Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the influence of organizational characteristics on organizational effectiveness at PT. ADIRA in Pekanbaru. The type of this research is quantitative research. Population in this research is all employees of PT. ADIRA Finance in Pekanbaru totaling 416 people, who then withdrawn the sample using slovin formula to as many as 80 employees. The technique of sampling using proportional random sampling tekik. Technique of data analysis by using linear regression analysis. The results showed that there is significant influence of organizational characteristics on organizational effectiveness either simultaneously or partially. This result is seen from the value of significance obtained that is 0.011 smaller than the value of probability 0.05 or the value is said 0.011 <0.05 so that the conclusion variables X and Y have a significant effect.Keyword: Organizational Characteristics, Organizational Effectiveness

Abstract

This study aims to find out (1) How is student learning independence in economics class XII MIPA at SMAN 1 Jambi City. (2) How are student learning outcomes in economics class XII MIPA at SMAN 1 Jambi City. (3) The effect of independent learning on student learning outcomes in economics class XII MIPA at SMAN 1 Jambi City. This research was conducted using descriptive quantitative research methods, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Where the population in this study were 142 students with a sample of 104 students. The data processing techniques in this study are Research Instrument Validation Test, Research Instrument Reliability Test, Quantitative Descriptive Analysis, Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test and Simple Regression Test. The results showed that (1) learning independence got a TCR score of 79.43% in the Good Enough category. (2) The calculation results show that the students' learning outcomes in economics subjects who scored above the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) 6.7 were 57 students, and 35 students who obtained scores below the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) 6.7 student. (3) From the results of simple regression analysis calculations, there is an effect of learning independence (X) on learning outcomes (Y) of 23.1% with proven t-test results of 2.393 which is greater than t-table which is 1.983. Which states that HI is accepted and Ho is rejected. Keywords: Independent Learning, Learning Outcomes

 Abstract This study aims to determine (1) Student learning outcomes in economic subjects class X IPS SMAN 8 Jambi City by using cooperative learning models Think Talk Write type, (2) Student learning outcomes in economic subjects X class IPS SMAN 8 Jambi City with using the Cooperative Learning model Type To Stay - To Stray, (3) Comparison of student learning outcomes in economic subjects using the Cooperative Learning model Type Think Talk Write and To Stay To Stray. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine (1) the description of e-learning and the level of understanding of students in class XI IPS on economics subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City. (2) the effect of e-learning on the level of understanding of class XI IPS students on economics subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City. This research design uses quantitative research methods, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Where the population in this study were 143 students with a sample of 106 students. The research instrument test technique used in this study is the validity and reliability test, while the classical assumption test used is Descriptive Analysis, Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, and Simple Regression Test. The results showed that (1) e-learning was included in the very poor category with an average TCR value of 49.52%, and the level of student understanding of 66.25% in the fairly good category. (2) E-learning has an influence on the level of understanding which can be seen from tcount > ttable of 2.024 > 1.658. So, Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. That is, if the use of e-learning is carried out well in schools, it can train students' independence in the teaching and learning process, and the level of student understanding will be better if students can understand a material using e-learning.Keywords: E-Learning Learning, Level of Understanding

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan pengaruh kebiasaan belajar dan fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi di kelas X IPS SMA PGRI 2 Kota Jambi. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode penelitian Ex-post facto dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, serta dengan teknik penarikan sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kebiasaan belajar dan fasilitas belajar secara simultan terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA PGRI 2 Kota Jambi. Hal ini menandakan, apabila siswa sudah mulai terbiasa dengan jam dan beban belajar, disamping pemberian materi yang dilakukan oleh guru maka dapat memberikan stimulasi secara tidak langsung dalam mendorong keinginan siswa untuk belajar. Tentunya hal tersebut setidaknya mampu pula ditunjang dengan adanya peningkatan terhadap fasilitas belajar siswa itu sendiri. Kata Kunci : Kebiasaan, Fasilitas, Hasil Belajar.  Abstract This study aims to determine the description and influence of study habits and learning facilities on the results of economic learning in class X IPS SMA PGRI 2 Jambi City. The design of this study uses the Ex-post facto research method approach with the type of quantitative research, and with saturated sampling techniques. The results showed that there was a significant influence between learning habits and learning facilities simultaneously on the learning outcomes of class X students on economic subjects in SMA PGRI 2 Jambi City. This indicates, if students are getting used to the hours and learning burden, in addition to the material provided by the teacher it can provide indirect stimulation in encouraging students' desire to learn. Of course this is at least able to be supported by an increase in the learning facilities of the students themselves. Keyword : Habits, Facilities, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of respondents and the influence of professionalism of teachers to the spirit of teacher work in SMA PGRI 2 Kota Jambi. Based on the data analysis on the results of research that there is a significant influence between the professionalism of teachers to the spirit of teacher work in SMA PGRI 2 Kota Jambi. With result of model summary R = 0,203 and R Square = 0,241. Because α (Sig) <0.05, then regression can be used to predict teacher professionalism at 95% confidence level. In coefficient B constant value = 66,932, states that if teacher professionalism variable is ignored, then teacher's performance = 66,932. Meanwhile, the value of the variable for professionalism (X) is - 0.287, stating that if the level of professionalism of the teacher as involved, then the teacher's performance increases around - 0.287. Keyword : Teacher Professionalism, Teacher Performance

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbandingan hasil belajar ekonomi pada siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model pembelajaran Pair Checks dengan siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model pembelajaran Make A Match. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu (quasi experiment). Jumlah populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 313 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling, sehingga terpilih 39 orang siswa kelas XI IPS 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan 39 orang siswa kelas XI IPS 4 sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menyebarkan soal kepada responden penelitian serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi yang diajarkan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Pair Checks lebih tinggi dari pada hasil belajar siswa yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Make A Match.Kata Kunci : Pair Checks, Make A Match, Hasil Belajar.  AbstractThis study aims to determine whether there are comparisons of economic learning outcomes in students whose learning uses the Pair Checks learning model with students whose learning uses the Make A Match learning model. This type of research is a quasi experiment. The population in this study was 313 people. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling, so that 39 students of class XI IPS 3 were selected as the experimental class and 39 students of class XI IPS 4 as the control class. The data collection technique in this study is to disseminate the questions to the respondents of the research and documentation. The results showed that student learning outcomes on economic subjects taught using the Pair Checks type of cooperative learning model were higher than the learning outcomes of students who were taught using the Make A Match type cooperative learning model.Keyword : Pair Checks, Make A Match, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the picture of work climate, work motivation, and teacher performance in SMK Negeri 1 Kota Jambi, and the influence of work climate and work motivation on teacher performance in SMK Negeri 1 Kota Jambi. The results showed that (1) Work climate and work motivation of teachers in SMK Negeri 1 Kota Jambi is good. (2) Work climate has significant effect on teacher performance in SMK Negeri 1 Kota Jambi. Abstract

This study aims to find out the influence of the implementation of learning and study habits on student learning outcomes in economics class X phase E of SMA Negeri 9 Jambi City. This type of research is research with a survey method with two independent variables and one dependent variable. The data collection technique in this study was by distributing questionnaires to research respondents. The data analysis technique in this study was multiple regression using the SPSS 16 program. The results showed that (1) The effect of the implementation of learning on learning outcomes obtained tcount > ttable (13.801 > 1.975). That is, the implementation of learning has a significant effect on student learning outcomes in economics class X class E phase of SMA Negeri 9 Jambi City, (2) The effect of study habits on learning outcomes is tcount > ttable (12.788 > 1.975). That is, study habits have a significant effect on student learning outcomes in economics class X phase E of SMA Negeri 9 Jambi City, (3) Implementation of learning and study habits have a significant effect on student learning outcomes in economics class X phase E of SMA Negeri 9 Jambi City. This is based on the value of Fcount> Ftable (103.099 > 3.06), so it can be concluded that HO is rejected. Keywords : Implementation of Learning, Habits, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to (1) Analyze the efficiency of online transportation, the impact of online transportation and the welfare of Go-jek drivers in Jambi City, (2) To analyze the efficiency and impact of online transportation on improving the welfare of Gojek drivers in Jambi City. This research uses qualitative research with the type of phenomenon research. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation study. Data analysis in this study consisted of taking notes in order to produce field notes and coding, classifying data, and drawing data conclusions or verification. From this research, it can be concluded that the efficiency of online transportation for motorbikes makes it easier for consumers to get the transportation they want only, with their smartphones and internet quota without having to come to the base. Where the rates offered by the Gojek application are quite cheap both in the order rates or services offered. In addition, even though the driver's monthly wage is not stated in the work contract, the income earned by the driver can meet the needs of his family. Keywords: Efficiency, Impact, Online Transportation, Welfare
