Abstract

Penelitian in dilakukan di koperasi sawit sumber rezeki di desa kepenuhan baru kecamatan kepenuhan. Koperasi ini bergerak di bidang usaha simpan pinjam. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa Koperasi petani sawit sumber rezeki telah memiliki sistem pengeluaran kas namun dalam penerapannya masih perlu perbaikan-perbaikan. Koperasi petani sawit sumber rezeki juga telah melibatkan otorisasi dari ketua dan bendahara serta ketua kelompok tani dalam pencairan dana pinjaman anggota.

Abstract

Whistleblowing system is communication internal company to report what / behavior / events relating to the act of fraud , offense against the law , the company , the code of conduct , and a conflict of interest held by investors in internal company. For increase the effectiveness of control system and good corporate governance with on disclosure of complaints ( reporting ), must beformulated policy whistleblowing system are clearly, easily understandable, and could be implemented effectively so inteas to give encouragement and awareness to employees and officials BCA to report the act of his, offense against the law, regulation company, code of conduct, and a conflict of interest occurring in BCA. Internal fraud is divergence/ fraud be done by staff , permanent staff , non permanent employees and / or labor over the outsourcing related to the process of working and operating the bank .With a nominal value of expressed is worth more than Rp 100.000.000,00 (one hundred million rupiah). The result of research is has been done the implementation of whistleblowing system on BCA still have not been able to reduce the level of internal fraud occurs , is based on the number of complaints in the system in 2017 is 17 ( seventeen ) complaints and there are ten cases of misuse of 10 (ten ) conducted by permanent staff .

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the analysis of financial statement information on profitability and fixed assets on the results of operations with return on assets at PT Indosat Tbk. Pt Indosat company profit / loss report in 2017 May 211,241 August 1,214,609 in 2018 May (465,771) in August (571,049). This study uses qualitative research methods, research methods that are based on the philosophy of postpositivism. The results of this study For profitability ratios, companies tend to not be able to maintain the stability of the earnings gain both net income, gross profit, and operating profit. In total, asset use activities in May 2017 - August 2018 tend to experience a decrease in the first quarter from Rp. 50,661,040 to Rp. 5,024,547 and in Quarter II Rp. 50,661,040 to Rp. 49,857,461 annually in each ratio. The use of company assets seen from the ratio of activity is still not good, because in the last year (2017-2018) it tends to decrease. The decline in all profitability ratios in 2018 was caused by the impact of prepaid SIM card registration so that company sales declined. The slow turnover of working capital caused by operational activities in generating profits is still financed by current debt compared to current assets, causing income to be low.

Abstract

Entering the ASEAN Economic Community competition and severe challenges. Competition at the local, regional and national levels that we face, but globally from various countries to change the order of life in aligning with challenges and fixing human resources that are able to compete in the global market. This research uses types of descriptive research approaches using a qualitative approach. The purpose of this study is to find out that Creative Entrepreneurship Affects the Explanation of the Purchasing process. The results of research and discussion about Jellydelly Yogurt products. Job opportunities by making a business called Yogurt Jellydelly include creative entrepreneurs. Yogurt Jellydelly itself is produced and marketed to meet daily needs and reduce because the yogurt seller has an honorary teacher background, housewife, odd jobs orphans and orphans still in school. Data on sales of Perbotol yogurt sold by yogurt producers shows up and down sales, including many small people in Bandung who are not familiar with the Jellydelly Yogurt product. Purchasing decisions that are considered by people are the result of the type of Jelly Jelly product, the product form, the Jellydelly product brand, the product benefits, the level of health if the product can be used routinely, product prices and payment methods for Jelly Jelly Jelly.

Abstract

This research aims to quantify and analyze how big a contribution Tax Revenue against the Original Billboard area (PAD) in the local Government District of Rokan Hulu. In the study conducted an analysis of the quantitative data, that is the method that compares a specific number which is then drawn conclusions from these calculations. The results of the survey in 4 subdistricts with 49 taxpayer with potential billboards as much as 94 by the calculation result is Rp. 2.834.625.704,. Where the tax potential of the largest billboard is located in the tip of the rock with the amount of Rp. 2.184.672.788, and the smallest sub-district is Rp. 102.995.441 tambusai, based on calculations that have been done, then there is the existing of selesih among the potential acquisition target is Rp. 1.834.625.704, and if compared with the realization of Rp 1,705,504,289,. The effectiveness of the Tax Reklmae for the year 2017 Rokan Hulu, with the results of its effectiveness of 113% by category. While the tax contribution for advertising revenue against the original area just 1% with the classification is very less.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja dan work life balance (keseimbangan kehidupan) baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap loyalitas karyawan Rumah Sakit Surya Insani Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada Rumah Sakit surya Insani Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sebanyak 59 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, metode kuesioner, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Dari hasil uji secara parsial diperoleh nilai thitung kepuasan kerja 1,982, thitung lingkungan kerja 1,613 dan thitung work life balance 6,110. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini berdasarkan hasil pengujian secara parsial hanya work life balance yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan sedangkan pada pengujian secara simultan kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja dan work life balance mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Besarnya pengaruh yang ditunjukkan yaitu 87,4%, Sedangkan sisanya adalah 12,6% loyalitas karyawan dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak di teliti dalam penelitian ini atau sebab-sebab yang lain diluar model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pengaruh pengetahuan keuangan, lokus pengendalian dan pendapatan terhadap perilaku keuangan pegawai Dinas Tanaman Pangan dan Holtikultura Kabupaten Rokan Hulu baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 65 orang Karyawan Dinas Tanaman Pangan dan Holtikultura Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah aksidental sampling. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu uji regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji F, Uji t dan koefisien determinasi. Dari hasil analisis regresi linier berganda didapat ketiga variabel (pengetahuan keuangan, lokus pengendalian dan pendapatan) memiliki pengaruh masing-masing sebesar 0,363, 0,707 dan 0,265. Pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengetahuan keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan, lokus pengendalian dan pendapatan dengan nilai signifikansi < 0,05 yaitu 0,000. Kemudian melalui uji F diketahui bahwa variable pengetahuan keuangan, lokus pengendalian dan pendapatan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0.000. Dalam uji koefisien determinasi diketahui 98,4% perilaku keuangan dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan keuangan, lokus pengendalian dan pendapatan, sedangkan sisanya 1,6% dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak di teliti dalam penelitian ini.
