Abstract

As one of the service companies needed a very strict operating procedure in order to always provide good service through results quality goods produced by PT Megatama Mandiri Bekasi. To achieve optimal work results, then high performance is needed and this is where organizational culture has a very important role important in influencing employee performance. The purpose of this research is to find out the Cultural Influence Kaizen on Employee Performance at PT Megatama Mandiri Bekasiā€. Quantitative research methods use the analysis is descriptive, and analytic with validity, reliability, T, rank correlation, and determination with a sample of 30 employees of PT Megatama Mandiri Bekasi. The result of kaizen culture which consists of education and training effect on increasing employees to best effort with kaizen spirit.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work placement on increasing work productivity of sharia multi-finance employees Cibarusah. This research is quantitative research, using the associative method. The sample used was 38 people. The technique used by the author is saturated sampling where the entire population is sampled. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation, questionnaires, and literature study. Testing the instrument using validity and reliability tests, and for data analysis methods using frequency distribution analysis, simple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and t test. data calculation is done by using statistical software. The results showed that the job placement in the frequency distribution analysis was perceived as quite good at 3.65 with a class interval table (3.53-3.72). The increase in productivity in the analysis of the frequency distribution is perceived as good at 3.68 with the class interval table (3.56-3.77). The results of the simple linear regression analysis obtained in this study are Y = 29.978 + 0.631X. It can be interpreted that if there is no effect of work placement (X = 0), the Productivity Increase is worth 29.978 units. However, if there is an increase of 1 unit/unit of the Work Placement variable (X=1), it will affect the increase in Productivity (Y) of 0.631 units. The correlation coefficient is perceived as strong as 0.629, while the coefficient of determination of 39.6% and 60.4% is influenced by several factors not included in this study. While the results of the analysis of the hypothesis test (t test) with the result that is 4.857 > t table value of 2.028 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is a significant effect between work placement and the increase in the work of sharia multi finance employees Cibarusah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence Muslim consumer behavior has on the decision to buy admission tickets at halal tourism fruit garden Mekarsari Cileungsi Bogor. The subvariables studied from consumer behavior are recognizing needs, seeking information, evaluating alternatives. While purchasing decisions, namely, product selection, brand selection, purchase time. This study is an associative quantitative study, with a significance level of 0.1 (10%) and a confidence level of 90%. While the sample used was 64 visitors from the calculation of Slovin's theory. Methods of data collection using primary data system, namely observation and questionnaires, secondary data, namely literature study. Testing the instrument using validity and reliability tests, for data analysis methods using frequency distribution analysis, simple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and t test. Data calculation is done manually and using statistical software. The results showed that the influence of Muslim consumer behavior on the decision to buy admission tickets at at halal tourism fruit garden Mekarsari Cileungsi Bogor. Analysis of the frequency data was very good at 3.91 and the saving decision was very good at 3.95. In linear regression analysis Y = 24,222 + 0,802X the correlation coefficient is felt to be strong at 0.796, the coefficient of determination is 63.4% in the t test, it is obtained t arithmetic > t table 10.35 > 1.670. So Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between the behavior of Muslim consumers on the decision to buy admission tickets at halal tourism fruit garden Mekarsari Cileungsi Bogor

Abstract

The term "working life balance" is becoming increasingly popular among the millennial generation; however, this situation cannot be separated from the high demands of the workplace on employee productivity as company resources. To address this issue, the author conducted a research study titled The Effect of Work Stress on Employee Productivity in the Extruder Division at PT Unggul Karya in Wanaherang, Bogor Regency. The authors use quantitative research methods to process data using descriptive statistical data analysis techniques, and linear regression shows the equation Y (productivity variable) = 41.045 + 0.606X (stress variable) influence of productivity with stress as x variable by employees of PT Unggul Karya's Extruder Division, while the correlation coefficient analysis with r count 0.71 and the coefficient of determination shows that productivity.

Abstract

In implementing good governance, the civil servant (PNS) factor is an essential factor because it is the central pillar in service to the community to create excellent service. Therefore, one of the factors in creating good civil servants is paying attention to their employees' welfare according to their position. Based on this, a study was conducted to see the effect of remuneration on job satisfaction in Government Agencies at the Jayakarta Military Regional Command. The allowance is expected to increase employee job satisfaction. This research is associative quantitative research, with a significant level of = 0.05 (5%) with a 95% confidence level with a sample of 58 people using a saturated sample. Data collection uses primary data systems, namely observation and questionnaires, and secondary data, namely literature study. Testing the instrument using the validity test, reliability test, and normality test. As for the data analysis method using frequency distribution analysis, simple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and t-test. Data calculation is done using SPSS. The results showed that the remuneration in the frequency distribution analysis was perceived as good at 4.12, and employee job satisfaction was quite good at 3.79. In linear regression analysis Y = 39,193 + 0,54X, the correlation coefficient is perceived as strong as 0.611, the coefficient of determination is 37.3%, in the t-test it is perceived that t count > t table is 5.773 > 1.673. then Ho is rejected, and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between remuneration on employee job satisfaction

Abstract

Employee performance in an organization can be influenced by several factors, one of which is management information systems and the work environment. The method used in this study is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS), based on variance so that the analysis of two factor conditions cannot be determined and the conditions in which the solution cannot be accepted. This type of research uses purposive sampling technique, namely by using primary data from the results of filling out the questionnaire, which analyzes SEM where the data used does not have to have a normal multivariate distribution. Measurements made with the Outner Model and Inner Model. results Based on the research, the results of research on employees of the Production Division at PT. Megah Megalon Industries shows that the study of the Management Information System variable (X1) and the Work Environment variable (X2) with their indicators affects the Employee Performance variable (Y) with the indicators significantly

Abstract

Zakat, infaq and shadaqoh are economic instruments that will be more useful if channeled through amil zakat institutions. With the programs offered, DPU-DT distributes ZIS funds in the form of empowerment which includes a productive economy, educational scholarships, and free health which are managed systematically, intensively, and continuously. The large number of existing LAZs requires zakat amil to be able to formulate strategies to attract muzakki to channel ZIS funds to them. This study aims to determine what factors influence muzakki's interest in distributing Zakat, infaq and shodaqoh of DPU-DT. The research method used is descriptive quantitative analysis with factor analysis tools. Based on the seven variables, namely: trust, service, program, transparency of funds, office location, network, and professionalism of the institution, then developed into 20 questions that have conformity with the seven variables. Factor analysis was used to test 20 variables based on the similarity of the analyzed variables. The test results of 20 variables that pass and are eligible to be processed to the next stage are that only 13 variables met the criteria to be processed and resulted in 4 dominant factors influencing the interest of muzakki in distributing ZIS to DPU-DT

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate and determine the effect of Profitability and Company Size on Audit Report Lag in Islamic Financial Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2020. This study uses secondary data and uses purposive samoling with predetermined criteria. The sample of this study uses 13 companies engaged in the Islamic Financial Institutional sub sector that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016 to 2020. The analytical technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis and uses the Eviews version 9 application. The results of this study indicate that Profitability and Company Size have a significant and simultaneous effect on Audit Report Lag. With a coefficient of determination of 0.870044, this states that the independent variable explains the dependent variable 87%. And the remaining 13% id influenced by other independent variables outside of this study

Abstract

This study used a questionnaire as the research instrument and the sampling technique in this study used a saturated sampling technique with 32 respondents. Data was collected using multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing. From the results of the study, it is known that the Work Environment and Work Discipline contribute 44.3% to the increase in Employee Performance while the remaining 55.7% is contributed by variables other than Work Environment and Work Discipline. The test results show that partially the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, partially work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and simultaneously work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This research was conducted on teachers and educational staff at the Vocational High School Cileungsi, with a population of 68 people and then a sample of 40 people was taken using the Slovin formula, then the data collection technique used simple random sampling technique which is part of the probability sampling technique. The method of data collection was carried out through primary data collection in the form of observations and questionnaires. Secondary data through literature study. Instrument testing is done through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption test is done through normality test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation and multicollinearity test. The data analysis technique uses quantitative data frequency distribution, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, T test and F test. The results of the study based on the results of the F test processing, it can be concluded that the F value is 14.805 > 5.23 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. With these results, the variables of transformational leadership (X1) and motivation (X2) both have an effect on performance (Y).
