Abstract

The transformation of marketing role strategy through social media is very decisive. This technology raises the views and mindset of society radically, whereas the society is very dependent on the technology used. On the other way, producers have their own views on the involvement of social media in influencing people's purchase intentionin possible ways. Through the role of public figures or celebrities, promotion through social media can increase consumer purchase intention. This study aims to analyze the transformation of the role of marketing strategy in realizing consumer purchase intention. The sampling method used quantitative methods with a sample of 98 culinary tourism doer. Where the entire population is used as a sample.  The results of the analysis show there is an influence of marketing strategy on purchase intentionthrough celebrity endorsement variable.

Abstract

The title of this research is The Influence of Work Motivation on the Performance of Office Boy employees at the People's Consultative Assembly (MPR RI) office. This study aims: to the performance of Office Boy employees in the office of the People's Consultative Assembly (MPR RI). knowing the effect of work motivation on performance. The method used in this research is descriptive method and the type of correlational study. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. In this study, the authors took samples using a non-probability sampling method, which is a method that is not based on a random mechanism in the selection of research samples. The population in this study were Office Boy employees at the People's Consultative Assembly (MPR RI) office, so the number of employees who would be respondents calculated using the Slovin formula amounted to 50 people. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The conclusion from the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded as follows: 1. The regression model in the coefficients table shows that the value of the motivation variable (X) is X = 000 is smaller than 005. These results conclude that the regression model has a significant effect on the performance variable (Y).2. The coefficient value of the recruitment path on performance is 0.628 with a t-value of 9.151. Because the value of tcount is greater than the value of ttable at dk = 18 for = 0.05 of 0.158, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that there is a direct positive effect of the motivational variable on the performance variable.

Abstract

PT. Alya Property is located in South Tangerang, engaged in property services, property sold on credit. The problem that arises is that debtors are not orderly in paying installments of receivables, causing bad credit. This dragged on and resulted in the company experiencing difficulties in its operations. To answer this hypothesis, the researchers focused on debtor compliance in the delivery of receivable payments at PT Alya property. he results of the study to answer the hypothesis, then, the analysis of the aging list of accounts receivable can be carried out by PT ALya Property with the presence of an Internal control department in charge of controlling the management of receivables starting from credit sales orders, credit installments to repayment of receivables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of product quality, brand image and price on Coffee Purchasing Decisions in Online Applications during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The population in this study is the community who use online applications in the area of Tangerang City Selatang (Grabfood, Gofood, and Shoppeefood). The sample used is 100 respondents. The sampling method uses Convinience Sampling. The data collection method used survey method, with the research instrument was a questionnaire. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research hypothesis testing indicate that the variable product quality has a positive and significant effect on the decision to buy coffee in online applications, brand image has a positive and significant effect on the coffee purchase decision in the online application, and the price has a positive and significant effect on the coffee purchase decision in the online application

Abstract

The DKI Government is trying to increase the number of visitors to the Thousand Islands tourist by increasing various facilities and infrastructure through online and of line services.To get to know about the performance of Wisata kepulauan seribu pulau Untung Jawa the hypotheses that need to be answer are (1) the influence of service quality toward loyalty (2) the influence of brand image toward loyalty (3) the influence of trust toward loyalty and (4) the influence of web marketing mix toward loyalty. The study design used is a combination of verificative statistic and descriptive statistic, while research method used is survey approach, data are collected questionnaire with a total  of  150 respondents Untung Jawa tourists. Sampling technique is done by purpose sampling . The method of analysis uses descriptive statistic average, and SEM method by using software Lisrel . The result show on the descriptive analysis toward the variable used is positive and some are negative. The SEM result analysis toward the hypothesis test based on imphirical data of 4 hypotheses proven are service quality is proven to be significantly influence loyalty , brand image is proven to be significantly influence loyalty and trust is proven to be significantly influence loyalty , and web  marketing mix is proven to be significantly influence loyalty .

Abstract

The superiority of the role of experiential marketing in creating consumer satisfaction is largely determined by the role of celebrity endorsement and word of mouth in the equation format of the research model. the role of celebrity endorsement and word of mouth in advertising to build product/service introductions in understanding the functions and characteristics of products/services. An endorser is selected from a reference group who is considered to have the ability to serve as a role model for the target market so that apart from acting as an information provider, he communicates the value features of the product/service benefits through the application of media technology but can also persuade consumers to make a purchase. On the other hand, word of mouth plays a role in disseminating product/service information massively through social media such as YouTube, WhatsApp, Line, Google, Facebook, and other applications on devices connected to other internet connections, and forming a network (buzzer) that can create customer satisfaction. Because word of mouth activities are based on a person's experience in consuming a pleasant product or service. This research method uses a quantitative approach and is included in the type of explanatory research sourced from the results of the analysis of processed primary data. Data was obtained through a survey by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale as an alternative to respondents' answers. The analysis of the model equation using path analysis aims to test and analyze the advantages of the role of experiential marketing in creating consumer satisfaction through celebrity endorsement and word of mouth as intervening variables. The results of the analysis show that; 1) The experiential marketing variable has a significant positive effect on celebrity endorsement and word of mouth; 2) The role of experiential marketing variables is proven to be able to create consumer satisfaction indirectly through celebrity endorsement variables and word of mouth.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work planning and supervision on the effectiveness of work from home (WFH) experts in the DPR RI. The hypotheses tested are (1) There is a significant influence between Work Planning and Effectiveness; (2) There is a significant influence between Supervision and Effectiveness; and (3) There is a significant influence between Work Planning and Effectiveness together with Effectiveness. This research was conducted using a survey method with an associative descriptive approach. The sample was taken using the simple random sampling technique, while the research data collection instrument for the variable work planning and effectiveness and effectiveness was using a questionnaire. The results of the study concluded that first there is a positive and significant relationship between Work Planning and Effectiveness with a Pearson Product Moment correlation number of 0.867 or 75.1% X1 affects Y which is shown in the regression equation Ŷ = 2.351 + 1.022X1. Second, there is a positive and significant relationship between Supervision and Effectiveness with the Pearson Product Moment correlation number of 0.719 or 51.7% X2 has an effect on Y, which is shown in the regression equation Ŷ = 3,100 + 0.866 X2. Third, there is a positive and significant relationship between Work Planning and Supervision together with Effectiveness with a Pearson Product Moment correlation number of 0.874, which is shown in the regression equation Ŷ = 3,732+ 0.874 X1 + 0.205 X2, the Coefficient of Determination 0.764 indicates that Work Planning and Supervision contributed 76.4% to the Work From Home (WFH) Effectiveness of the DPR RI Experts.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Teacher Certification Program and Teacher Competence on Teacher Performance in SMP Negeri Kebon Jeruk District, West Jakarta City. The research method used is a quantitative method with a verification research approach and uses a qualitative associative paradigm. The sample was taken using proportionate stratified random sampling technique of 74 teachers from a population of 277 teachers, while the research data collection instrument for each variable was using a questionnaire. The results of the research analysis obtained were that the influence between the Teacher Certification Program (X1) and Teacher Competence (X2) with Teacher Performance (Y) had a Pearson product moment correlation figure of 0.798 or 63.7% which was shown in the regression equation Ŷ = 8.818 + 0.152 X1 + 0.734 X2. The coefficient of determination of 0.798 indicates that the Teacher Certification Program (X1) and Teacher Competence (X2) contributed 63.7% to Teacher Performance (Y) in SMP Negeri Kebon Jeruk District, West Jakarta City.

Abstract

This study aims to find the dominant factors that affect the level of employee performance at PT. CWLI. Employee performance level is an absolute goal that must be achieved by every business organization. The level of employee performance is the main trigger in moving the business organization by optimizing the competencies possessed by employees. If the factors that affect the level of employee performance can be identified, the employee's performance level can be measured, assessed, and planned for other business expansion activities. This research uses quantitative methods. The population used in this research is 65 people who are employees of PT. CWLI and the number of samples is 64 respondents. Sampling using random sampling technique (random sampling). The data analysis method uses regression analysis and the results of this study state as follows, 1) the compensation variable has a significant positive effect on the performance of the employees of PT. CWLI. 2) the leadership style variable has a significant positive effect on the performance of the employees of PT. CWLI. 3) simultaneously the compensation and leadership variables have a significant positive effect on the performance of the employees of PT. CWLI.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of equity, retained earnings, net operating income, cash flow, interest rates, and exchange rates on financial distress. This type of research is descriptive quantitative which aims to determine the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The sample used in this study is automotive issuers during the 2015-2019 period. Researchers used SPSS and Microsoft excel programs as data processing tools. Based on the t test, retained earnings have an effect on financial distress, cash flow has an effect on financial distress, interest rates have an influence on financial distress, the exchange rate has an influence on financial distress. Based on the F (simultaneous) test, the six variables have a significant effect on financial distress. Based on the results of the analysis also obtained a regression equation [Y=1.58 + 2.68E-14 (X1) + 3.51E 13 (X2) + 4.853 (X3) + 1.62E-5 (X4)].
