Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk melihat bagaimana motivasi kerja mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai dan melihat pula apakah kepuasan kerja berperan sebagai variabel intervening. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan variabel motivasi kerja (x) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (y) dimana koefisien regresinya adalah 0,372 dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,000. Namun, nilai koefisien regresi variabel motivasi kerja (X) tersebut mengalami penurunan dari 0,763  menjadi 0,372. Variabel kepuasan kinerja (I) sebagai variabel intervening berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai  (Y) dengan nilai koefisien regresi adalah 0,411 dan  tingkat signifikannya sebesar 0,000. Besarnya pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai  (Y) adalah 0,543 (R2  = 5.43). Dengan kata lain terjadi peningkatan pengaruh variabel motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) sebesar 3.1% atau dari 2,33% menjadi 5,43%. Berarti dapat diinterprestasikan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja (I) memediasi secara parsial (partial mediation) hubungan antara variabel motivasi kerja (X) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y).  Kata Kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

This research conducted in KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken) Branch Sudirman Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the effect of work morale on employee performance at the Sudirman Pekanbaru KFC with as many samples 30 employee. Based on the results of the study, it is known that there is an influence of work spirit with the regression equation Y = 23.423+ 0,464 X. Based on the results of the T test, Thitung as big 3.496 > Ttabel (2,048) with sig (0,002) < 0,05. The meaning is that the independent variable (morale) has a significant effect on the dependent variable (employee performance) on the Sudirman branch of KFC in Pekanbaru. Based on the Determination Coefficient The magnitude of the effect of work morale on the performance of employees of sudirman kota pekanbaru KFC is equal to 30,4%. While the remaining 69.6% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Promotion and Locations of purchasing decisions. The sample used in this research is 100 people. Sampling in this research is based on convenience sampling technique. The analysis model used is multiple linear regression. With the constant value (α) is 8.418 while the value of Promotion coefficient 0.367 and the locataion of 0.432. Based on the results of data analysis with multiple linear regression known that the R-squre value of 0.773. Test f shows the two variables indenpenden have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas kelautan dan perikanan Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui pengaruh Locus Of Control dan Stres Kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Populasinya adalah seluruh pegawai yang berjumlah 46 pegawai. Karena jumlah populasinya dibawah 100 orang maka seluruh populasi dijadikan responden, tidak ada penarikan sampel. penelitian ini disebut penelitian sensus. Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan adanya hubungan seluruh variabel independen dengan variabel dependen. R2 menunjukkan nilai sebesar 55,7 % yang berarti bahwa pengaruh Locus Of Control dan Stres Kerja hanya sebesar 55,7 % sedangkan 44,3 %`lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti disini. Setiap variabel independen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen. Namun variabel paling berpengaruh adalah stres kerja dengan koefisien sebesar 1,162, sedangkan koefisien locus of control hanya sebesar 1,138. Uji F menunjukkan kedua variabel independen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen. Kata kunci : Locus Of Control, Stres Kerja dan Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the factors that affect consumers in making purchasing decisions. Independent variables consist of Electronic Word of Mouth (EWOM) on Instagram social media (X1) and Brand Image (X2). A dependent variable is the decision to purchase soul appointment coffee in Karawang . By using an unlimited population so that it gets a total of 349 respondents, using the sample method that is Accidental Sampling. The analysis used is path analysis resulting from Y = 0.768 X1 + 0.139 X2 + Ɛ. Based on Test F and Test t results obtained that variable Electronic Word of Mouth (EWOM) on social media and Brand Image have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. In this study obtained a determination coefficient value (R2) of 0.720 meaning a good determination coefficient model. This indicates that consumer purchasing decisions towards purchasing decisions of Kopi Janji Jiwa consumers in Karawang are influenced by variations of both variable independent, electronic word of mouth (EWOM) on social media and Brand Image. While the remaining 28% is influenced by other variables that are not studied.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to identify and analyze the role of perception of transformational leadership and creative self-efficacy of employee (lecturer) creativity. The research methodology used is explanatory research through hypothesis testing. The object and population of this study are Bung Hatta University Lecturers. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with sample criteria was Bung Hatta University Lecturer who had working period  more than 1 (one) year (n = 170). The data analysis technique in this study use SEM-PLS (Smart PLS). This study consists of three hypotheses and the research results obtained from the study of perceptions of transformational leadership has no effect on employee creativity, Creative self-efficacy has a positive effect on employee creativity and creative self-efficacy mediates the relationship of perception of transformational leadership on employee creativity.Keywords : perception of transformational leadership, employee creativity , Creative self-efficacy

Abstract

Kemunculan berbagai macam produk yang sejenis dengan merek yang berbeda berpotensi mendorong keinginan konsumen untuk mencoba sesuatu yang baru. Timbulnya rasa ingin tahu konsumen terhadap suatu produk baru dan diharapkan produk tersebut lebih baik dari produk sebelumnya mendorong konsumen untuk melakukan perpindahan merek. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah : 1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial antara kualitas produk, iklan dan kepuasan konsumen terhadap perpindaan merek smartphone. 2) Untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah pengaruh secara simultan antara kualitas produk, iklan dan kepuasan konsumen terhadap perpindaan merek smartphone. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) Secara parsial untuk variabel kualitas produk dan iklan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perpindahan merek pada mahasiswa STIE Pasaman. 2) Secara parsial untuk variabel kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap perpindahan merek pada mahasiswa STIE Pasaman. 3) Secara simultan kualitas produk, iklan dan kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perpindahan merek Smartphone pada mahasiswa STIE Pasaman. 4) Kontribusi pengaruh kualitas produk, iklan dan kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perpindahan merek adalah sebesar 51,2% dan 48,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the potential tax revenue of Bukittinggi. To determine the revenue potential requires a research data using time series. Research using time series will help see how potential acceptance of any local taxes. The research used descriptive method quantitative and quanlitative, the research sources by collecting data, presenting and explaining the data through the numbers. Analysis by calculation of the potential local tax revenues based on the potential of the area, realization of acceptance, make comparisons with the regulations, see trend growth and how the projections in the future. The results found out of 11 (eleven) types of local taxes stipulated in Law No. 28 of 2009, which has been levied by the Bukittinggi as much as eight (8) types of local taxes. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of supervision on the morale of permanent employees at PT. Clear Water in Aliantan Village, Rokan Hulu Regency. The number of samples in this study were 36 permanent employees. The results of this study indicate that the results of the overall validity test of the variable question items are declared valid because rcount > rtable (0.3291). The results of the simple linear regression test obtained the value of Y=7.090+0.840X. From the results of the t-test hypothesis test, the tcount value (13,715) is greater than the ttable value (2,03224) with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05, which means that supervision has a positive and significant effect on the morale of permanent employees. And from the results of the coefficient of determination test (R2) obtained a value of (0.847) which means that the influence of the independent variable (supervision) on the dependent variable (work spirit) is 84.7% while the remaining 15.3% is influenced by other variables not observed by the study.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to look at "The influence of leadership and motivation on the performance of North Payakumbuh District Payakumbuh employees". The total population and sample in this study were all employees in the North Payakumbuh District Payakumbuh City through the distribution of questionnaires with a Likert scale model then tested the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method, after passing the classical assumption test using the SPSS program. In this study leadership (X1) and motivation (X2) as independent variables, performance (Y) as the dependent variable. The results of this study are a). Leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of North Payakumbuh District Payakumbuh employees that is equal to 0.222 with a significance level of 0.026 <0.05. b). Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of North Payakumbuh District Payakumbuh employees that is equal to 0.782 with a significance level of 0,000 <0.05, leadership and motivation together have a significant positive effect on the performance of North Payakumbuh District Payakumbuh City employees at 51,623 with a significance level of 0,000 <0 .5. Based on the conclusions obtained, it is recommended to further researchers, if you want to do similar research, it is expected to add other factors that can affect employee performance such as incentives, work environment, and others. Keywords: Leadership; Performance; Motivation
