data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings of this inquiry illuminate five pivotal focal points within the principal's strategic approach to bolster organizational citizenship behavior through their leadership role: firstly, strategic planning; secondly, task allocation and organization; thirdly, motivation; fourthly, oversight and control; and fifthly, evaluation. This study underscores the implications of organizational citizenship behavior in facilitating the effective attainment of organizational objectives.

Abstract

Communication is an important component in education as a means to connect between educational components. The role of communication in education marketing is a positive interaction that must be built by stakeholders as an effort to maintain the existence of educational institutions. The importance of communication must be built internally in educational institutions and also externally in educational institutions in the form of the community as an effort to build institutional synergy with the community. This research uses descriptive qualitative analysis method . Data collection techniques were carried out through observation and interviews. While the data analysis technique uses Miles and Huberman. The results of the study show that the communication strategy used by Nuris Vocational School has not been successful in the New Student Admissions (PPDB) activities.
