This type of research is descriptive using a quantitative approach. In this study, the population used were customers/members of the Halal Beauty Product in Bogor, totaling 147 customers and a sample of 100 respondents, using purposive sampling. From the data of multiple linear regression analysis which has a coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 0.406, which means that the marketing mix has an effect on purchasing decisions of 40.6%, while the remaining 60.4% is influenced by other variables. Furthermore, hypothesis testing was carried out using the F test and t test where the F count was 39.798 with a significance value of 0.000 which was smaller than the significance level of = 0.05. Then the hypothesis is accepted, it is proven that there is a significant influence between the service marketing mix variables consisting of product (X1), price (X2), promotion (X3), location (X4), on purchasing decisions (Y). Meanwhile, based on the t-test, the most dominant variable influencing purchasing decisions is price with the largest regression coefficient value of 0.216 compared to other independent variables.

This research is a type of explanatory research, namely research that looks at the influence between variables. The population in this study were all employees of PT Tugu Pratama Indonesia. Data collection methods in this study were questionnaires and documentation studies. The data analysis method uses descriptive and quantitative methods, namely the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis which is used to measure the effect of training and career development on employee performance at PT Tugu Pratama Indonesia. The results of the analysis show that training does not have a positive effect on employee performance and career development has a positive effect on employee performance. Based on the t-test training X1 does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, but career development X2 has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Training and career development are the dominant variables affecting employee performance at PT Tugu Pratama Indonesia. Based on the F test, the F-count results are greater than the F-table (66.47>3.05) training and career development simultaneously affect employee performance at PT Tugu Pratama Indonesia

Abstract

using the slovin formula, then the data collection technique used simple random sampling technique which is part of the probability sampling technique. The data collection method is carried out through primary data collection in the form of observation and questionnaires. Secondary data through literature study. Instrument testing is carried out through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests are carried out through normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, autocorrelation tests and multicollinearity tests. The data analysis technique uses the frequency distribution of quantitative data, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, T test and F test. The results of the research based on the processing of the F test can be concluded that the value of F is 14.805 > 5.23, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. With these results transformational leadership variables (X1) and motivation (X2) both have an effect on performance (Y).

Abstract

This study used a questionnaire as the research instrument and the sampling technique in this study used a saturated sampling technique with 32 respondents. Data was collected using multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing. From the results of the study, it is known that the Work Environment and Work Motivation contribute 44.3% to the increase in Employee Performance while the remaining 55.7% is contributed by variables other than Work Environment and Work Motivation. The test results show that partially the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, partially Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and simultaneously work environment and Work Motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance
