Abstract

This research aims to further examine what social impacts are experienced by a child who is a victim of Domestic Violence (KDRT) and to provide equal attention to children as the nation's shoots and is expected to be able to suppress acts of violence which continue to increase every year. This research uses a qualitative method with the type of case study research, namely research on natural object conditions where the researcher is a key instrument, data collection techniques are carried out in a triangulation (combined) manner, data analysis is inductive, qualitative research data emphasizes meaning rather than generalization. The results of the study show that domestic violence greatly affects children's character education. Because children learn and imitate and gain knowledge about the use of violence in solving problems. Children can learn and imitate from acts of violence committed by fathers to mothers, and peers, teachers / lecturers against him.

Abstract

Poverty is described as the inability to meet basic needs due to lack of income, making it increasingly difficult to guarantee survival (Suryawati, 2004). When a country's poverty rate is high, the purchasing power of its citizens decreases which has a negative impact on economic growth (Fajri & Iriani, 2022). This study aims to determine the effect of economic growth on the poverty rate in Makassar City, and to determine the effect of unemployment on the poverty rate in Makassar City by using primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques, literature studies and interviews, and then analyzed qualitatively (Ishak et al. , 2020). The results of the study show that the inability to access education and health and proper employment has subsequently had an impact on increasing the number of unemployed in the workforce. In other words, poverty can have an impact on unemployment and a lack of income, and then unemployment itself creates a poor community

Abstract

The airport is one of the systems in the air transportation system which has a role as one of the important supporting elements in development in all fields, the Aviation Accident Assistance Unit and fire fighting (PKP-PK) at the stump wulung airport, Cilacap, are still not supported by human resources. Competent Human Resources (HR). The goal to be achieved in this study is to find out the efforts made by the PKP-PK unit for its personnel to improve the quality of Human Resources (HR). This study uses a qualitative approach, where qualitative research as a scientific method is often used and carried out by a group of researchers in the field of social sciences, including education. Qualitative research is conducted to build knowledge through understanding and discovery. The results of this study indicate that the efforts made by the PKP-PK unit to improve the quality of human resources include: 1) providing personnel motivation 2) coaching 3) conducting training 4) customizing work 5) providing supporting facilities 6) supervision 7) awards 8 ) conduct periodic performance evaluations. And the suitability of the quality of human resources in this study are 1) lack of discipline in personnel 2) fitness equipment or sports facilities are damaged 3) whatc room cannot be used yet.

Abstract

Air Traffic Control (PLLU) is a profession that has a high level of stress because the workload of PLLU is very heavy which risks the lives of aircraft passengers and all flight crew. Stress is the effect of a high workload. This research is to find out what factors are considered to be a source of stress by PLLU officers and to find out how to deal with work stress on PLLU officers at Adi Soemarmo Solo International Airport. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Observation of this study by direct observation of the Airnav unit at Adi Soemamro International Airport. interviews consisting of 3 informants namely Airnav PLLU officers, 1 Supervisor Officer and 1 Airnav HRD/HR officer. The results of this study can be concluded that the factors considered to be a source of work stress by PLLU officers at Adi Soemarmo Solo International Airport are boredom, stress, and burnout, both mentally and physically burdened. The physical load can be seen from the amount of physical activity, and the mental workload on PLLU Airnav officers at the Adi Soemamarm International Airport branch. Ways to deal with work stress on PLLU officers, namely by exercising regularly, eating nutritious food, getting enough rest and adopting a healthy lifestyle in their daily lives, leaders and subordinates respect each other, proper salary and wages, sufficient workload, effective communication and sufficient leave, rest and recreation rights for officers, as well as attention to conditions outside the work itself such as paying attention to the conditions of the employee's household..

Abstract

Foreign Object Debris/ Damage (FOD) is a foreign object or hazardous material in the runway and apron area that has the potential to pose a hazard to aircraft safety and operations. AMC Apron Movement Control Officers, Ground Handling, as well as Flight operators Namely Line Maintenance, or other units working in the airside area must participate in maintaining cleanliness in the apron area. This aims to create smooth activities on the air side.This study uses qualitative research methods, where data collection is carried out by interviews, observation, documentation. This study aims to find out what are the obstacles experienced by Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers in handling Foreign Object Debris (FOD) and to find out what impacts can occur related to Foreign Object Debris (FOD) in the apron area of Adi Soemarmo Boyolali International Airport The results of this study are the constraints faced by Apron Movement Control (AMC) unit officers at Adi Soemarmo international airport, the number of human resources in the AMC unit cannot cover the area of the apron, the lack of awareness of operational officers in the Apron area, especially in order and cleanliness, and the number of violations carried out by operational officers in the Apron area of Adi Soemarmo International Airport and damage caused by Foreign Object Debris (FOD) is a major problem in the aviation maintenance industry which can affect the level of aircraft safety.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) Model on learning outcomes of elementary school students. Program Based Learning is a learning method that focuses on problem solving, in which students will be given realistic and complex problems to solve independently or in groups. This method is different from conventional learning methods which focus more on explaining theory and teaching directly from the teacher. The research method used was quasi-experimental using a pretest-posttest control group design. The research sample consisted of two classes of elementary school students in a city in Indonesia, namely one class as the control group and one class as the experimental group that applied the PBL Model. Data collection was carried out by giving pre-test before treatment and post-test after treatment to the two sample groups. The data were then analyzed using the independent sample t-test statistical technique. The results showed that there was a significant difference between student learning outcomes in the experimental group using the PBL model and the control group using conventional learning methods. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the learning outcomes of students using the PBL method and conventional learning. The group of students who received learning with the PBL method had a higher posttest average score than the control group. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of the PBL model can positively influence the learning outcomes of elementary school students and it is recommended to apply it in the learning process in elementary schools.

Abstract

Keterlambatan penerbangan yang terjadi pada maskapai Citilink Bandar Udara Komodo Labuan Bajo umumnya terjadi dikarenakan faktor faktor cuaca, teknis dan operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Bagaimana delay Management dan complaint delay Management pada Maskapai Citilink di Bandar Udara Komodo Labuan Bajo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan jenis data primer dan skunder. Tekhnik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara, metode observasi dan metode dokumentasi pada. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa delay Management dan complaint delay managemenet yang diberikan oleh maskapai Citilink yaitu Pertama, Menyampaikan informasi kepada penumpang dengan benar dan jelas. Kedua, petugas melakukan koordinasi dengan Maskapai. selan-jutnya ketiga, Badan Usaha Angkatan Udara, penyelenggara bandar udara, dan pihak terkait keterlambatan Memeberi kompensasi dan ganti rugi. Selain itu complaint delay Management yang diberikan antara lain pertama, bersikap empati. Kedua memberi perhatian kepada penumpang. Ketiga, peduli kepada penumpang. Ke-empat, memberikan kemudahan bagi penumpang yang akan menyusun ulang rencana perjalanan. Kelima, membantu penumpang termasuk pemesanan pulang atau melakukan pemindahan ke penerbangan atau Maskapai lainnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: bagaimana penangan dan tindakan petugas check-in terhadap penumpang khusus dibandar adi soemarmo surakarta,pada penelitian ini peneliti hanya memfokuskan pada bagaimana petugas check-in menangani dan memberi tindakan terhadap penumpang khusus yang membedakan penumpang khusus pada penumpang pada umum nya dan memerlukan penangan dan tindakan yang khusus.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu, obsevasi, wawancara,dokumen dan dokumentasi .peneliti langsung melakukan obeservasi akan tetapi tidak menemukan penumpang khusus kecuali penumpang khusus obesitas,peneliti pun memaparkan hasil dari data yang diambil selama melakukan wawancara serta dokumen. Untuk wawanacara peneliti mewawancarai kepada petugas chec-in 2 orang petugas chek-in natra dan 1 orang petugas check-in angkasa karya nusa untuk teknik analis data yang digunakan yaitu pengumpulan data ,reduksi data, penyajian data pembahasan dan kesimpulan. Peran petugas chek-in sangat besar untuk menunjang keamanan selama penerbangan, mereka harus memastikan semua penumpang baik penumpang khusus mau pun penumpang pada umum nya.memiliki penangan yang masing-masing bagi dari segi fisik,kesehatan penumpang mau pun untuk sop penerbangan nya ,penangan khusus yang diberikan kepada ibu hamil yang wajib dicek kesehatan kandungan nya agar tidak terjadi hal tidak diinginkan selama masa penerbangan,untuk penumpang um (uncompanied minor) yang harus selalu dalam pengawasan petugas dari bandra udara dari keberangkatan mau pun kedatangan,bagi penumpang wheel chair yang dibantu dari kedatangan mau pun sampai dengan keberangktan sampai naik kepesawat,dan bagi penumpang strecther case yang akan dibantu oleh pihak petugas check-in yang akan mengurus baik dari alat tandu yang dipersiapkan dan penumpang obesitas dan blind passenger yang akan naik kepeswat dengan bantuan pihak staf staf petugas chek-in dan pihak pasasi yang ikut serta dalam membantu.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the application of Model Based Learning (PBL) in Integrated Thematic Learning in Grade 5 Elementary Schools. The research method used was a literature study, by conducting a search for relevant literature on the application of PBL in the context of integrated thematic learning in grade 5 of elementary school. Literature analysis was conducted to identify the benefits, challenges, and recommendations that emerged from previous research. The results of the study show that the application of PBL in integrated thematic learning in grade 5 elementary schools provides significant benefits, such as subject integration, contextual learning, development of critical thinking skills, higher student engagement, collaboration and communication, and development of student creativity. However, Therefore, a differentiation approach, involving parents, collaboration between teachers, as well as a well-planned approach and good support are needed to carry out PBL effectively in grade 5 of elementary school. This research provides useful insights for educators and practitioners in implementing PBL in Integrated Thematic Learning in Grade 5 Elementary Schools.

Abstract

Management is an important aspect needed by a working unit or even in carrying out activities. Therefore, one of the research studies conducted is the analysis of the implementation of management functions in the information unit to improve services at Ngurah Rai International Airport Bali. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of management functions carried out by the information unit to improve the services provided. This research also aims to identify the obstacles and solutions implemented by the information unit when providing services. This research uses qualitative research methods, conducted in June 2023, located at Ngurah Rai International Airport Bali. Data collection techniques were done through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data validity was tested using the triangulation of techniques and sources. The data analysis techniques used were data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the Information Unit has implemented management functions such as planning, organizing, directing, and controlling to enhance the provided services. However, based on service indicator measurements, there were deficiencies found in the responsiveness and empathy indicators, which are the result of poor organizing function performed by the Information Unit. Service constraints were also identified, such as FIDS error, SIOPSKOM Inalix system downtime, miscommunication between information officers and airline staff, and insufficient number of information unit personnel, which hindered optimal service delivery. The Information Unit's solution is to contact the relevant working units regarding the damages, make manual announcements if necessary, double check the requests from airline staff, and have supervisors assist if the information unit personnel become overwhelmed.
