Abstract

Teacher as a professional educator with the main responsibility of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, and evaluating students in earlier, formal, basic, and secondary education. Teacher code of ethics was established in a congress attended by all delegates and regional administrators of PGRI (Indonesian Teacher Association) throughout Indonesia at the 13th congress in Jakarta in 1973, which was later refined at the16th PGRI congress in 1989 in Jakarta as follows: Teachers are responsible to guide students have the soul of Pancasila, they implement honesty professionalism, they also search information as guiding and coaching material, teachers create well atmosphere at school to support the success of teaching and learning process, they maintain good relationship to the students' parents and surrounding communities to foster their participation and responsibility for education, and the teachers personally and jointly develop and improve the quality and dignity of their profession.

Abstract

Learning process both inside and outside the classroom, the teachers' concern is the students. The benefit of learning is not for the teacher but for the students. Every student is unique or special. The uniqueness and habits are usually shaped by the culture and interaction of students with their living environment. Learning process should always care the students' psychological aspects whether their talents, interests or knowledge developments. Teachers are required to do various learning strategy because the students taught have different aspects of psychology. There are several students easily understand the teachers' explanations, and some of them are slow to get it who need more guidance to know perfectly.

Abstract

Bayani is an epistemology which assumes that the source of knowledge is revelation (text) or reasoning from the text. Burhani epistemology believes that the source of knowledge is reason. While ‘Irfani is an epistemology which assumes that science is the will (iradah). The chronology of Bayani at least has begun from Prophet Muhammad era when he explained difficult verses for friends to understand. Then, the friends interpreted it. Tabi'in collected texts from Rasulullah SAW and friends. They attached their interpretation and their ability of reasoning and ijtihad with the text as the main guidance. Aristoteles was the first person to develop Burhani epistemology which more focused on epistemological values than formal logic. The sources of ‘Irfani were divided into several classifications which in author's point of view, it was not from outside Islam because it was about the life of Allah’s Messenger. Prophet's friends and Tabi'in intended to use and to practice ‘Irfani even though the naming had not yet existed. The superiority of Bayani lies in the correctness of the text (the Qur’an and the Hadith) as the main source of universal Islamic law so that it becomes a guide and benchmark. However, its limitation lead to stagnation in religious life because its inability to respond the current development. Whereas the strength of Burhani is the system of thinking for epistemological construction which is built on reasoning and logic but it is sometimes limited of asynchronous texts and reality. The strength of ‘Irfani is all the knowledge from intuitions, musyaadah and mukasyafah are closer to the truth of sciences which are extracted from rational arguments and reasons. The weakness of Irfani is it can only be enjoyed by specific people who are able to reach a high level of self-purification and are very subjective in judging things based on their individual experience.

Abstract

Leadership or leadership is the art and skills of people to use their power to influence others to carry out certain activities that are directed at the goals set. Leading is to work intentions for a particular purpose, but carried out by others. People who are led are people who are governed, influenced, and regulated by provisions that apply formally or non-formally. Leadership is the nature of the leader in carrying out his duties and obligations as well as his responsibilities morally and legally formally for all the exercise of authority that has been delegated to the people they lead. Thus, leadership is more functional that will be distinguished by certain types. Leadership is also the implementation of the skills to manage others as their subordinates, managing human resources and organizational resources in general. Islamic education leadership is an ability to encourage or influence within the scope of the implementation of education for the achievement of the objectives of education effectively and efficiently in accordance with the word of Allah, and the words of the Prophet. In its activities the leader has the power to direct and influence his subordinates in connection with the tasks carried out

Abstract

Perenialisme a philosophy of education that is taken from the root of the word perennial or perennial which means growing continuously that runs according to the timeless time. So this view always believes in the existence of values, norms that grow in society, and are eternal in life. Values and norms inherent in culture that always exist in society as a result of human creativity, taste and initiative. Perennial philosophy views education as the process of guiding one's abilities (talents) to be active or real (real, manifested, and applied) as a basic human potential. In other words that humans have the same nature that originates from the origin of the event that is fitri with logical consequences on the nature of holiness and goodness. In Plato's view, humans basically have three basic potentials, namely lust, will and reason (mind). These three potentials are the basis for building human personality and character. These three potentials will grow and develop through education. Humans who have a large potential ratio will become the leader class humans, and high social class. Humans with great potential will, will become warrior humans, middle class. Humans with great potential for lust will become working people, the class of the common people. Education should be oriented towards developing the potential of reason to prepare students for the future.

Abstract

In its implementation, it is the parents who are responsible for education in the family environment or in the household: teachers and school administrators including the government as the person in charge of education in the school environment: community leaders and others as the person in charge of education in the community. These three parties each have their own educational responsibilities in their respective environments, but that does not mean that they are only fully responsible for their environment. but also have significant responsibilities in other educational settings. Parents, for example, are responsible for education in the family environment. but this responsibility is not only limited to the household environment, but also requires responsibility within the school and community environment.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were 1) To determine the effect of teacher professional competence on student learning outcomes in grade V at SD Negeri No. 12 Pamalikang Island Sabaru Village, Pangkajene Regency and Archipelago. 2) To determine the effect of student motivation on learning outcomes of class V students at SD Negeri No. 12 Pamalikang Island, Sabaru Village, Liukang Kalmas District, Pangkajene Regency and the Archipelago. 3) To determine the effect of teacher professional competence and student learning motivation together on the learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SD Negeri No. 12 Pamalikang Island Sabaru Village, Pangkajene Regency and Archipelago. The type of research used is correlational quantitative which aims to determine whether or not there is an influence between the two variables to be measured. Total population of 38 students consisted of class III to class V SD Negeri No.12 Pamalikang Island. The sampling technique used was saturated / census samples.Based on the results of the study showed that 1) the professional competence of teachers has a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes in Islamic Education subjects at SD Negeri No. 12 Pamalikang Island, Sabaru Village, Liukang Kalmas District, Pangkajene Regency and the Archipelago. 2) Learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes in Islamic Education subjects at SD Negeri No. 12 Pamalikang Island, Sabaru Village, Liukang Kalmas District, Pangkajene Regency and the Archipelago. 3) Teacher professional competence and learning motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes in Islamic Education subjects at SD Negeri No. 12 Pamalikang Island, Sabaru Village, Liukang Kalmas District, Pangkajene Regency and the Archipelago

Abstract

Every Muslim must be aware and at the same time believes that all the activities of his life as a creature of Allah certainly will not be separated from the signs of shari'ah. There are norms that regulate and bind every activity carried out based on detailed propositions. This rule or norm is commonly referred to as jurisprudence. Fiqh is knowledge of Islamic law that is amaliah through detailed arguments. While fiqh scholars define fiqh as a collection of amaliah laws which are required by Islam. Fiqh with that meaning is the fiqh that we find in religious practices or Muslim activities every day. In the science of fiqh, of course there are also fields that must be known to carry out life activities in the world. The purpose of writing to be achieved is to find out the field of jurisprudence, fiqh of worship, and the concept of muamalah in a broad sense. Worship is submission or self-servitude and gratitude for the favor of Allah, Almighty God. While muamalah in a broad sense is the rules of God that must be followed and obeyed in social life to safeguard human interests.

Abstract

The presence of a teacher in the learning dimension is like a lantern for students. teachers as agents of renewal, teachers can be role models for students and the surrounding environment wherever they are, especially in learning, teachers can also teach many things to students from not knowing to knowing so that it is useful for the nation and state. So it is important for us to understand the position of the teacher in learning. If the teacher, students are at least able to learn knowledge and strengthen attitudes or morals. This, in line with the formation of noble morals, is a goal that should be prioritized in education, regardless of the material being taught. Therefore, every teacher is required to be able to explain the spirit or ethical values contained in any material taught, especially through attitudes and exemplary, thus, students or learners are not only given concepts that are purely scientific in nature, but also obtain a mirror and inculcate ethical values in it
