Abstract

This study raised concerns about the influence of the promotion mix and physical evidence that will have an impact on visitor decisions. This research was conducted in the exact scope of the Muara Jambi Temple. The visitor's decision is one of the main problems that are always faced by various tourist attractions. Therefore, it is important for tourist attractions to increase promotion and physical evidence to provide what visitors want. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the promotion mix, physical evidence, and visitor decisions on the Muara Jambi Temple, to determine the effect of the promotional mix and physical evidence on simultaneous visitor decisions on the Muara Jambi Temple, and to determine the effect of the promotional mix and physical evidence on visitor's decision partially at the Muara Jambi Temple. To check the problem above the survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires to the visitors of the temple. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed descriptively and verifiatively. The analytical tool in this study uses multiple linear regression with proof of hypothesis by F statistical tests and t statistical tests. The results of this study indicate that the statistical test F variable promotional mix (X1) has an influence on visitor decisions, while the physical evidence variable (X2) has no influence on visitor decisions.

Abstract

This study was intended to know the effect of product quality on purchasing decisison of Motorcycle of Honda CBR 150cc at PT Tunas Dwipa Matra Kota Jambi. Based on the data obtained from this study, the sale of motorcycle of  Honda CBR 150cc at PT Tunas Dwipa Matra Jambi has fluctuated during the period 2014 to 2018. the sale of motorcycle of  Honda CBR 150cc at PT Tunas Dwipa Matra Jambi has decrease in 2017. The retrieval method by random sampling, data collection is done by questionnaires and interviews, the analysis used is simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient of determination, classic asumtion test and stastical test t.PT Tunas DwipaMatra Jambi established in Jambi since 2010 that sells various type of Honda Motorcyle. Product Quality have a positive an significant effect on purchasing decisions with a regression coefficient of 0.333. this is evidenced by the results of the  t-test analysis which shows the value of t-count 3,691>t-tablle value  2.021 and the significance level of 0.001 < 0.05 significance probability   and has no classic asumtion problem. Product Quality and Purchase Decission of Motorcycle of  Honda CBR 150cc at PT Tunas DwipaMatra Jambi is good and also product quality effecting the purchasing decision of motorcycle Honda CBR 150cc at PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra kota Jambi.

Abstract

The Background of this research is to know magnitude return, to know risk magnitude and to know performance asset and to know performance rating from stock at the food and baverage industry. This research is disgnated to the food and baverage Industry, that is PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Ltd. (INDF), PT. Multi Bintang Indonesia (MLBI), and PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Ltd. (ICBP) listed on the indonesian Stock Exchange period 2013-2017.The tool analysis which used is actual return, standart deviation and indeks sharpe or Reward to Variability (RVAR), the next from result performance or value RVAR will stratified start the rating highest until the rating lowest. Research result obtained during period 2013-2017 the highest return was owned by PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Ltd (ICBP) charge of 0.0257 or 2.57 percent and lowest return was owned by PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Ltd. (INDF) charge of 0.0066 or 0.66 percent. The highest Risk asset was owned by PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Ltd (ICBP) charge of 0.1466 or 14.66 percent and the low risk asset was owned by PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Ltd (INDF) charge of 0.0658 or 6.58 percent. With an average during five years value RVAR all its worth negative to three company. It can be conclude perfomance of stock was not good.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Effect of Ratio Earning (PER) Prices, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Return On Equity (ROE) on Stock Returns Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2012-2017 Period. With Price Rtaio Earning average is 16.384%, the average Debt to Equity Ratio is 0.434%, the average Return On Equity is 8.63%, and the average Stock Price is 2.687%.The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumptions (Normality, multicoline, heteroscedacity, and autocorrelation) testing hypotheses (F test and t test) and coefficient of determination. After that the research data is processed using the SPSS version 20.0 for Windows application.Based on the calculation of Price Earning Ratio (PER), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Return on Equity (ROE) quite well in the requirements of multiple linear regression from the results of sample calculations the average financial ratio for six years, the equation Y = 185.996 + 0.254X_1 + (11,685) X_2 + (0,928) X_3 for the test obtained by the F test (simultaneous), it is known that the significant results of the F_count test are more than F table (1,448> 3,24). Based on the t test, it is known that Price Earning Ratio (PER) partially does not have a significant effect on stock returns, because F_count is less than F table (0.850 <2.120) so this means H_0 is accepted and H_a is rejected. Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) partially does not have a significant effect on stock returns, because F_count is less than F table ((1,299) <2,120) this means that H_0 is accepted and H_a is rejected. Partial return on Equity (ROE) does not have a significant effect on stock returns, because F_count is less than F table ((1,485) <2,120) This means that H_0 is accepted and H_a is rejected.

Abstract

The purpose of the above study entitled The Effect of Work Discipline on the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus in which the sample of the study was the State Civil Apparatus at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Jambi, amounting to 89 people is to describe the discipline and Performance of the State civil apparatus at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of the City of Jambi, and to analyze the effect of discipline on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of the City of Jambi. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis using the SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science) program. This research is a quantitative descriptive study to find out the factors that influence the performance of the state civil apparatus. Based on the results of regression analysis obtained a simple linear regression equation Y = 22,274 + 0.159 + e, with R square 0.109 meaning that the disciplinary variable influences performance by 10.9% while 89.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Discipline of the State civil apparatus at the Ministry of Religious Affairs office in Jambi City is very high with an average score of 406.55 and similar to the performance of the State civil apparatus Very high, with an average score of 427.16. Partially, the discipline of the State Civil Apparatus at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Jambi influences the performance of tcount of 3.261> ttable 1.987 with a significant level of 0.05. then Ho's decision was rejected Hi accepted, there is an influence between discipline on the performance of the State civil apparatus at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of the City of Jambi.

Abstract

This study consisted of independent variables, namely inflation, birate, stock trading volume, exchange rate and the dependent variable, namely the joint stock price index. the formulation of the problem of how to influence the independent variable on the dependent variable simultaneously and partially in this study, the method used is a qualitative and quantitative descriptive method. The analytical tool used is statistics.In this study, the method used is qualitative and quantitative descriptive method. The analytical tool used is a statistical analysis tool consisting of multiple linear regression models, classic assumption tests, hypothesis testing and determinant coefficient.The object of research is inflation, birate, stock trading volume, and the exchange rate of the joint stock price index in 2008 to 2017 that are on the Indonesian stock exchange and bank Indonesia.Based on the results of the study assisted by the SPSS 20 device, the regression equation Y = 3,197 + 1,209 X_1 + -1,982X_2 + -0,026 X_3 + -0,196 X_4 + e produces the other side simultaneously obtaining the independent variable test (inflation, birate, stock trading volume, and the exchange rate does not have a significant effect on the dependent variable of the joint stock price index. the conclusions obtained from the F test (simultaneous) namely the independent variable inflation, birate, volume of stock trading, the exchange rate does not have a significant effect on the dependent variable of the joint stock price index. for the t test there is no significant effect.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of variable land area, the amount of production, the price of palm variable costs, labor and income. It is known that the price of areca nuts tends to be high. Areca prices in the village of Bhakti are ideal, and the lowest sait prices are merbau and the lowest price of areca nuts is Lagan Ilir village, with 2,836 in 2017 ha. And the smallest land area in the village of base of thorns, This study uses Primary data in 2018. The method used in this study is the method of multiple linear regression. Done to identify variables that affect the income of areca nut farmers. The value obtained turns out that the f-calculated value is greater than the f-table value means that the area of land, the amount of production, the price of areca nuts, variable costs and labor have a significant effect on the income of the areca nut farmers in Mendahara District, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency. Land area, amount of production, areca prices, variable costs and labor have a significant effect on the income of areca farmers in Menahara Subdistrict Tanjung Jabung Timur. The wide influence of areca nut on the income of the areca nut farmers in the amount of production does not have a significant effect on the income of the areca nut farmers in Mendahara Subdistrict Tanjung Jabung Timur. The effect of the amount of production on the income of the areca nut farmers in the amount of production does not significantly influence the income of the areca nut farmers in Tanjung Jabung Timur District. Effect of areca nut prices on areca nut farmers income has no significant effect on areca nut farmers' income in Mendahara Subdistrict Tanjung Jabung Timur. Effect of variable costs on areca farmers 'income Variable costs do not have a significant effect on areca farmers' income in Tanjung Jabung Timur District. The effect of labor on areca nut farmers 'income does not have a significant effect on the areca nut farmers' income in Tanjung Jabung Timur District.

Abstract

This reseach was  to analyse how the effect of motivation and dicipline on job performance . How to as well as a condition of motivation, dicipline and job performance at the Tax Management and Restrition of Muaro  Jambi Area.The research methodology is descriptive and quantitative analysis methods. Data used is secondary data.The population become object in this research is job performance at Tax Management and Restrition of Muaro  Jambi Area. The method for analysis is analysis multifly regression, hypotesis test, correlation so determinant coefficient and F_tes so t_test. The object of this research is the Tax Management and Restrition of Muaro  Jambi Area. This office is a branch of Tax Management and Restrition of Muaro  Jambi Area, which is the task of collect tax on earth and buildings and other taxes in the Muaro Jambi area.Analysis on the research of respondents felt a high motivation and work discipline in the performance of tasks provided by the superiors. In the statement of respondents the indicator comes and home work on time shows the hihest score, which is a score of 280 verry high categories. Multiple linear regression equations are Y = 8,266 + 0.243X1 + 0.740X2 + E. Independent variables (motivation and work discipline) simultaneously have significant effect on the dependent variables (performance of members). While partial motivation affects performance and variable work discipline affects of the performance. Conclusion that the motivation and discipline have significant effect on performance and have a positive relationship in Tax Management and Restrition of Muaro  Jambi Area.
