Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze: the influence of Financial Compensation, Leadership, Organizational Culture partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees at PT. Reads Media Corp., as well as the most dominant variable affecting the performance of employees at PT. Reads Media Corp...This research approach uses survey research. Research conducted at PT. Reads Media Corp.. When the research was conducted from September 2022 to November 2022. The research population was all employees of PT. Reads Media Corp. which totaled 48 people. The selection of the sample in this study was carried out using the saturated sampling method (census), namely by determining the entire population as a total sample of 48 employees. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis). The results showed that: 1) There is a positive and significant influence of Financial Compensation, Leadership, Organizational Culture separately (partially) on the performance of employees of PT. Reads Media Corp., with tcount = 6.022., 8.211 and 6.118 table = 2.00., 2) There is a positive and significant effect of Financial Compensation, Leadership, Organizational Culture simultaneously (simultaneously) on the performance of employees of PT. Reads Media Corp., where Fitung = 3.012 Fable = 2.65., and 3) The most dominant financial compensation variable on the performance of employees of PT. Reads Media Corp. seen from the value of the greatest determination that is 0.594.

Abstract

University of Management Lecturer Syekh Yusuf Al Makssari Gowa held a Community Service (PKM) activity in Takalar Regency on Saturday, 03 June 2023. The implementation of community service with the theme The Role of Digitalization in the Advancement of Village Communities in North Galesong District. Maccini Sombala Village, Takalar District. The results of the implementation of the activity showed the enthusiasm of the community to take part in this socialization, marked by the activeness of the participants who provided responses and questions in the discussion session. The service lecturers hope that this PKM activity can benefit the Takalar Community,

Abstract

One of the efforts made by the government to reduce the growth of unemployment in Indonesia is to encourage the younger generation to become entrepreneurs. Becoming an entrepreneur is one way for someone to work and pursue a career for their life in the future. Entrepreneurship can also open new jobs for people who need or are looking for a job, besides that it can help the government's task of reducing unemployment growth in this country. Especially in facing industry 4.0 and the era of society 5.0, the younger generation should be able to hone their skills.

Abstract

Generasi milenial sering dihadapkan pada tantangan keuangan, termasuk pertumbuhan biaya pendidikan, kesulitan dalam membeli rumah, dan ketidakstabilan pekerjaan. Mereka harus mengatasi beban hutang yang tinggi dan mencari cara untuk mengelola keuangan pribadi mereka di tengah situasi ekonomi yang sulit. Generasi milenial cenderung mencari pengembangan pribadi dan peluang pertumbuhan. Mereka memiliki minat yang tinggi terhadap pendidikan lanjutan, pengembangan keterampilan, dan pelatihan yang memungkinkan mereka untuk berkembang secara profesional dan pribadi.Literasi keuangan merupakan kemampuan individu untuk memahami dan menggunakan pengetahuan keuangan dalam pengambilan keputusan keuangan pribadi. Ini mencakup pemahaman tentang konsep dan terminologi keuangan, pengelolaan anggaran, tabungan, investasi, hutang, asuransi, pajak, serta pemahaman tentang risiko dan imbal hasil dalam konteks keuangan.Tujuan dari literasi keuangan adalah memberdayakan individu untuk mengambil kendali atas keuangan mereka sendiri, mengurangi ketidakpastian keuangan, menghindari utang yang berlebihan, dan membangun kestabilan keuangan jangka panjang. Dengan memiliki literasi keuangan yang kuat, individu dapat menghadapi perubahan ekonomi dengan lebih baik, mengoptimalkan peluang keuangan, dan mencapai tujuan keuangan mereka secara lebih efektif. Dalam konteks literasi keuangan, generasi milenial perlu diberikan pendidikan dan sumber daya yang memadai untuk membantu mereka mengatasi tantangan keuangan yang mereka hadapi dan membangun kestabilan keuangan jangka panjang.Kata kunci: Literasi Keuangan; Pengelolaan Keuangan; Generasi Milenial

Abstract

Pengaturan mengenai kepemilikan hak atas tanah di Indonesia di tandai dengan lahirnya Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 1960 tentang Peraturan Dasar Pokok-pokok Agraria atau yang lebih dikenal dengan Undang-Undang Pokok Agraria (UUPA). Pengaturan tersebut kemudian melahirkan sebuah istilah yang dikenal dengan Sertifikat Hak Milik (SHM) atas tanah yang diatur dalam Pasal 16 ayat (1). Muatan pasal tersebut berupa pengaturan hak-hak atas tanah, diantaranya hak milik, hak guna usaha, hak guna bangunan, hak pakai, hak sewa, hak membuka lahan dan memungut hasil hutan serta hak-hak lain selain hak tersebut yang akan ditetapkan dengan undang-undang dan yang sifatnya sementara. Namun dewasa ini Undang-Undang Pokok Agraria (UUPA) yang seyogyanya menjadi payung hukum akan jaminan dari negara atas kepemilikan sertifikat hak atas tanah nyatanya belum mampu memberikan kepastian hukum, hal ini ditandai dengan masih sering ditemukan dalam masyarakat adanya kasus-kasus pertanahan seperti sertifikat ganda, sertifikat yang tidak sesuai, pengurusan sertifikat yang alot, serta kasus pertahanan lainnya. Sehingga dalam kasus tersebut diharapkan peran negara sebagai sebuah entitas masyarakat yang akan memberikan kepastian hukum sehingga melahirkan keadilan dan ketentraman di dalam masyarakatnya.Kata kunci: Peran Negara, Kepastian Hukum, Undang Undang Pokok Agraria (UUPA), Sertifikat Hak Milik (SHM).

Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze the role of video content in strengthening product promotion in MSMEs. In an increasingly advanced digital age, visual content such as videos has become an effective tool in captivating the attention of consumers and reaching a wider target market. This research method involves analyzing secondary data from previous research and case studies of companies that have successfully used video content in product promotion. In addition, surveys were also conducted to consumers involved in video marketing campaigns to gather their responses and preferences towards the use of video content. The results of this study are expected to provide insight into the effectiveness of using video content in strengthening product promotion, in MSMEs including its impact on brand awareness, consumer purchase intent, and interaction with promotional content. The research will also identify key factors that influence the success of a video marketing campaign, such as video length, narration, and other creative elements. The results of this study are expected to be useful for marketing practitioners and business decision makers in planning effective marketing strategies using video content.

Abstract

The role of the younger generation in building the community's economy is very important, especially for Batara Gowa SMAS students. Our Community Service implementation focuses on the younger generation or Generation Z referring to those who were born between 1995 and 2010 and are currently still in high school grades X and XI, namely SMAS Batara Gowa students. They are a group that has grown in the midst of very rapid scientific and technological advances. The aim of implementing this PKM is that Batara Gowa SMAS students are expected to be able to contribute to community economic development, expand career opportunities, develop creativity and innovation, increase branding and marketing awareness

Abstract

Pencemaran pantai merupakan masalah yang serius di Kelurahan Untia, dengan dampak negatif terhadap ekosistem laut, mata pencaharian nelayan, dan industri pariwisata. Salah satu penyebab utama pencemaran ini adalah sampah yang terbuang di pantai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas penggunaan Plate Drum dalam pelatihan pembakaran sampah sebagai solusi untuk mengurangi dampak pencemaran di pesisir Kelurahan Untia. Penelitian ini mengikuti metode Penelitian, Pengembangan, dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (PKM) yang melibatkan kolaborasi aktif antara peneliti, akademisi, dan komunitas. Identifikasi masalah pencemaran pantai dilakukan melalui survei dan penelitian lapangan, yang diikuti oleh studi tentang jenis sampah yang terdampar di pantai dan analisis dampaknya terhadap lingkungan dan mata pencaharian lokal. Hasil penelitian mengarah pada pengembangan solusi berkelanjutan dengan mengadopsi Plate Drum dalam pelatihan pembakaran sampah. Plate Drum digunakan untuk mengubah sampah menjadi energi, yang mengurangi volume sampah yang mencemari pantai. Kolaborasi dengan komunitas lokal dan pelatihan warga Kelurahan Untia menjadi inti dari implementasi solusi ini. Hasil pemantauan dan evaluasi menunjukkan penurunan volume sampah di pantai, perbaikan kualitas air laut, dan manfaat energi dari pembakaran sampah dengan Plate Drum. Kata kunci: Pembakaran Sampah, Plate Drum, Pesisir Pantai
