Abstract

Adolescent problems related to reproductive health, often stem from a lack of information, understanding and awareness to achieve reproductive health. So that researchers want to know the relationship between attitudes and media exposure with premarital sex behavior in adolescents. Variables studied include media exposure and attitude. The method used in this study is cross sectional design analysis. Population and number of samples as much as 100 people. Data collection using chi square which aims to connect between independent variables and dependent variables. The results of the univariate analysis were mostly low knowledge of adolescents about premarital sex (54%), more exposure to the media (62%), negative attitudes (70%). The conclusion of the results of the research conducted, namely all the variables studied have a meaningful relationship with pre-marital sex behavior in adolescents. Media exposure (p.value 0.00) and attitude (0.01).

Abstract

Tourism is one of the potential resources that can be developed by each region. As one of the resources that generate foreign exchange for the country, this requires optimization in the provision of services to further support the potential of tourist areas to be visited. When this study was conducted, tourism in bangkok has used internet media in promotion. However, the system used is still not perfect. This problem comes from poor tourism data management and still not maximal some facilities in the running system. With some of these problems, it is time for the old system to be fixed. Not only to improve it, the author suggested to create some new features such as Simulation features and Decision Support features. In this study, the research method used is descriptive and action research, while the system approach used is structured with the method of system development using waterfall model. The tools used are context Diagram, data Flow Diagram (DFD), Data Dictionary, and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). Database design tools in the development of this information system is the normalization and table relation. The programming language used is PHP, with Adobe Dreamwaver CS5 tools. For the database, This Information System uses MySQL and for decision making, this information system uses the AHP (Analitycal Hierarchy Process) method with the creation of this information system, the author hopes that the information system that the author makes in the future can improve the quality of service for tourists and can help top tourism management in Bangkok to make decisions.

Abstract

Youth is a phase of transition from children to adults, marked by the acceleration of physical, mental, emotional, and social development. They are still looking for self-identity, tend to follow trends, are still unstable, and are very easily influenced by peers, including the influence of smoking. This study aims to determine the influence of knowledge, pocket money, access to cigarettes, mass media, family, and peers to smoking behaviour among high school students in the city of Padang. The method of this study is a cross-sectional survey by interviewing 220 male students in 5 (five) Public High Schools in Padang City who were selected by multistage random sampling. Data was collected using a structured questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Multiple logistic regression is used to determine the relationship. The study showed 59.1% of high school male students in Padang smoked. Most of them them have knowledge about smoking (62.3%) and are exposed to cigarette advertisements in the mass media (52.3%), have peers smokers (60.5%), and have families who smoke (51.4%) . Students who have peers smokers 10.1 times more likely to start smoking (OR 10.1, 95% CI 5.5 - 19.5). Knowing that adolescents first smoke at the age of 7 years and peer behavior is the biggest risk factor for starting smoking in adolescents, precautionary measures are recommended, such as health counseling as early as possible (starting in primary or secondary school).

Abstract

Decision support system in the selection of land for rubber tree planting in order to minimize time and help PT. GERGAS UTAMA to determine quality land so as to increase rubber productivity. This method also has a good level of selectivity because it can determine the purpose of conflicting criteria. Where the criteria can be profitable (benefit) or unfavorable (cost). The selection of the right rubber area will certainly affect the production of rubber plants. In the process of selecting the right rubber area, of course, there are several criteria that will determine whether or not a land is suitable for producing rubber plantations such as temperature, rainfall, drainage, soil texture and so on. PT Gergas Utama has difficulty in the process of selecting this land because the selection process is still done manually which of course will take longer so that it becomes ineffective and affects the productivity of the rubber plant.Based on the description above, it is necessary to build a decision support system in the selection of land for rubber tree planting in order to minimize time and help PT Gergas Utama to determine quality land so as to increase rubber productivity. In the development of this decision support system, the MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis) method is used, which is a method that has a level of flexibility and ease of understanding in separating the subjective part of an evaluation process into decision weight criteria with several decision-making attributes. The program used in the development of the Decision Support System is PHP for a web-based system and MySQL as a database management system. The results ofthis program indicate that the Decision Support System for the selection of land for planting rubber trees can be utilized by PT. GERGAS UTAMA is the rubber plantation sector in selecting the best land for planting. The results of the ranking calculation from the MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis) method from a total of 10 rubber land planting locations with a value of 0.369, the result of the sum of the criteria weights being the highest. the best has the highest value of 0.369.

Abstract

Communication is a very important activity. Communication is carried out with the aim of exchanging information between several individuals. Communication can be done in various ways. Those who wish to communicate with each other can meet in person or through intermediaries. There are several types of media that function as intermediaries of information. You can use several media such as print media, electronic media, and online media to get various information. Digital communication in the modern era is not far from the Internet because almost all digital communication tools use the Internet. Internet needs vary greatly from old to young, because Internet needs are different, connection management is needed (Management Bandwidth) so that client requests with high connections do not interfere with clients with relatively low connection requests. One of the tools commonly used for connection management is MikroTik with the Peer Connection Queue (PCQ) feature. The reason for choosing Mikrotik is because Mikrotik has complete features at an affordable price. The importance of connection management is to maximize the connection provided by the ISP so that clients can use the Internet without buffering.

Abstract

Diarrhea is one of the endemic diseases that occurs throughout the year and is one of the highest causes of death for everyone, especially children under five in Indonesia. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the spread of diarrheal disease by forming a grouping of the spread of diarrheal disease and to analyze the characteristics of the spread of diarrheal disease. With the development of technology that is increasingly sophisticated and easy to use, such technological developments motivate us to know the importance of using computers in fast and practical data processing. Clustering is a data analysis method, which is often included as one of the Data Mining methods, whose purpose is to group data with the same characteristics and data with different characteristics into others.
