Abstract

This research uses quantitative. This type of research is associative. The population in this study amounted to 72. With a sample of 30 children. for the validity test, 10 children were taken. Data collection tools using indirect communication techniques, observation and validity and reliability tests. The results were tested by testing the validity and reliability as a prerequisite test. The data analysis technique was calculated using IBM SPSS Statistics Ver.24. The 1st and 2nd sub-problems were answered using a simple regression test while the 3rd sub-problem was answered using the one-sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test. Based on the results of the SPSS analysis, the sig value in the Annova table is 0.900 70.05 meaning that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. It means that there is no significant influence between television shows on children's morals. The relationship between variable television shows (X) on variable children's morals (Y). shown by the model summary table with an R of: 0.24 or 2.4% are in the "Very low" category. Whether the combination of the X variable against the Y variable can be seen in the R Square value in the Summary table, which is 0.001 or 0.1%, while 99.9% is influenced by other factors. The regression equation is Y = 45.405-0.035 X. This means that if the value is 0, the child's morals are 45.405, but if the value of television shows increases by one, the children's morals will decrease by 0.035 every one unit. So based on the regression equation television shows have a negative effect on children's morals.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the role playing method to achieve children's learning outcomes. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study amounted to 20 people and the sample amounted to 10 people. Data collection tools using tests, direct observation and documentation. The test results were tested by testing the normality and homogeneity test as a prerequisite test for one sample t-test because and homogeneity so that the findings in the field with the non-parametric mean difference test and Mann Whitney. The results of this study can be concluded as follows: 1) How high is the achievement of learning outcomes of experimental class children in PAUD Darussalam has a mean of 29.30 with 9 indicators. 2) How high is the achievement of learning outcomes for control class children in PAUD Darussalam has a mean of 18.00 with 9 indicators. 3) There is a significant effect of using the Role Playing method on the achievement of children's learning outcomes in PAUD Darussalam, Z = -3,770 and Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.00 <0.05 means that Ha: accepted and Ho: rejected, so it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the experimental class and the control class. The experimental class was higher (mean) than the control class, namely the experimental class 15.40 and the control class 5.60, so the difference in the distance between the two was 9.8 considered as the effect of using the role playing method on learning outcomes of class A children.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the teacher's creativity in making learning media, especially letter card media, how the media used can improve student competence. The method used is action research method. By actualizing the design that is designed into learning. The results of the study showed: The innovations carried out in this activity in the form of applying letter card media have succeeded in increasing the Language Development of KD 3.12 children to recognize early literacy through playing on indicators of recognizing letter sounds. In carrying out this activity it can be seen that 10 children have entered the Developing According to Expectations (BSH) stage. This proves that there is an increase in children's language development using letter card media, because previously only 5 children reached the Developing According to Expectations (BSH) stage.

Abstract

Children's learning motivation in the arrangement of the letter U seating formation at the Sulthoniyah Sambas Islamic Kindergarten for the 2020-2021 Academic Year. Children's learning motivation in the arrangement of traditional letter seating formations at the Sulthoniyah Sambas Islamic Kindergarten for the 2020-2021 Academic Year. There is a significant influence between the arrangement of seating formations on children's learning motivation in Sulthoniyah Sambas Islamic Kindergarten for the 2020-2021 Academic Year. The population in this study amounted to 29 children, with a sample of 20 children. The approach used in this research is quantitative, with the type of comparative research and the method used is experimental. Data collection techniques using direct observation techniques and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique is calculated using IBM SPSS Statistics Ver.23. The 1st and 2nd sub-problems were answered using a descriptive test of central tendency (central symptoms), while the 3rd sub-problem was answered using the Mann Withney U Test. The results showed that: Children's learning motivation is high in the arrangement of the letter U seating formation in Sulthoniyah Islamic Kindergarten for the 2020-2021 academic year with an average learning outcome (mean) of 27.40. Children's learning motivation is high in the arrangement of traditional letter seating formations at Sulthoniyah Sambas Islamic Kindergarten for the 2020-2021 Academic Year with an average learning outcome (mean) of 19.40. There is a significant influence between the arrangement of seating formations on children's learning motivation in Sulthoniyah Sambas Islamic Kindergarten for the 2020-2021 Academic Year. Based on the results of the Mann Withney U Test, it was concluded that the value of Z = -3.569 and Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.00 < 0.05, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. There is a significant difference in the letter U seating formation, which is higher in the mean rank of 15.20 than the traditional letter seating formation, namely the mean rank 5.80, the difference in distance between the two is 9.4.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the significant differences between student achievement in mathematics subjects who like, sometimes and do not like playing online games in class V SDN 15 Sempalai, Tebas District, 2019/2020 academic year. This study uses a mixed approach or Mix Method. The type of research used is Sequential Exploratory Design. The number of research samples totaling 44 people is the whole of the research population, so this research is called population research or saturated population. Data collection techniques using interviews, and documentation. The qualitative data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman model, while the quantitative data analysis technique uses the One Sample t test and One Way Anova analysis. The results showed that; There is no significant difference between the learning achievement of students in the group who really likes, sometimes and does not like to play online games, seen from the value of learning achievement in Mathematics for Class V at SDN Sempalai. This is evidenced by the value of Sig. One Way Anova analysis of 0.298 > from 0.05; it means that Ho is accepted and Ha is accepted, that is, there is no significant difference between mathematics learning achievement of fifth grade students at SDN 15 Sempalai. With the average of each group: The group who really likes to play online games: 46%; Group that occasionally plays online games: 45%; and Groups who do not like to play online games: 51.21%

Abstract

The library plays a crucial role in enhancing educational institutions as students can improve their knowledge there. However, at the library of SMA Negeri 19 Palembang, some processes such as membership registration, inputting candidate member data, book borrowing and returning, book data input, and book cataloging are still recorded in large books. Therefore, a library information system design is needed to assist and facilitate book circulation to prevent delays in library services. The library information system of SMA Negeri 19 Palembang uses a User-Centered Design approach and UML (Unified Modeling Language) as well as the PHP programming language with a MySQL database. It is expected that with the implementation of this library information system, it can help solve the existing problems in the library and improve knowledge development for students.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is 1) What is the process of implementing learning using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by the WA group to improve science learning outcomes on the material of the human respiratory system in class VIII F students of SMP Negeri 1 Ngluwar even semester of the 2020 academic year/ 2021? 2) How much has the learning outcomes of Natural Sciences material on the human respiratory system increased after learning using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by the WA group in class VIII F students of SMP Negeri 1 Ngluwar even semester of the 2020/2021 academic year? 3) What are the changes in behavior accompanying the increase in natural science learning outcomes on the human respiratory system after being given Problem Based Learning (PBL) model learning assisted by the WA group in class VIII F students of SMP Negeri 1 Ngluwar even semester of the 2020/2021 academic year? The purpose of this classroom action research is to describe the process of implementing learning using the WA group-assisted Problem Based Learning (PBL) model to improve science learning outcomes, describe the increase in science learning outcomes, and the changes in behavior that accompany the increase in science learning outcomes in the material of the human respiratory system after being taught using the WA group-assisted Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in class VIII F students of SMP N 1 Ngluwar even semester of the 2020/2021 academic year. The method used is a class action research method with two cycles, each consisting of four stages, namely planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that 1) The process of implementing learning using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model can increase student activity 2) There is an increase in learning outcomes, namely the average value in cycle 1 is 68 to 76 in cycle 2 after learning is carried out using the Problem Based Learning model (PBL); 3) The use of the WA group-assisted Problem Based Learning (PBL) model can increase behavior change, namely discipline behavior, cooperation, and responsibility that accompanies increased learning outcomes.

Abstract

Education is a process that is carried out with awareness, which in everyday human life is timeless by what is called learning. In achieving learning goals, education has a very important role in human life. In the learning process it is also necessary to increase vocabulary in order to broaden horizons. This research is included in Classroom Action Research (CAR) using the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model which is a contextual learning process that aims to relate to the behavior of everyday life. This research was conducted in class IV of SDN Sukodono I. Students' mastery of new vocabulary increased after using the Big Indonesian Dictionary as a guide in finding the meaning of words. This increase is known from the evaluation at the end of learning with the completeness of student activity sheets. It can be proven from the results of the students' work, 19 out of 21 students have completed the work well. 2 students have not completed. The application of the CTL (contextual teaching and learning) model succeeded in helping to improve students' vocabulary mastery in learning Indonesian. This can be seen from the results of observations in cycles I and II which show an increase in each cycle.

Abstract

This study aims to determine improve the learning outcomes of the fourth grades of SD Negeri Manukan Kulon II/499, in Indonesian studies using the Crossword Puzzle. This research was used the Classroom Action Research (CAR). It was conducted in three cycles. Each cycle includes four phases, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects were students of class IV A, totaling 26 students, consisting of 13 male and 13 female students. The research was conducted in the second semester of the academic year 2022/2023. The minimum completeness criteria (KKM) for Indonesian studies in SD Negeri Manukan Kulon II/499 is 75. Based on the research results, student learning outcomes have increased in the realm of knowledge, attitudes and skills. The results of students in the first cycle achieve mastery of 64% with an average of learning outcomes of 76, the second cycle achieve mastery of 77% with an average of learning outcomes of 84. And the three cycle achieve mastery of 92% with an average of learning outcomes of 90. In the realm of attitudes, student learning outcomes increased from cycles I, II and III by reaching the excellent category. In the realm of skills, student learning outcomes also experienced an increase from cycles I, II and III by reaching the very good category. From the results of this study, it can be interpreted that learning media for crossword puzzles can improve learning outcomes in Indonesian subjects.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the School Literacy Movement on interest in reading and learning outcomes of Indonesian Language in grade III students of SD Negeri Sidokumpul 2022/2023 Academic Year. This research is a quasi-experimental study with The Posttest-Only Control-Group Design. The study population was all students in grade III Elementary School I Teacher for 2022/2023 Academic Year, 60 students. In determining the sample is done by using random sampling techniques, it was found that: class III B as the experimental group, while class III C as the control group. Data on reading interest was collected by questionnaire and students' learning outcomes in Indonesian used a multiple choice test. Data were analyzed using Manova analysis assisted by SPSS 17.00 for windows. The results showed that: First, there was a significant influence on the School Literacy Movement on the interest in reading Indonesian in grade III students of SD Negeri Sidokumpul, East Sidoarjo District, 2022/2023 Academic Year. Second, there is a significant influence on the School Literacy Movement on the learning outcomes of Indonesian Language in thirth grade students of SD Negeri Sidokumpul District in 2022/2023 Academic Year. And thirdly, there is a significant influence on the School Literacy Movement on interest in reading and learning outcomes in Indonesian Language in grade III students of SD Negeri Sidokumpul District in 2022/2023 Academic Year.
