Abstract

Patients with a history of hypertension when experiencing anxiety before surgery can result in insomnia of the patient and the blood pressure will increase so that the operation will be canceled. Surgery or surgery can cause anxiety. Anxiety is a normal adaptive response to stress due to surgery. Anxiety can be reduced what if the patient can see the surgery will heal. Signs of anxious surgery may not be the same for every individual. Every stress cause people to experience, for the automatic appears efforts to cope with a variety of coping mechanisms, to control coping and decrease anxiety in patients is the task of the team. Served in the room where the patients were treated. Having interactions to patients to anxiety in the face of major surgery that ascribed by Tiga Balata Health Center, Kec. Jorlang Hataran of 2016. The experience is descriptive analytic with the experience design cross sectional. Take in population in this study were an patients who ascribed. To undergo surgery used in this study is a questionnaire filled by respond. After the data was collected then for the percentage of data used by ghi-sguare a - 0.05 with the computer Which then obtained the effect of each independent variable. The result of data analysis and the result of ghi-sguare is P — 0.001 (P « 0.005), is Ha is accept and Ho is eject, is patient influence between the coping mechanisms of the anxiety in the face major operation. 05 with the computer Which then obtained the effect of each independent variable. Abstract

Based on the findings of the researchers that there were 5 young women in Nagori Rabuhit, Gunung Maligas District, Simalungun Regency, experiencing vaginal discharge. This research was conducted to find out whether there is a relationship between the knowledge and attitudes of young women towards the prevention of vaginal discharge in Nagori Rabuhit, Gunung Maligas District, Simalungun Regency in 2016. This type of research is descriptive with the population in this study being all young women in Nagori Rabuhit, Gunung Maligas District, Simalungun, namely as many as 108 people who were sampled as many as 85 people using the simple random sampling technique, which is a simple random sampling method. The results of this study the majority have knowledge.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the effect of inflation on the open unemployment rate in Medical Field Of United States. The research method used is the method of qualitative data and quantitative data. While the data used is secondary data. The method of data analysis in this study uses simple linear regression analysis to obtain a comprehensive picture of the effect of inflation on the open unemployment rate using the SPSS 25 for Windows program. To find out whether there is a significant effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, a simple linear regression model is used. The results of testing the hypothesis using simple regression analysis and t-test show that: that the t-table value of the Inflation variable is 0.992 < the t-table value (df:α :

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

Antepartum bleeding is vaginal bleeding in pregnancy over 28 weeks or more. Because antepartum bleeding occurs at gestational age above 28 weeks, it is often called or classified as bleeding in the third trimester (Manuaba, 2007) while postpartum hemorrhage according to the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2006, namely partly puerperal blood loss of 500 ml or more that occurs after the child is born. The purpose of this study was to find out the characteristics of mothers who experienced antepartum bleeding and postpartum hemorrhage at Efarina Etaham Berastagi Hospital in the 2013-2016 period. The type of research used in this study is a retrospective descriptive study. The population in this study were medical records of mothers who experienced antepartum and postpartum hemorrhage at Efarina Etaham Berastagi Hospital, Karo District in 2013 - 2016. The number of medical records of mothers who experienced antepartum hemorrhage was 17 cases of antepartum and 25 cases of postpartum hemorrhage. From the results of a study on the characteristics of mothers who experienced antepartum and postpartum hemorrhage which was conducted at Efarina Etaham Berastagi Hospital, bleeding data was obtained based on antepartum age 5 35 years 8 people (47.1%), postpartum age 20 years 17 people (68.0%) , 8 people (47.1%) high school antepartum education, 13 high school postpartum education people (52.0), and antepartum family income « ​​Rp. 1200,000 9 people (52.9%), postpartum family income « ​​Rp. 1200,000 13 people (52.0%), Based on the results of the study, 10 people (58.6%) had multiparous antepartum bleeding, 9 people (52.9%) -28 weeks of gestation, 11 people (64.7%) had a history of prenatal bleeding, 15 people had a history of prenatal bleeding. (88.2%), type of history of pregnancy Sectio (SC) 14 people (82.4%). The results of the research data were 11 people (44%) with multiparous Postpartum Hemorrhage, 9 people (36%) had intervals of delivery »3 years and 2-3 years, 17 people (68%) had retained placenta due to bleeding, 20 people had a history of pre-delivery disease (80 %), type of history of normal pregnancy 22 people (88%). As input material and information in an effort to reduce the morbidity of antepartum bleeding and postpartum bleeding, especially at Efarina Etaham Berastagi Hospital. the cause of placenta previa bleeding was 11 people (64.7%), history of prenatal illness in 15 people (88.2%), type of history of pregnancy Sectio (SC) 14 people (82.4%). Abstract

The sampling technique used was the census method, where the entire population of 40 Medical Doctor and Nurses at Medical Doctor And Nurse In United States Public Health Service, was sampled in this study. Data collection techniques by conducting a review study of books, literature, records, and reports that have something to do with the problem being solved. The results of this study are stated that: From the table above, a tcount value of 5.399 is obtained with α = 5%, ttable (5%; nk = 38) obtained a ttable value of 1.685. From this description it can be seen that tcount (5.399) > ttable (1.685) , likewise with a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, it can be concluded that the first hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the compensation variable (X) has a positive and significant effect on work discipline (Y1). tcount value of 2.939 With α = 5%, ttable (5%; nk = 38) obtained ttable value of 1.685 From this description it can be seen that tcount (2.939) > ttable (1.685), and its significance value is 0.00 <0, 05 it can be concluded that the second hypothesis is accepted, meaning that compensation (X) has a significant effect on Medical Doctor and Nurse performance (Y2). tcount value of 3.294 With α = 5%, ttable (5%; nk = 38) obtained ttable value of 1.685 From this description it can be seen that tcount (3.294) > ttable (1.685), and its significance value is 0.00 <0, 05, it can be concluded that the third hypothesis is accepted, meaning that work discipline (Y1) has a positive and significant effect on Medical Doctor and Nurse performance (Y2). In the picture above the path analysis shows the direct effect of variable X on variable Y2 of 0.403.

Abstract

The Family Planning Field Officer (PLKB) is one of the Human Resources (HR) in carrying out family planning services at the Family Planning Center. KB Center is an important resource and much needed to achieve optimal performance. The success or failure of an organization engaged in family planning services such as a family planning center depends on the ability of Human Resources (HR) to carry out its activities. This type of research is a quantitative research that is analytic in nature using a cross-sectional design, namely the dependent variable and independent variable carried out at the same time. Data obtained through direct interviews with respondents using a check list sheet filled in by the respondent. Where the total population is 19 people. The results of the Chi-Sguare statistical test obtained p value = 0, 004≤ α (0.05). So that it is known that there is a relationship between motivation and leadership performance at the UPTD KB Hall, Bandar District, Simalungun Regency. The results of the Chi-Sguare statistical test obtained p value = 0.014≤α (0.05). So that it is known that there is a relationship between PLKB performance and the performance of leaders at the UPTD KB Hall, Bandar District, Simalungun Regency. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between motivation and the leader's performance which has a very positive effect on PLKB performance. By showing that PLKB performance needs to be improved by being able to adapt to leaders and the work environment in order to get good performance results. So that it is known that there is a relationship between PLKB performance and leadership performance at UPTD KB Hall, Bandar District, Simalungun Regency. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between motivation and the leader's performance which has a very positive effect on PLKB performance. By showing that PLKB performance needs to be improved by being able to adapt to leaders and the work environment in order to get good performance results. Abstract

In this study, the population was employees of Medical Employees In America Public Service Department, namely as many as 43 people. Because the target population is less than 100, the sampling technique used is the census method, where the entire population of 43 people will be used as the research sample. With the results of the first hypothesis being accepted, it means that the Competency variable (X) has a positive and significant effect on Motivation (Z). the second hypothesis is rejected, meaning that Competence (X) has no positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). the third hypothesis is accepted, meaning that motivation (Z) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

In this study the population is . 30 employees of the Housing and Settlement Area Office of the City of Wisconsin-milwaukee. Because the target population is less than 100, the sampling technique used is the census method, in which the entire population, totaling 30 employees of the Residential and Cleanliness Office of the City of Wisconsin-milwaukee, will be used as the research sample. In other words, data analysis activities are raw data that has been collected needs to be categorized or divided into several categories or groups, shortened in such a way that the data can answer problems according to research objectives and can test hypotheses. With the results of the first hypothesis being accepted, it means that Organizational Culture (X) has a positive and significant effect on compensation (Y1). the second hypothesis is accepted, meaning that Organizational Culture (X) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y2). the third hypothesis is rejected, meaning that compensation (Y1) has no positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y2). The calculation results obtained show that the indirect effect through the Y1 variable is smaller than the direct effect on the Y2 variable.
