Abstract

This research above to know and analize whether the discipline and work productivity at PT. Sumbertama Nusa Pertiwi is good, to know and analize of discipline to work productivity of employees at PT. Sumbertama Nusa Pertiwi. This study includes a descriptive study to test the hypotesis, sampel this study were employees PT. Sumbertama Nusa Pertiwi of 34 People, with a population census method as respondents in answering the questionnaire. The technique of colleting data using questionaires. Data analisys technique used was SPSS with simple regresi analisys and t test. The influene of compensation on employee job satisfaction at PT. Sinar Agus Tehnik Jambi is Y = 10,200 + 0,562 X + e, There is a positive relationship between compensation to employee job satisfaction at PT. Sinar Agus Tehnik Jambi. The constant is 10,200, meaning that if the compensation variable is fixed, then the job satisfaction of employees at PT. Sinar Agus Tehnik Jambi amounting to 10,200. The compensation variable coefficient is 0.562, meaning that if compensation rises 1% then employee job satisfaction increases by 0.562% .Based on the t test it’s known that compensation has  a signnificant positive  effect on  employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

In this study researchers examined the effect of interest rates and exchange rates in Jambi Province 2000-2019.  The purpose of this study is to know: (1) To know and analyze the development of investment, interest rates and exchange rates in the province of Jambi 2000-2019. (2) To determine and analyze the effect of interest rates and exchange rates partially and simultaneously on investment in Jambi Province 2000-2019. The research method use in this research is quantitative descriptive using secondary data. The data used in this study were obtained from relevant agencies. The analytical tools used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the silmutaneous testing (F test), its is know that F count (83,014) is greater than F table (3,59), this means that simultaneously there is a significant relationship between the independent variables (interest rates and exchange rates) on the dependent variable (investment). For partial testing (t test), it is concluded that the value is smaller than the t table on the independence variable (-5,474 < 2,109). And on the exchange rate variable t count is greater than t table (7,818 > 2,109).The conclusion obtained in this multiple linear regression analysis is that the interest rate and the exchange rate simultaneously have a significant effect on investment in Jambi Province. Where together the two independent variables have an effect of 90,7% on investment. Partially the interest rate variable has a negative and significant effect on investment in Jambi Province. And the exchange rate variable partially has a positive and significant effect on investment in Jambi Province.

Abstract

The research object focuses on the compact powder pigeon product, because the current solid powder has a change like two way cake, thus making consumers have a new option and slowly leave the compact powder. A lot of consumers are not aware that compact powder and two way cake is a different type of powder, although it has a relatively similar form but the content in these powders has a difference. Pigeon has a product that can meet the needs of teenagers. Based on simultaneous testing results (TestF) It is known that there is a significant influence between brand image (X1) and product quality (X2) together with the purchase decision (Y) at PT. Tiga Sepakat Mandiri in Jambi city. This is indicated by fcalculate greater than ftable of 3.175 from 3.14. Variable brand image (X1) and product quality (X2) is able to explain the change in Purchase decision (Y) on PT. Tiga agreed Mandiri in Meranti supermarket Jambi City by 9% while the remaining of 91% is influenced by other variables that are not included or Not addressed in this study. Based on the test results (T-Test) It is known that there is no significant influence between the brand image of purchase decision. Because the value of 0.814 Tcalculate is smaller than 1.669. And the Product quality variable (X2) is known to be a significant effect on the purchase decision (Y). This is evidenced by the value of Thitung greater than this amounting to 1.972 > 1.669.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of variable area of land, the amount of production, oil prices, variable costs, labor and income. In this study using primary data in 2018. The method used in this study is the method of multiple linear regression. Econometric analysis using multiple linear regression models is carried out to identify the variables that affect the income of oil palm farmers. From the values obtained it turns out that the f-count value is greater than the f-table value. This means that the area of land, the amount of production, the price of oil palm, variable costs, and labor have a significant effect on the income of oil palm farmers in the mersam subdistrict of Batanghari Regency, Jambi Province. The influence of the area of land on the income of oil palm farmers where the results of the t-value calculated on the area of land (X1) is -0.333 while the t-table with a 90 percent confidence level is 1.66365. Effect of Total Production on the income of oil palm farmers where the results of the t-value calculated at the Total Production (X2) is 1.863, while the t-table with a 90 percent confidence level is 1.66365. The effect of palm oil prices on the income of oil palm farmers where the result of the t-value calculated on the price of oil palm (X3) is 1.454 while the t-table value with a 90 percent confidence level is 1.66365. The effect of variable costs on the income of oil palm farmers where the results of the t-value of the variable cost (X4) is 0.605, while the value of t table with a 90 percent confidence level is 1.66365. The effect of labor force on the income of oil palm farmers where the result of the t-value of labor (X4) is 0.202, while the value of t table with a 90 percent confidence level is 1.66365. Seen t-count is smaller than the t-table, then Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted, which means that Labor has no effect and is not significant to the income of oil palm farmers in kecamtan Mersam, Batanghari Regency, Jambi Province. Thus the results of this study are expected to provide benefits in formulating effective and efficient policies and strategies in overcoming the problem of unemployment in Jambi Province.

Abstract

The research aims to purpuse of study to analyze the influenceof the ratio of profitability which is rate from Return on Asset, Return on Equity, NetProfit Margin and Gross Profit Margins are simultaneously and partial on stock price on automotive industry which is listed on the stock market.  The aims of this study are to analyze the effect of Profitability Ratio on  Price stock on automotive industry.This study was taken because there are still differences between the research study with each other and there is a difference between the real state of research study with each other and there is a difference between the real of research data with existing theory.The research methodology is descriptive and quantitative analysis methods. Data used is secondary data. The population become object in this research is automotive industries period of year of 2013-2017. Amount sample the used is the six (6)  industry company and still stand up during period of perception and also publicized of year of 2013-2017 by Indonesian Stock Exchange the analysis multiple regression, hypotesis test so determinant coefficient F test  and  t test. Results of multiple regression equation is Y = 3,796  +  0,014X1  +  0,283X2  +  0,930X3  + 0,296X4  + e. Profitability Ratio variabels simultaneously significant effect on Stock Prices. While partially has variable Net Profit Margin to effect of Stock Price.

Abstract

The EVA (Economic Value Added) Method (X1) and Market Value Added (X2) in the Oil and Gas Mining Industry Registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017. The research population is the Oil and Gas Mining Industry Company Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the 2013-2017 research period. Samples were selected using the Purposive Sampling method (sampling is based on certain considerations) so that the sample is 3 samples. Data is obtained based on the publication of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The variables used are EVA (Economic Value Added) and MVA (Market Value Added) methods as independent variables, Financial Performance as the dependent variable. Hypothesis testing using the Independent t-Test. The results of this study prove that there is no difference after using the EVA method with a sign value. t = 0,622> 0,05, there are differences after the MVA method is used with the sign value.  t = 0,020 <0,05. The highest average EVA value is found at PT. Ratu Prabu Energi, Tbk in the amount of  Rp. 36.904.667.845, Tbk and the lowest average EVA is at PT. Elnusa, Tbk  Rp. 9.366.363.561, while the highest average MVA was found at PT. Elnusa, Tbk  Rp. 6.058.598.402.800  and the lowest MVA average is at PT. Radiant Utama Interinsco, Tbk for Rp. 179.944.652.875  and it can be concluded based on the table above that the average increase in financial performance using the MVA method is greater than the EVA method in the oil and gas mining industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2013-2017.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of location and promotion in consumer decisions in buying Honda Scoopy. The method used is quantitative by using primary and secondary, the method of data collection is taken from library research and field research with a population that includes all consumers who buy Honda Scoopy at Surya Mandala Jambi Dealer and used 100 research samples. The analysis method in this study is descriptive with the analysis tools used multiple linear equations, classic assumption tests and hypothesis tests. From the results of Multiple Linear Regression Y = 0.682 + 0.118X1 + 0.421X2 there is a positive influence between the relationship of promotion variables, location and purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is how the influence of motivation on the employee’s marketing performance in PT Nutricia Sari Husada Jambi period 2014-2018. The object of this analysis at the office PT Nutricia Sari Husada Jambi. The study samples used as 37 (thirty seven) all of marketing employees who work at PT Nutricia Sari Husada. The study method used is descriptive of quantitative independent with motivation. While variable dependent is employee’s performance. Analytical tool used is reability test of multiple linear regression equation, test t and test f, classic assumption test (normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity), correlation, coefficient and determination.Based on the results of linear regression analysis show the equation Y = a + b X+ e. With a correlation value test (R2) 0,578 that means the correlation quite strong, value of determination (R) 31,5% while the rest influenced by others careful variable and thitung 4,191 > ttabel, 1,68957The Conclusions of this study indicate that motivation have a significant effect on performance of employees in the performance, whereas motivation variable has significant effect to employee’s marketing performance in The PT. Nutricia Sari Husada Jambi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know: (1) To determine the development and characteristics of economic growth, Investasi & PAD in Jambi Province 2000-2018. (2) To determine and analyze the effect of economic growth dan Investasi simultaneously on PAD in Jambi Province 2000-2018. (3) To determine and analyze the effect of economic growth dan Investasi partially on PAD in Jambi Province in 2000-2018. From the regression model it can be explained: 1. A constant value of -2,919 means that if the independent variable, namely Economic Growth (X1), Investment (X2) is zero (0), the dependent variable PAD (Y) will have a fixed value of -2,919.2. The regression coefficient for the Economic Growth variable (X1) is positive at 1.261, meaning that if the X1 variable has increased by 1 (one) percent while the other variables are considered constant, then the Y variable, namely PAD, will decrease by 1.261.
