Abstract

Dewasa ini semakin banyak berbagai alternatif pilihan jasa transportasi, hal ini disebabkan karena mobilitas masyarakat yang kian hari kian tinggi. Bus masih menjadi salah satu alternatif utama bagi masyarakat Indonesia, hal ini dikarenakan bus mampu menjangkau tempat-tempat yang tidak dapat dijangkau oleh sarana transportasi yang lain. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan pada pengguna jasa bus PO. Tiara Mas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah adalah pelanggan bus PO. Tiara Mas. Sedangkan sampelnya sebanyak 50 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisa jalur dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 18.0, dimana sebelumnya dilakukan measurement model yang meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, juga analisis regresi berganda yang meliputi uji signifikansi (uji t dan uji F) dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan harga secara parsial maupun simultan mempengaruhi kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Variabel kualitas layanan memberikan pengaruh lebih besar terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan dari pada variabel harga. Saran yang dapat disampaikan adalah agar PO. Tiara Mas dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan, khususnya perihal ketepatan waktu berangkat maupun waktu sampai ditempat tujuan. Sedangkan dalam penetapan harga, selain memperhatikan unsur biaya, perusahaan juga harus memperhatikan harga yang ditetapkan para pesaing yang ada saat ini sebagai bahan pembandingnya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous prices, product quality and promotion on the Indosat's initial card purchase decision process in Malang City and find out the most influential variables on purchase decision process. This study uses a type of quantitative research with a population and sample of 100 Indosat consumer respondents in Malang City using multiple linear data analysis with the help of SPSS software. The results of the study show that prices, product, and promotion have simultaneously effect to Indosat's initial card purchase decision process in Malang city. And prices, product, and promotion have partial effect to Indosat's initial purchase decision process in Malang city. Dominant variable in influencing Indosat's initial card purchase decision process in Malang City is a promotion variable, with the influence value 38.4%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan khususnya berdasar dimensi kualitas jasa yaitu terdiri dari variabel-variabel : kenyamanan, kemudahan, keamanan, dan fasilitas. Variabel-variabel tersebut digunakan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di galeri seni dan meditation ki ageng mirah Ponorogo. Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Untuk mengetahui kualitas kepuasan konsumen Galeri Seni dan Meditation Ki Ageng Mirah Ponorogo (2) Untuk menganalisis kualitas kenyamanan, kemudahan, keamanan dan fasilitas Galeri Seni Dan Meditation Ki Ageng Mirah Ponorogo (3) Untuk menganalisis variabel apa yang paling dominan dari dimensi kualitas pelayanan Galeri Seni Dan Meditation Ki Ageng Mirah Ponorogo yang mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 85 responden, teknik pengambilan sampel ditentukan dengan Convinience Sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis uji regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi (R2), koefisien korelasi parsial, ujit, uji F dan uji asumsi klasik dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 17 forwindows.Data primer ini diperoleh dari kusioner yang pengukurannya menggunakan skala Likert yang diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji t dan uji f menunujukkan bahwa kualitas kenyamanan dan keamanan berpengaruh paling signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen karena mempunyai korelasi yang paling besar dibandingkan variable bebas lainnya. Variabel kenyamanan, kemudahan , keamanan dan fasilitas mempunyai hubungan kuat dan searah terhadap kepuaasan konsumen GaleriSeni Dan Meditation Ki Ageng Mirah Ponorogo dilihat dari nilai korelasi dan nilai koefisien determinasi. Ini berarti variabel kenyamanan,kemudahan, keamanan,dan fasilitas mempunya pengaruh besar terhadap kepuasan konsumen sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini.Keywords : Kualitas Layanan, Kenyamanan, Kemudahan, Keamanan, Fasilitas dan Kepuasan

Abstract

PT.Hartono Wira Tanik  adalah perusahaan yang memproduksi perhiasan emas kuning dan emas putih dengan spesifikasi tertentu berdasarkan pesanan. Perusahaan ini sangat memperhatikan kepuasaan pelanggan dalam setiap pesanannya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dimaksudkan agar perusahaan dapat mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kerjasama tim, gaya kepemimpinan, terhadap efisiensi kerja melalui insentif. Sehingga perusahaan dapat melakukan pengukuran dan evaluasi target perusahaan selama ini. Jumlah Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang berasal dari hasil kuisioner yang selanjutnya jawaban dari responden diberi skor (nilai). Analisis dan uji kualitas data menggunakan Software SPSS 16. Berdasarkan data dan hasil pengujian yang dilakukan menggunakan model analysis path (analisis jalur) mengenai kerjasama tim, gaya kepemimpinan, terhadap efisiensi kerja melalui insentif adalah berpengaruh signifikan  positif. Kerjasama tim yang di gunakan di PT. Hartono Wira Tanik  adalah kerjasama tim vertikal yang bersifat jelas dan tegas semakin tinggi tingkat kerjasama tim karyawan maka dapat meningkatkan efiensi kerja yang semakin optimal. Sedangkan, Gaya kepemimpinan Demokratik yang diterapkan dengan baik juga dapat meningkatkan efiensi kerja yang semakin optimal sesuai prosedur perusahaan dan komando dari atasan yang jelas sehingga hasil kerja karyawan bisa mencapai target dan karyawan bisa mendapatkan insentif financial. Adapun Insentif dapat memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap karyawan maka efisiensi kerja akan naik.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of the consistent implementation of a joint liability system in cooperative life. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods using in- depth interview techniques which are then carried out by open coding to find patterns and theories related to the results of the interviews. As said by Miles & Huberman (1992: 19) there are three stages that must be done in analyzing qualitative research data, namely (1) data reduction; (2) exposure data (data display); and (3) drawing conclusions and verification (conclusion drawing / verifying). The results of the analysis of this study that have been carried out, explain that cooperative members who implement and obey the rules that exist in joint liability cooperatives unconsciously have an impact on their behavior changes, they have discipline and a high sense of solidarity towards other members.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and determine the relationship between leadership, motivation, and compensation for employee performance at PT. Generation of Java-Bali Headquarters in Surabaya. With the results of the study as follows: 1. Based on the data in the table above, the calculated t value of 3,876. Because the value of t count <t table (1.66023> 3.876) and the probability value of significance (0.00 <0.05) then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that leadership partially has a significant effect on the performance of PT. Surabaya Java-Bali generation. 2. Based on the t table of 0.291. So that t count <t table (1.66023 <4.976) and the value of the probability of significance (0.00 <0.05) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that work motivation partially has a significant effect on the performance of PT. Surabaya Java-Bali generation. 3. Based on t table of 0.291 So that t arithmetic <t table (1.66023 <2.972) and the probability value of significance (0.00 <0.05) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that partial compensation has a significant effect on the performance of PT. Surabaya Java-Bali generation. 4.Based on the f table of 2.81. B ecause the value of f arithmetic> f table (35,669> 2.81) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means. L eadership, work motivation, and compensation simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Surabaya Java-Bali generation.

Abstract

Analysis of product and cultural diversity as an opportunity to increase market expansion in shock markets towards E.Commerce at Masjid Al-Falah Surabaya", aims to analyze the opportunities created by the shock market to market opportunities with E.Commerse the market was shocked to become a digital market, namely E .commerce. The study was conducted at Masjid Al = Falah Surabaya with an unknown population, with a random sample of 40 respondents. Analysis of data by analyzing, purchasing activities caused by product diversity and cultural factors, these two variables can influence purchasing decisions, purchasing decisions can be increased repurchase through e.Commerce. The results showed that respondents who decided to buy were divided into buying because there were 26 respondents equal to 65%, respondents who did not buy 0, while 14 respondents who had impulse buying were equal to 35%. Whereas respondents bought goods because the quality of the product varied some 34 respondents, equivalent to 85%, respondents who bought because it was by the type of product were 32 respondents equal to 80%, while respondents bought because the price was cheaper were 37 respondents, equivalent to 92.5%, buying because the culture was 100%, whereas because of the sub-culture there are 8 respondents, namely 2%, while the social class of almost all social classes buys means 100%. The analysis of market increase can be seen from buyers who carry out repurchases, this can be seen from there are 11 respondents equivalent to 27.5% through electronic media, either WA, Instagram, or COD. It can be concluded that opportunities can be taken from the traditional market shock to the E.Commerce market.

Abstract

Management is the science and art that regulates the process of utilizing human resources effectively and efficiently to achieve the desired goals. Quality is not only smart, but can meet all the qualitative requirements that the job requires, so that the work can be completed according to plan This research carried out to improve the quality of human resources through appreciation and work enthusiasm at PT. Candi Baru Sugar Factory, Sidoarjo. This research was conducted on 60 employees using questionnaires and SPSS data processing (quantitative research method). The results of this research that has been done, and it shows that appreciation and morale partially and simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance (Adjusted R Square shows a value of 0.837 or 83.7%), while morale is the dominant factor.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial activities require the spirit and creativity of the perpetrators in order to achieve success and become a leader. The ability to explore and manage the natural wealth that is around is often the capital for some people to start their activities to become entrepreneurs. The various natural resources that exist in many regions in Indonesia actually have great potential to be processed and developed by the community. This digging and managing activity will keep natural resources awake when they are processed using sufficient knowledge so as not to damage the environment that has been arranged. For this reason, the central government through the local government should pay attention to the "special needs" of the local community for the development of human resources in order to manage existing natural resources into something of high economic value and able to improve the economic capacity of the surrounding community, through training or empowerment activities or providing facilities and infrastructure for their activities.

Abstract

Feminist thought is focused on achieving equality between genders in political, social, and economic rights, particularly advocating for women's rights, with the aim of attaining gender equality across all aspects of society. This research utilizes qualitative methods and conducts a literature review, analyzing various books, magazines, and other relevant literature. The objective is to examine how feminism recognizes the unique circumstances that women face in their pursuit of freedom and justice. The research findings and conclusions emphasize the necessity of political support, allocation of human resources, and public participation in the ongoing fight for women's freedom and justice. However, it is evident that significant progress is still required. To address this, the research suggests the need for both vertical democratization of political structures and horizontal democratization to dismantle patriarchal systems.
