Abstract

In economic theory there is the behavior of the producers that minimize costs include raw material costs, labor costs and overhead costs, which includes the optimization of the cost to produce goods of quality, affordable prices and maximize profits , Many traders use a variety of strategies to gain a reasonable start up does not make sense. The research method is qualitative. This type of method is qualitative field study. Object (informants) from the research is that there are traders in Bojonegoro. Purpose of this study as teaching materials on business ethics in STIE Scholar and provide a broader understanding of the practice of the occult. From this research, find merchants in Bojonegoro have occult perception as negative things that can popularize merchandise.

Abstract

Motivation is one that raises the spirit or drive to work (Anoraga, 2010). Motivation questioned how to encourage morale so that they are willing to work hard, especially to the subordinates or followers so that they would work hard to provide all the capabilities and skills to realize the goal of the Vendor (Hasibuan, 2010). Issue of motivation is a major problem that occurs in every organization, because the motivation in an organization has an influence on the effectiveness of the organization. If a high work motivation is most likely the result of his work will be satisfactory. Another way to improve the performance of employees is by providing incentives to employee. Incentives are additional salary received by the employee in retaliation for their work as carrying out work pursuant to or higher than the standards that have been set. Providing incentives for employees are as a driver who can motivate employees to work harder effectively. Incentives are closely linked to the performance of the employee. There are tradeoffs in both directions between incentives to performance. Incentives are given due to a good performance and is given to further improve the performance again in the future. This research was conducted by using a quantitative approach, the research focused on testing the hypothesis by means of statistical methods of analysis and produce conclusions that can be generalized. Sample in this research is the employee's Distribution Center PT. Indomarco Prismatama. Sampling method used in this study and nomogram table Krejcie Harry King. Test equipment used is the technique of multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 18.0 software. After testing the above hypothesis, the obtained results of the F test that variable motivation and incentive variable simultaneously significant positive effect on performance. T Test results also showed that the variables of motivation and incentive variables partially significant positive effect on performance.

Abstract

PT. Telkom is one of the telecommunications operator service providers and the information was well respected in the competitive telecommunications business in Indonesia, it is easy to understand because the company has moved and grown in advance in comparison with other operators, even a majority of shares are still owned by the government.This study focus on the product Speedy. Where the factors that influence consumer attitudes through advertising is included: the value of information, the contents of the message and boost advertising. Relating influence consumer attitudes through advertising on purchasing decisions Speedy, the researchers conducted a study on consumers because given this company has many customers and in addition the average consumer has an interest in purchasing the product speedy. From the research results as are the factors that influence consumer attitudes through advertising (the value of the information, content, advertisements encouragement) have a positive influence on consumer decision in purchasing Speedy in Makassar. It is based on test results F where F count> F table (51.73> 2.70). The independent variable (value information, message content, and boost advertising) that partially has the most dominant influence on the dependent variable (purchase decisions) is a variable value information. It is based on test results tcount> t table is 6.492> 1.985

Abstract

Public transport route in the city is an important means of transportation for people of Bojonegoro. The existence and the services provided public transport affects the level of satisfaction of public service users of the freight. Besides, the role of the Department of Transportation also affects the trajectory of public transport services in the city. This research is a qualitative descriptive study aims to determine the role of the Department of Transportation in the improvement of public transport service route in the city. The population is people who use public transport route in the city, and the sample amounted to 50 people. While the methods and techniques of data collection using questionnaires and interview. Data Analysis Techniques used is a model of Miles and Hubberman, with the result that people who are not satisfied with the service of urban transportation route in the city due to the condition of urban transportation that are less good, less comfortable, time spent waiting for shuttles were long, the behavior of the driver reckless in driving, as well as inadequate halte. And the role of the Department of Transportation Bojonegoro deemed not optimal in achieving safe transportation.

Abstract

One of the policy conducted by the government in an effort to build up the quality of education is the application of total quality management in schools. Providing integrated quality management in schools requires the cooperation of principals, teachers and employees as utama. Executive management function does not just stop at the implementation stage, but there is still the stage control or supervision. In the formal education supervisory functions assigned to the office of school inspector. To describe the profile of the school superintendent, the concept of integrated quality management and how the supervisory role in the implementation of total quality management in schools. School superintendent is implementing functional techniques in the field of academic and managerial oversight on a number of educational units ditetapkan.Tanggung school superintendent is responsible to achieve the quality of education in schools is cultivated. While the integrated quality management is a way of managing educational institutions with continuous improvements made on services, people, products, and environment in order to meet the needs, desires and expectations of its customers, today and for the foreseeable future. In the implementation of total quality management supervisor role may be implied by the eight competencies supervisor of thought Wiles and Bondi, namely as a developer of students, curriculum, instructional specialists, human relations worker, staff developers, administrators developer, manager changes, and evaluators.

Abstract

To support that employees working on a better performance, it is recommended to the company that the factors of job satisfaction every time continuously strived to be improved by giving motivation and evaluation of employee performance, improve working conditions and systems of remuneration and reward for employees achievement to boost the morale of other employees to join excel. From the research, it is known that the magnitude of the influence of the opportunity to advance on employee performance indicated by the value b1 = 0.1764 and significant because the t-test (= 1.99)> t-table (= 1.708). The amount of influence factors working conditions on employee performance is indicated by the value of b2 = 0.2240 and significant because of the t-test (= 3.097)> t-table (= 1.708). The magnitude of the effect of payroll on employee performance is indicated by the value of b3 = 0.5978 and significant because the t-test (= 5.336)> t-table (= 1.708), whereas the influence of factors supervision on employee performance is indicated by the value of b4 = 0, 3041 and significant because of the t-test (= 1.89)> t-table (= 1.708). Simultaneously, the influence of the factors of job satisfaction is indicated by the value of R2 = 70.30% and significant because the F-test (= 14.794)> F-table (= 2.76) on the right hand side of the test. Thus it can be said that the factors of job satisfaction factors include the opportunity to go forward, working conditions, salaries and supervision both partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of the employee. Abstract
