<![CDATA[Qard Al-hasan are microfinance method that can be gain form zakat, infaq, & sadaqa that manage by Islamic microfinance institution. This research analyze the role played by Islamic practices of zakat, sadaqa, and el Qard Al-hasan in poverty alleviation and the project of development. In order for Islamic economic practices to be inclusive and sustainable, these practices need to be coordinated and specific goal must be attached to each form of Islamic economic practice. The aim for this research is to obtain the financing practices of Qardh Al-Hasan at microfinance institution at Bojonegoro. The research finds that most of the sharia financial institutions in Bojonegoro have not distributed qardh funding, while some who channel Qardh Al-Hasan who are not focused on financing and capitalization of micro-entrepreneurs, such as qardh funds are instead disbursed as CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), Qardh Al-hasan also distributed in the form of credits that are solely devoted to employees of the Financial Institution]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the influence of ownership structure on firm value of debt policy as an intervening variable. Data used in this research is secondary data obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange database. This study used the path analysis to analysze and interprete the data of research. From the results of data analysis can be concluded that in Indonesia (1) the ownership structure proxied by insider ownership has relationship with financial decisions; (2) ownership structure has not affect stock prices, as a proxy of firm value; (3) there is no influence of ownership structure on corporate value through debt policy and as an intervening variable.]]>

<![CDATA[Leader of education institution that can not communicate what they want, cannot able to bring education institution to the objective that they hope. A teacher that cannot able to communicate the knowledge that must be delivered to student well also cannot be able to give output or education result well. Thus it need some good communication in order that education institution can proceed well too. Communication is a process of changing and delivering information and idea from someone to the others. Other definition explain communication as some process and delivering message transaction from certain party, through certain medium, in the certain form, so can get the target, that is other party that cause certain relationship. In related with leadership, communication can be mean as process and delivering message transaction in two direction, that is from the leader to the member that led, and the opposite every componen in the education institution should can communicate what they hope so the organization can proceed more normally.]]>

<![CDATA[Farmers Income Improvement Program through innovations have been implemented in Bojonegoro. The program helps farmers in developing agribusiness system on marginal lands that are considered as pockets of poverty. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of simultaneous application of variable quality seeds and soil conservation on the income of farmers in Bojonegoro and determine variables that have a dominant influence on the income of farmers in Bojonegoro. The research data was collected through interviews guided questionnaire to a sample of 50 farmers involved Activities Farmers' Income Improvement Program through Innovation. The collected data is then processed using the F test and t test. Results showed simultaneously using the F test indicated the presence of markedly between the Program for Increasing Farmers' Income through innovation (application of seeds (X1) and land conservation (X2)) and the income of farmers of marginal land in the District Sugihwaras Bojonegoro, indicated by F count (26.726)> F table at 2.806. Being the variable component of the most influential innovations is the application of seeds (X1) affect the value of t = 4.683> t table = 1.678.]]>

<![CDATA[This study is based on the phenomenon in public about population growth as a factor in immigration , urbanization and population mobility . Sometimes do not take into account factors moving skills and capabilities. New problems arise because of the dense population in the targeted areas . Then the local government imposed a KIPEM useful system for monitoring outside the city of Surabaya residents who work and live . Area which is the goal of population mobility in Indonesia,Java, Bali and Sulawesi . This will impact on the economic slowdown in the regions of origin of the mobility, the government made a government policy that will have a major impact for disadvantaged areas which have been made the Law No. 5 2015 about the countryside that has been included budgets and the mechanism for rural development. It is expected that the PDP in 2015 may reach 5.7 % from the month of October reached 5.1 %. Researchers hope that these issues can be kept under review so as to help the government realize equitable development .]]>

<![CDATA[This study was designed using a combination of descriptive and explanatory research. A descriptive study is used to illustrate the motivational factors and the performance of personnel service agency PT Prudential Branch Surabaya variables studied were:1) the independent variables, including: physiological needs, security needs, social needs, esteem needs and self-actualization, needs; 2) the dependent variable is the performance of the service agent This type of research that is used to describe the effect of physiological needs, security needs, social needs, esteem needs and self-actualization needs on the performance of the service agent. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis showed that:a) physiological Needs, security needs, social needs, and the needs of self-esteem has a positive influence significantly on the performance operatiomal workers; b )the need for self-actualization has a non significant effect on the performance of operational worker; c) physiological needs to have a dominant influence on the performance of a service agency other independent variables; d) the study recommends that the physiological and safety needs require more advanced.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, job satisfaction, motivation, and discipline the performance of employees at PT. Antar Surya Jaya Surabaya. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach is, research that focuses on testing the hypothesis with statistical methods of analysis measuring devices and produce results that can be generalized. The research instrument a questionnaire. Samples are employees of PT. Antar Surya Jaya Surabaya. The population in this study are employees of PT. Antar Surya Jaya Surabaya as many as 150 employees. Samples taken in this study were 60 respondents who are determined based on the formula Slovin. The sampling technique in this research using random sampling. Test equipment used is the technique of multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software 16. According to a study obtained by multiple linear regression equation is Y = 8.010+ 0.214X1 + 0.039X2 + 0.072X3 + 0.227X4. And the value of F test shows Fhitung 6898> Ftable 2:54 with significant value 0.000 <0:50, which means variable Work Environment, Job Satisfaction, Motivation and Work Discipline simultaneously affect employee performance. The results of the t test variable Work Environment worth thitung 2200> ttabel 2.00404 with significant value 0.032 <0.05 variables Job Satisfaction worth thitung 0286 <ttabel 2.00404 with significant value 0776> 0.05, variable Motivation worth thitung 0.681 <ttabel 2.00404 with significant value 0499> 0.05, Work Discipline variable worth thitung 2328> ttabel 2.00404 with significant value 0.024 <0.05 which means that the variable Work Environment and Work Discipline positive and significant impact on employee performance, whereas for Job Satisfaction and Motivation variable positive but not significant effect on employee performance. And in this study, it turns out the variables that most influence Work Discipline Employee Performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examines the effect of implementation of service marketing mix on the process of tourist decision making to make a tour in Bojonegoro residence. There are Negeri Atas Angin, Air Terjun Krondonan, Telaga grogolan, and Kedung Maor that booming torism destination. This study mainly used the service marketing approach. The sampling method used was purposive sampling technique. The analyze shows that mixed marketing performance gave a significant influence to the tourism service value. A deeper analysis revealed that among the aspects, mixed marketing performance which was consisted of product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process needs to improve by the operator of natural tourism.]]>
